Woo seok (4/5): 침대 개수를 미리 확인하세요. - 가족 여행이었다. 침대 개수가 안내된 것보다 1개 적어서 당황했다. 문의했더니 퀸사이즈 침대 대신 간이 침대가 2개 있다는 답이 왔지만, 실제로는 간이침대는 1개뿐이었다. 계속 문의했으나 그 때부터는 매니저가 답을 주지 않고 해결해 주지도 않았다. 늦은 체크인을 한다고 고객에게 추가비용은 철저히 받았으나, 고객과의 침대 개수는 약속은 거짓말을 한 셈이다.

Trilby (8/5): - I felt safe and the suite was very nice. It had a lot of extras that were very convenient for our trip.
Verified traveler (2/5): - The unit is not was advertised. It advertised "one king bed, 3 queen beds and 1 double sofa bed." We got one king, 2 queen, and 1 queen sofa bed and the sofa bed is so dusty that we dare not to use it. Worse yet, the central air did not work. No air flow. We had to open window in Winter nights. I am not going to use Expedia any more.
