• Raindran (10/5): a home away from home definitely going back soon - The staff treated me like the celebrity I am, but on a serious note they were exceptional from the start to the very end I would book there again, they were also very accommodating on my every need I really appreciate the cleaning staff they really took care of me like i was at home i loved everything about this hotel

• Abdulaziz (1/5): - Dear Paramount Hotel Dubai Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service we experienced during our stay at your hotel. We specifically chose Paramount Hotel Dubai to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Two days before our arrival, we arranged and paid AED 250 for a special room setup including a cake, balloons, and flowers. Unfortunately, upon arrival, none of these arrangements had been prepared, which was extremely disappointing and ruined the surprise and celebration we had planned. In addition, we also paid an extra AED 450 for a city view room. However, the room we received did not have the promised city view, which was another frustrating issue during our stay. We expected a much higher standard of service from a hotel of your reputation, especially on such a special occasion. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate explanation and resolution for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your response. Best regards,

• Rawda (10/5): amazing hotel and i will be back and i recommend to other to try and they will love it - i love it so nice and this is not the first time for me and the precise become less and that much better i hop they look in to the room serves food price also because it is to high compare to other 5 stars hotels and no many options in food menu otherwise everything perfect, Karem he is very helpful all the staff amazing they look in to the room serves food price also because it is to high compared to other 5 stars hotels and not many options in food menu also i had some hard time to reach the restaurant they took long time to answer the phone.
• Hai (3/5): פעם מס 6 בדובאי, זה היה המלון הכי פחות איכותי ושירותי שהיינו בו . כנראה שלא נחזור לפה שוב ולא נמליץ . - מיקום המלון נוח , גישה למוניות פחות נגישה . שרות המלון היה גרוע . תקלות שהיו בחדר היינו צריכים להתקשר 6 פעמים שיגיעו פעם אחת הגיעו בשעה 1 בלילה שרצינו כבר לישון . חוסר מדעות לשרות לאורח . אחרי יומיים וחצי של תקלות נזכרו להחליף לנו חדר. מאוחר מידי כי למחרת החופשה על הבוקר נגמרה ולא נהנו מהחדר בכלל .

• Fatma (7/5): الفندق يحتاج لااعاده الاهتمام بالغرف والنظافه ومعالجه فتره الانتظار الطويله لهدمه الغرف وفاليه السيارات - الاخ مصطفى كانت تعامله في منتهي الذوق وخدوم بدايه اعطوني غرفه جدا سيئة وصعب الاقامة حتي الستارة ممزقه وريحه كريهة في الدور 12 لكن في وقت متاخر من الليل تم الاستجابه بعد حضورهم للغرفه تم تغييرها

• Gracia (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious stay. I would gladly come back again. - I honestly loved everything about this property. It truly feels like home, and the location is perfect with everything nearby. I really appreciate wellness and fitness, so I loved the massage services and the gym facilities as well. The staff members were amazing especially Rana, very polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. I also felt very safe during my entire stay, which made the experience even better. The property definitely deserves its five stars. The only small suggestion I would make is to add microwaves in the rooms, as sometimes guests bring food back to the hotel and may want to warm it up. Aside from that, everything was perfect.
• ale (8/5): תטפלו בבקשה ולא רק לרשום תגובה - החדר נקי ארוחת בוקר לא מגוונת ביכלל כל יום אותו דבר אין סלטים ביכלל בבוקר הבייקון לא עשוי כמו שצריך אין מגוון של אוכל אפילו סלט אין יש רק ירקות לפחות תעשו כמה סוגים ובבריכה אין אפשרות להביא אוכל מבחוץ והבר נפתח מאוחר וכמעט אין כלום שם ועישון נרגילה רק אחרי שעה 14:00 מה לעשות למי שקם בבוקר רוצה להתפנק בכוס קפה ונרגילה
