- Navneil Rai (7/5): Nice and cozy stay in downtown area with attractions at walkable distance - Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Rooms, restaurant and lobby areas were clean. Location is great: Nice park with children play area directly infront of the hotel. Blue mosque is less than a km away. Easy to access public transport. Seaview from Terrace was great. Swimming pool water was not clean. Sauna wasn't working. Bathroom had molds, need better moisture management. Breakfast was average. I would appreciate traditional turkish breakfast menu instead french fries with nuggets. It would be great if they can consider to replace instant coffee powder machine in breakfast buffet with a bean grinder coffee machine.

- Sixte (9/5): Découverte d'Istanbul dans les meilleurs conditions - L'hôtel était bien placé dans un quartier au calme et proche des principaux sites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bien avec un service accueillant. Les chambre 302 et 304 était parfaites, avec balcon et vue mer. Le SPA / Piscine / Bain turc étaient les bienvenus pour se reposer après une bonne marche durant la journée (la ville se visite ne bonne partie à pied...) : je précise que tous ces équipement fonctionnaient parfaitement ! CECI EST UN VRAIS PLUS L'équipe de l'hôtel est très serviable et nous a notamment proposé une excursion aux iles Princes qui était très sympa ! NOUS REVIENDRONS AVEC PLAISIR ! L'hôtel a du connaitre sa grande période il y a qqes année et pourrait bénéficier d'une rénovation, notamment les joins des SdB... Néanmoins cela n'avait rien de gênant. Nous aurions aimé profiter du Roof top ... mais n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le faire (l'hôtel n'y est pour rien)

- Åsa (8/5): Härligt äldre hotell med karaktär. - Ett härligt lite äldre hotell med bra läge nedanför Hippodrom och blå mosken. De övre våningarna och takterassen har sjöutsikt. Mycket riklig och god frukost. Stort tack till kocken för underbara röror. Personalen var mycket generösa med att förmedla information och tips om staden och hur man lättast kan ta sig runt. Vi uppskattade mycket Haman, poolen och ångbastun samt takterassen. Ser fram emot att återvända. Tack! Trasigt trägolv runt poolen. Att bastun inte var påslagen.

- shenaz (9/5): - Anthea Palace is in a nice quite location and walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. On our arrival and check in, we were served by Onor at reception who helped us with information on tours, cruises and guides. He was really invaluable in helping us plan and organise our entire stay in Istanbul, and made our break easy and seamless. Onor also helped us with a private guide Ozgey for a walking tour for the day to do the Blue Mosque, Topcapi Palace and Bisilicca Cistern etc Ozgey was brilliant with her knowledge and engagement. As you explore the vicinity there many great eateries serving some excellent Turkish food. The hotel itself is lovely and extremely clean, well kept with most comfortable beds. All the staff are all very approachable and friendly and always at hand to help. The reception staff provide a very high standard of customer service (Furqan and others) at all times. Breakfast is a nice buffet serving Turkish breakfast as well as cereals. The only negative thing about the rooms we stayed in is that it had only one socket on the wall, can be bit frustrating if you are wanting to charge multiple devices. Maybe worth carrying a multiple socket adapter. All in all we had a very positive experience at the hotel.

- GIOVANNI (8/5): Hotel funzionale e completo buon rapporto qualità prezzo - L' hotel è in una buona posizione e si presenta bene dall' esterno ed anche all' interno; ha un suo stile. Il personale è preparato e disponibile. La colazione è molto variegata, ci sono salumi locali, formaggi, verdure, frutta di stagione, frutta secca, yogourt e poi piatti caldi come uova ed una mattina wurstel. Quanto ai dolci pochi 2 tipi di biscotti, niente di particolare e tre tipi di dolci ma non erano crostate. Ad ogni modo colazione più che soddisfacente e variegata. La mia camera era un pò piccola ed anche il bagno ma comunque pulito. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerei.

- Ricardo (6/5): Parece incrível mas está velho - A Localização é boa, calmo para dormir, jardim na frente e vista para o Mar. O facto de ser pequeno e calmo. O facto de ter SPA. Precisa de manutenção. Tem demasiados detalhes envelhecidos e são coisas simples. Nota-se que podia ser um hotel requintado e que até já foi...mas não é mais. O quarto tinha lâmpada a piscar de fundida. O colchão era demasiado mole e com cova no centro. A TV não tinha comando. Tinha demasiados remendos nos rodapés e manchas nas paredes. Os materiais de construção de remendo eram fracos. O duche mesmo que de hidromassagem o cabo não chegava à cabeça com um homem de pé. Uma pessoa de idade, pouca mobilidade, obesa ou criança não consegue entrar e sair do duche.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast is excellent — there are two types of omelets, and something new is added every day. The pool is small, and the saunas only seemed to work in the evening. The rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom and shower area. The pillows should also be replaced — there were 9 of us, and none of us found them comfortable to sleep on.

- Camilla (9/5): Fantastico! - Posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. La mia camera aveva una bellissima vista mare. Non eccessivamente spaziosa, ma pulita e ben strutturata. La colazione è varia, internazionale ma include pietanze tipiche, molto apprezzate! La spa è molto essenziale, ma è ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata di camminata.

Para llegar al inodoro había que meterse en la ducha para poder cerrar la puerta. Habitación vieja, sábanas con agujeros, paredes con agujeros, canaletas con cables por el exterior, plafones viejos...en definitiva un horror. Booking debería revisar los establecimientos que oferta en su plataforma antes de ofrecerlos a sus clientes. Personal muy interesado en llevarte a tiendas concertadas bajo el pretexto de precios competitivos, sin duda, con el interés de percibir una comisión. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Horrible.

- Pablo (9/5): Hotel encantador muy céntrico y con un desayuno sensacional - El desayuno sensacional. La ubicación céntrica y cómoda. Personal magnífico y atento. Hotel muy bonito. Por decir algo salía un poco de agua por el lavabo y mojaba el suelo.
- Beatrice (10/5): Assolutamente eccezionale! - L'hotel è meraviglioso e ha una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse principali, lo staff inoltre non era solo disponibile ma anche molto cordiale. La colazione era inclusa e decisamente abbondante, in più il sabato avevamo il volo molto presto e ci hanno preparato una colazione al sacco (altrettanto abbondante). La spa piccolina ma molto comoda e pulita, aperta fino a mezzanotte. La camera era anch'essa piccola (eravamo in due) ma comunque comoda per quel che ci serviva, invece il bagno era abbastanza grande; in ogni caso pulizia eccellente e tutti i giorni ci fornivano gratuitamente l'acqua. Da non sottovalutare anche le convenzioni che la struttura offre: noi abbiamo fatto la cena in barca (50 euro a persona) super consigliata per la splendida esperienza e il tour del bosforo, la mattina in pullman e il pomeriggio in barca (70 cadauno) con una guida disponibile e molto cordiale. Consigliamo decisamente questa struttura!

Le petit déjeuner n’avait aucun intérêt ,des œufs brouillés tous les jours avec bien évidemment le café du pain et de quoi tartiner. les chaises de la salle de petit déjeuner sont dans un état lamentable

- Tatiana (8/5): No es lo que parece en las fotos - Lo mejor ha sido el personal del hotel y la ubicación . La mujer de la limpieza, Bilge, era maravillosa y nos hacía obras de arte con las toallas . Siempre encantadora. También eran muy agradables en recepción La habitación no era como aparecía en las fotos. Era muy oscura, con poca iluminación. No funcionaba la televisión. El baño hacía mucho ruido, y a pesar del alto precio no tenían geles ni champús o peines. Tenía un dosificador de gel pero con un olor desagradable

La habitación era un poco estrecha y no había mucho espacio. El desayuno, para mi gusto, tampoco estaba a la altura de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, donde habia platos que se cobraban aparte

- Anastasia (9/5): Теплая атмосфера, приятные впечатления, радушный персонал - с удовольствием буду рекомендовать. - Отель прекрасный, хоть сейчас уже не такой новый, но это с лихвой компенсировал прекрасный персонал и отличные вкусные разнообразные завтраки, вид на красивый парк и удобное расположение. То что в отеле есть спа, включенный в стоимость, который работал весь день до вечера очень нам понравилось тк мы были в Стамбуле в дождливое время -погреться в хамаме, поплавать в бассейне после целого дня прогулок было просто замечательно. Особенно благодарю сотрудников работающих в холле Onur и Given, а также всех остальных ребят, менеджера отеля, горничную которая каждый день убирала наш номер - все были очень приветливые, всегда помогали во всем. Осталось очень приятное впечатление от этого отеля. Wifi был слабоват, мне для работы его не хватало. И хотелось бы чтобы в спа поменяли деревянный настил вокруг бассейна - он уже местами поврежден и ходить было неудобно.

- Claire (9/5): We loved our stay here and would definitely come back if we return to Istanbul - The hotel was in a very good neighbourhood within easy walking distance of tourist sites. The staff are very friendly and helpful , the breakfast was excellent , our room was large and comfortable and perfectly clean with plenty of hot water and very good internet access. On first sight the decoration is tired and in need of some refurbishment but it is spotlessly clean

- Rebecca (10/5): The hotel was everything we needed for our stay, and would definitely recommend/book again. - The location was excellent, in a lovely area and short walk to main attractions. Some reviews mention hills, which I don't like, but in fact these weren't a noticeable issue for me. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the beds were SO comfortable. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the all staff are amazing. Special shout-out to Fukrum, for his patience and help with all our questions.

- Judit (9/5): Kellemes és pihentető kikapcsolódás - Szuper elhelyezkedés, finom reggeli, kényelmes szobák, hangulatos épület. A személyzet pedig roppant kedves. A Wifi gyenge, a spa részlegen a szauna egyáltalán nem működött, a gőzfürdő pedig csak pár napig. A szobai fürdőben nem volt jó a szilikon tömítés kifolyt a víz a padlóra.
