The hotel team was very helpful throughout their stay, ensuring everything was taken care of. They found the room to be spacious, which provided a very comfortable and relaxing environment. My parents also particularly enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which they described as very nice and a great start to their days exploring the city. It is always a relief to know your parents are in good hands, and this hotel certainly delivered on that front. Вид из окна на море , несколько дней посчастливилось наблюдать за дельфинами с балкона . Персонал очень отзывчивый и клиентоориентированный . Откликались на все просьбы - весы принесли , тапочки , утюг , любая просьба всегда была выполнена с улыбкой . При заезде номер был украшен лепестками , когда выезжали , принесли фруктовую тарелку. Все работники ресепшена очень приветливы - отвечали на все вопросы , помогали с багажом , всегда с улыбкой и хорошим настроением. Месторасположение отеля вообще отличное , рядом площадь Султанахмет. Шеф повар молодец ! На День Рождения муж оплатил тортик , его вынесли на завтраке со свечами . Очень вкусный и красивый . Терраса , где проходят завтраки, с видом на Босфор , можно на улице покормить чаек с крыши . В общем спасибо большое всему персоналу отеля Тритон !!! Уборка тоже проводилась ежедневно, убирали хорошо . Желаем Вам много благодарных клиентов!!!

It was not enough space for two people, vert tiny walking space and no space at all for out two big languages. This was disappointing but have not changed our overall positive experience.

We have been to Turkey a total of nine times, seven of those times to Istanbul, and we have always stayed in 4- or 5-star hotels. After a very long search, we booked the Triton Hotel in Sultanahmet for a total of 15 days because of its good reviews. From the very first moment at the entrance (and exit), we were welcomed with such warmth — and this continued throughout the entire 15 days — in a way we had never experienced before. The room we booked was spacious and had plenty of storage space. A special thank you to the kind and caring lady who came every morning to clean the room. She looked after me so lovingly when I wasn’t feeling well and made sure that we didn’t lack anything during our entire 15-day stay. The view from the breakfast room directly overlooking the sea in the morning was simply wonderful. Even though it was March and not very busy yet, there was fresh and varied food every day. Coffee, juices, cakes — everything was delicious. Omelets were prepared especially for us. You could really see that the girls in the service team enjoy their work, and the same goes for the people working behind the scenes in the kitchen — which, I would also like to mention, was spotlessly clean. We are still deeply touched today remembering how the entire team surprised us with a special birthday cake, a beautifully decorated table, and fruit with a view of the sea. Our room was also decorated so beautifully. To everyone involved — thank you once again. A big thank you also goes to each and every one of the guys at the reception. They are truly amazing. We have never experienced such honest, warm, and helpful hospitality before.m The entire team is what makes the Triton Hotel what it is, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Nothing

- yue (10/5): 位置、房间、酒店服务、早餐、周边配套都超棒 - 位置超级棒！之前选择了很长时间，一直以为景点北侧会更好，但性价比没有很合适的，最后发现景点南区还有一片，这家性价比很高，选择的时候一直犹豫是否评分有虚假成份，入住后特别庆幸自己的选择。预定了酒店机场接机，服务很到位，价格也公平。我们的房间虽然比不上国内四星级套房大小标准，卫生间相对较小，但所有设施均有，前台、餐厅服务非常体贴到位，客房卫生干净，尤其早餐非常棒！早餐厅面向大海，环境令人惊叹！到所有景点都是步行距离，楼下就是大量餐厅和小店铺，比我之前想订的景点北侧那里的酒店还要近，环境还要舒适。所以目测亚洲客人很多。在这一片老房子集中区域，这个价位里已经相当优秀！非常感谢酒店的服务。如果以后还来这里，还希望住这家酒店 酒店房间隔声不太好但不是酒店自己的问题，应该是房子比较老。幸亏游客们素质高，我们休息的不错。之前看到评论说楼下酒吧吵，这次除了周末那天酒吧营业稍晚，其他时间都不吵，也许是酒店沟通的结果。离两个大清真寺那么近，还是斋月，结果连清真寺的晨宣都没怎么听到过，所以我们休息的很好。以为的缺点，现在都不存在了

From booking the stay to reaching the hotel, the hotel staff continuously stayed in touch and responded to all queries promptly, regardless of the time of day or night. The property was located at a great location with literally steps away from the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the bazaar. The staff was extremely professional, being available 24 hours to accommodate the guests and were very polite and helpful. We will be coming back to hotel Triton for sure :)

The room, though without a sea view, was of a good size, clean, and had comfortable armchairs, a tea kettle, and complimentary water bottles. Breakfast is served on the terrace, and the variety offered is very satisfying. The staff at the reception or in the breakfast room was attentive, and we enjoyed interacting with them. The cat, Jeihran, gives this family hotel indeed a family feel. We would book the property again when coming back. Thank you. We would have enjoyed the room with a sea view

We arrived 2-3 hours earlier i would have been glad if i just can leave my luggage there, but they even offered us to sit down drink a tea, and prepared the papers. They asked how was the trip, and then they offered a room update. They Receptionist gave us good advices and every morning they asked how are we where we plan to go then in the evening they remembered and asked how it was. For me this kind of hospitality from a hotel was unexpected and heart warming. They cleaned our room every day, and allways asked for permission for it. We had some problem with heating they solved it basically in a minute. The breakfast was delicious and rich, and the last morning when we left earlier they made us a takeaway breakfast. - Senol (10/5): ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Hotel mit erstklassigem Personal - vom Check in bis zum Check out… von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute im Triton Hotel war alles einfach fabelhaft 😍 Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und sehr hübsch möbliert. Der Frühstücksbereich mit atemberaubender Aussicht, hochwertigen und frischen Produkten mit allem was das Herz begehrt, war mein absoluter Favorit 🥰 Das komplette Personal, egal in welchem Bereich, ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr sehr freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Sauberkeit lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Nachhaltigkeit, die Mülltrennung und Vermeidung von unnötigem Abfall ist vorbildlich. Die Location, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur SultanAhmedMoschee, ist perfekt. Mein Mann und ich haben uns im Triton Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt ❣️ Mit absolut gutem Gewissen empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder ❤️ Lütfen aynen böyle devam edin, her birinize ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyoruz, samimi sıcak ve oldukça güler yüzlü ekibiniz çok keyifli ve mutlu günler geçirmemize vesile oldu 🥰 Istanbula tekrar seyahat ettiğimizde Triton otel mutlaka ilk tercihimiz olacaktır.

- Alin (10/5): - Locatia bine poziționată ,aproape de obiectivele turistice. Mic dejun bun,curatenie,liniste. Personalul foarte amabil și receptiv la nevoile clienților. -
