• Marie-cecile (5/5): - La situation est parfaite.le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien . L'accueil, la jeune fille était agréable et serviable mais c'était la seule. Pas d'eau chaude ni le soir ni le matin et qd il fait -5° dehors ,impossible de se laver les cheveux, juste le minimum pour la douche. La lumière de la sdb était cassée et à été réparée pdt notre séjour mais au bout de 2 jours. Pour un grand lit nous avions 2 petites couettes. Dommage que nos réclamation n'aient pas été entendues. Une fuite d'eau de la douche du dessus,coulais dans la notre,la dalle du plafond avait été percée pour ne pas tomber et celle d'a côté menaçait ,elle de s'effondrer.
• Nataliya (3/5): Keine Empfehlung. Für das Geld gibt es in Prag viel bessere Unterkünfte! - Die Lage war OK, da ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg bis in die Innenstadt. Bereits beim Einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es morgens kein warmes Wasser gibt und wir daher nur abends duschen sollen. Allerdings war auch abends das Wasser nicht warm. Zwar wurde uns gesagt, dass dieses Problem ausschließlich die beiden Tage unseres Aufenthalts betreffe, doch der englische Erklärungstext beim Check-in wirkte derart einstudiert, dass wir davon ausgehen, dass dieses Problem häufiger auftritt und nicht nur an zwei Tagen. Das war jedoch nicht das Schlimmste an dieser Unterkunft. Um 6 Uhr morgens wurden wir von einem starken Gestank geweckt, der nach verbranntem Fett roch und mehrere Stunden anhielt. Kleidung, Haare und Haut nahmen den Geruch an – alles hat danach gestunken. Offenbar gibt es ein Problem mit der Abluft, da Küchengerüche direkt in die Zimmer ziehen. Zum Glück waren wir nur für zwei Übernachtungen dort. Bei einem Preis von 530 Euro für zwei Nächte stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keiner Weise. Wir sind unausgeschlafen, gestresst und unangenehm riechend abgereist.

• Fábio (1/5): Decepcionante - O hotel é bem decorado e fica bem localizado, próximo a uma estação de bonde. O café da manhã é bom, mas nada espetacular. Em pleno inverno o aquecedor não funcionava - nem o da água e nem o do quarto. Isso é bem frustrante para um hotel que se referência como 4 estrelas.

Wir hatten einen Tag im hotel kaltes Wasser, was aber am nächsten Tag behoben wurde.

No tables at breakfast and the ‘hot’ food was stone cold. The rooms were big and the beds relatively comfy but this didn’t make up for the bad service and freezing cold showers for three days with absolutely zero s*ħ!ťs given by the staff. Avoid this place!
• Kathren (1/5): Horrible not worth the money or 4 stars - Near tram station The rooms were very basic.. the bathroom doesn’t have hair dryer and the electrical outlet doesn’t work… the bed is too small and they don’t change the sheets. The elevator was old and smelled. Also during the breakfast and mid day the hotel smells like cooking food and mix smells come together it is very bad. Room service doesn’t exist and the phone in the room is out of service so you can’t call the front desk for any help.. you have to go to the front desk to seek help.. and sometimes the employees are asleep in the room behind (the guy).

Y fuera estábamos a -6 grados No es admisible que con los precios que se manejan y en plenas Navidades a -6 grados en el exterior, no hayan sido capaces de arreglar la caldera para que hubiera agua caliente durante 5 dias. Solo sabían decir, lo sentimos. Nadie que diera la cara y nadie que solucionara el problema. El resfriado que he cogido ha sido gordo. Los empleados tampoco son simpáticos ni empaticos.

• Tin-chen (7/5): Eine altehrwürdige Unterkunft in einer günstigen Lage zur Stadt. - Die Lage zur Stadt war günstig. Wir haben gut geschlafen, die Betten waren bequem und groß. Das Hotel hat einen alten Charme. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ etwas lieblos zusammengestellt, Saftkonzentrat aus dem Automaten z. B. oder auch die geringe Brotauswahl.

• Andreas (5/5): - Sehr gute Lage für Trips durch prag Die zimmerkarte musste mehrfach gewechselt werden, die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, es hat Obst gefehlt. Im Bad war schimmel und das bett durchgelegen. Der Aufzug hatte mehrfach Probleme. Die Wege um das Hotel sind nicht gestreut und es kam zu Stürzen. Telefon und Fernseher im Zimmer haben nicht funktioniert, die minibar ist auseinander gefallen.

• dicic (2/5): Schlechteste Hotelerfahrung seit 10 Jahren. - Frühstück war okay, jedoch nicht eines 4 Sterne Hotels entsprechend. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Seit Check-in über 3 Tage kein fließendes Warmwasser verfügbar, was unzumutbare Zustände sind. Nach Nachfragen bei anderen Gästen besteht das Problem im gesamten Haus. Trotz mehrmaliger Beschwerden an Rezeption und Hotelmanagement wurde das Problem nicht gelöst. Auch einer Forderung der Preisreduktion wurde nicht nachgegangen. Auch die Heizung im Frühstückssaal war nicht eingeschalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, jedoch wenig Auswahl sowie Brot und Brötchen waren nicht frisch. Alles in allem viel zu überbewertet für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht.
• Claudia (7/5): Ruhige Unterkunft in gut angebundener Lage - Es war ok. Die Lage ist gut, drei Tram-Linien fahren in der Nähe Richtung Innenstadt, es gibt mehrere gute Lokale in der Umgebung. Ausstattung ist etwas in die Tage gekommen aber gepflegt. Die Luft in den Zimmern war sehr schwül - keine Ahnung warum. Aber jedes Mal wenn wir in das Zimmer zurückgekommen sind war die Luftfeuchtigkeit seltsam hoch (bei -1 Grad Außentemperatur). Schön war, dass es sehr ruhig war. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr kalt, die Schlüsselkarte hat anfangs nicht funktioniert.

• Laura (6/5): - Het hotel ziet er mooi en sfeervol uit en een fijne locatie op loop afstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt is prima. De deur van onze kamer werkte niet, maar de dame van de receptie deed alles wat ze er aan kon doen om het te fixen. We hadden een 2 persoonsbed aangevraagd, maar hadden helaas 2 aan elkaar geschoven bedden. Daarnaast zat blijkbaar het hele hotel vol wat resulteert in piekmomenten bij het ontbijt waardoor niet iedereen in de zaal kan zitten. De dame bij het ontbijt was niet echt vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Die piekmomenten gelden ook voor het warme water helaas. Let goed op, het is een hotel waar huisdieren welkom zijn. Hier kwamen wij door de continu blaffende hond naast ons achter. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding leek voor ons niet helemaal juist, maar een verder een prima hotel.

Čisto, milo, doporučuju. - - jednoznačně poloha hotelu, přímo pod Petřínem, do centra ( Kampa, Karlův most, hrad) procházkou, přičemž nákupní centrum Anděl na druhou stranu 5 minut pěšky - snídaně chutné a pestré až do 11h - check in již od 14h a check out až od 11h - na 2 noci o vánočních svátcích v centru ideální - kávovar na kapsle a čaj potěšil - župánek po sprše umocnil pocit pohodlí Hotel byl o vánočních svátcích plný, ale až na pár krátkých hlučných momentů na chodbě překvapivě ticho. Při příjezdu nefungovala karta od pokoje, dále i znova i další den, ale na recepci vždy pomohli. Rozjížděly se postele od sebe, ale nebyl to vážný problém. Wifi slabá, ale mobilní data stačily.

За дві доби проживання жодного разу нормально не вмились, про душ навіть не мріяли- вода в крані тільки холодна, це при тому, що на вулиці мороз. Перебування в цьому готелі зіпсувало довгоочікувану поїздку.

W pokojach nie ma gorącej wody! W łazienkach stoi zapach albo pleśni albo stęchlizny. Hotel byłby ładny, gdyby ktoś o niego dbał….

Today, December 25th, 2025, we have been living here for three days without hot water, only cold one. Please do not repeat our mistake, don't stay here, don't ruin your vacation. • Elena (2/5): - The breakfast was good. Appreciated that the hotel has a bar in the lobby you can sit at. The location is convenient. No hot water in the shower for 2 days so far. Alerted the front desk and heard several other guests do the same, still no change. We got two rooms, one is quite cold the other is a good temperature despite the thermostats being set at the same temperature. Wifi is abysmal so you can't even watch Netflix on the hotel TV. Cleaning service is just the staff splashing water and soap on the floor which left it stickier than it was before it was cleaned. They did replace the towels which is nice. No top sheet on the mattress and no extra blankets. Had to ask for extra sheets to get pillowcases for the extra pillows. Mattress is very hard in one room, fine in the other. Balcony is small and doesn't connect the rooms like it looks like it does on the website. Smells slightly musty everywhere you go and the bathroom has no real counter. Otherwise the hotel is fine, but it is by no means a 4 star hotel.

• Izabela (10/5): - Jestem pod wrażeniem wystroj całego hotelu. Czułam się jak na planie filmowym jakiegoś filmu z dawnej epoki. Pokój świetny. Łóżko ogromne i bardzo wygodne. Śniadanie klasyczne, spory wybór produktów. Lokalizacja super. Klimatyzacja była nieco głośna, ale to jedyna uwaga.
• Laurent (3/5): Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. - Le petit déjeuner était très bien L’eau froide ou légèrement tiède de la douche après une journée complète à visiter la ville était inadmissible. Ne pas pouvoir prendre de douche en arrivant le soir ou avant de partir le matin malgré nos 3 demandes. L’insonorisation des chambres très très médiocres avec des lits très moyen.

• Aleksandr (1/5): - Convenient location. Wi-Fi. A pleasant female administrator who assisted us in resolving an issue with the mattress in our room. I will explain why I gave such a low rating. There are several objective and compelling reasons for this. 1. There was no hot water in the room; it was only slightly warm. Our complaint at the reception desk was ignored. They said something vague about it being evening (the hot water had been used up) or that it was due to renovation work and that the whole building had the same problem. However, we were not warned about this when we checked in, and what's more, the issue was not resolved during our entire stay. I read the reviews for December, and other guests also wrote that there is no hot water and that they were also promised that it would be fixed. 2. The mattress was worn out from age when we checked in, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on and caused back pain the next day. At our request, it was replaced, which is a plus, but this situation is still unacceptable. 3. In addition to the old mattress, the entire hotel and room looked shabby and worn out. This does not match the photos. 4. The night shift administrator smelled of weed, as did the entire lobby. 5. The breakfast does not match the rating given to it on the website. The menu is monotonous, the cereal bowls are tiny and impossible to eat from, and the orange juice is 90% water. Conclusion: It is outrageous that a 4-star hotel has no hot water for 24/7 and uses old, worn-out mattresses. It seems that they are trying to save money on everything. This hotel offers nothing but terrible treatment of guests, unmet expectations, and a lack of basic amenities that even hostels provide. I strongly advise against staying here!

• Péter (3/5): Nagy csalódás - A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, ha valaki nem a belvárosban szeretne lakni és preferálja a tömegközlekedést. A reggeli - az értékelésekben írtaknak megfelelően - valóban választékos és jó minőségű. A tisztaság mindenhol megfelelő, bár küzdeni kellett a takarító személyzettel, hogy nem kérünk napi takarítást. Az egész szálloda -a fényképekkel ellentéteben - kopottas, lelakott. A 3. emeleti szobánkban nem volt semmilyen szellőzés a fürdőben, így a pára a szobába távozott. Az ablakokon nem lehetett kilátni, mert állt rajta a nedvesség és csurgott róla folyamatosan a víz, hiába próbáltuk szellőztetéssel megoldani a problémát. A külső ablakszárny belső oldala tiszta fekete penész volt. A szálloda nem akadálymentesített, a recepcióról több lépcsőn keresztül lehet megközelíteni a liftet.
• Vodopian (10/5): - we chose where to stay in prague for a long time, and reread many reviews, choosing this hotel we were pleasantly surprised, there is everything you need and incredibly wonderful breakfasts, you can try pancakes that were freshly baked 🤩 wonderful! the hotel is located in a super quiet place, we were able to open the windows in the evening and enjoy the clean air and silence (we went with children) obrvyazklvoh we will definitely come back again no flaws

• Ștefan Nițu (10/5): Excelent! - Excelent. Mic dejun foarte diversificat și totul arăta foarte bine și foarte gustos. Locația bună. Tramvai care te duce în centru la 1 min de mers pe jos de hotel. Personal foarte amabil. Curățenie zilnică în cameră. Totul a fost bine!

• Rajiv (9/5): - Wonderful staff, very well organised room & very good breakfast. There was no hot water in the shower 😔 ... it made our stay a bit unpleasant. This wonderful hotel must sort out this problem at the earliest.
• Selina (6/5): Für einen kleinen, kurzen Trip - Das Frühstück war klein aber vielseitig und trotz allem war für jeden etwas dabei, Ambiente in der Lobby und im Zimmer sehr schön. Zimmer sind älter was man ihnen ansieht Im Zimmer hat es etwas unangenehm gerochen. Es gab leider keinen Hotel-Parkplatz. Hunger Mann an der Rezeption musste mir wegen der Zimmerkarte helfen und auf die Etage fahren und er hatte auch sehr unangenehm gerochen.

• Jana (4/5): Ve 4* hotelu netekla tepla voda, nad situaci personal jen krcil rameny, nikdy vice tento hotel. - Super lokalita, vyborna snidane Netekla tepla voda ani vecer ani rano. Volali jsme na recepci v 11 vecer, bylo nam receno, ze se jedna a technicky problem a ze ho resi. Pri snidani jsme zjistili, ze problem trva jiz nekolikaty den. Nastesti jsme spali jen 1 noc.

• María victoria (2/5): 3 noches sin poder descansar y duchándonos con agua fría. Un desastre - El desayuno es estupendo y el colchón cómodo No pudimos descansar ninguna noche. La calefacción está fortísima y nos despertábamos cada dos por tres empapados en sudor. El agua caliente brillaba por su ausencia. El primer día tomamos una ducha normal pero en cuanto se llenaron las habitaciones no teníamos agua caliente. Daba igual la hora, intentamos temprano, a media noche por la tarde. Reclamamos en varias ocasiones y el trato fue bastante malo. Lea daba igual y no lo arreglaron. Estábamos toda la planta igual. Resumen 3 noches maldurmiendo y duchándonos con agua fría. Nada recomendable
• Kim (2/5): Hôtel non recommandable - L’emplacement Nous avons passé la semaine avec de l’eau froide et marron dans la salle de bain. Clairement inacceptable pour un « 4 étoiles ». Personne ne nous a trouvé de solution malgré nos plaintes.
