Luan (1/5): This hotel is dishonest, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. If they can cancel confirmed bookings without warn - Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We made a confirmed reservation ahead of time, but when we arrived, the hotel had already given our room away to other guests. Imagine traveling for hours only to be told your booking means nothing. Completely unacceptable. The staff handled the situation terribly — no real apology, no solution, and no concern for the stress and financial loss they caused us. We were left scrambling to find another hotel at the last minute, paying higher prices because of their mistake. They wasted our time, ruined part of our trip, and caused unnecessary frustration after a long journey.

mailyn (1/5): - Location only A number of reasons , firstly the room quality not very high, dirty walls paint peeling floor boards no good. Secondly and most importantly construction works being carried out on level 8 with jack hammer and banging and crashing going on late into the night with the banging noises at times making out baby wake and fright. Very noisy and when speak to front desk they not very helpful at all. Overall really really negative experience and very unhappy as had to cancel plans for the following day and also time spent trying to find a new hotel meant time away from our holiday. We spoke to booking.com and also very hard as kept getting disconnected and unsure what was happening with the matter. Also hotel took our passport and wouldn't give back until we pay.

Abaigael (1/5): Don't be fooled. - Close to everything in the old quarter you can walk to almost everything in under 10 minutes and it's in a quiet side street away from most traffic, the staff were kind and helpful. Don't let the photos fool you, our room looked nothing like the photos on line the room we were given was dirty with mould in the bathroom bed sheets looked dirty or hadn't been washed properly.

Room looked very different from photos, lots of broken or damaged items - from windows to floors. The floor had fabric tiles over the damaged, soft/flaking floors, these were slippery and I slipped more than once. Mould in many places, especially bathroom.

SIDEM (1/5): Poor experience and misleading booking - I booked this hotel for my first and last days in Vietnam and also paid for early check-in, all three nights in advance, and arranged tours with Mr Long via text. After a 17-hour flight, we were given a different room than the one booked (no balcony), which we were told was an “upgrade.” The room was very old and dusty. During a shower, a cockroach fell on my husband’s head. We reported it, assuming it was a one-off, and went out briefly. When we returned, we found several more in the room. At that point, we requested a cancellation and moved to another hotel. Unfortunately, none of our payments were refunded, and the tours outlined in the itinerary were not provided so we were overcharged for them as well. This was extremely disappointing, especially after such a long journey. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others. Fortunately, our last-minute alternative turned out to be one of the best hotels and services we’ve experienced in years. Avoid at all cost

I reached out and was informed my reservation was keep and I can arrive at midnight when my flight arrive. Once I arrived, they said my room wasn't available and send me to a near by hotel instead and told me I can come back the next day. I did came back and the room look nothing like the picture. There was a lot of fine dirt, which is what I has allergy for.

Feiruz Hamid Umar (7/5): Reasonable Price & Good Stay - First of all, the location of this hotel is excellent, everything is in walking distance. Yes, the room needs an upgrade in term its cleanliness. But they're actually quite reasonable for the price and the strategic location, so shouldn't you ask for more? The hotel has an elevator, so bringing kids and lots of luggage is easy. They only swept and mopped the bedroom floor, and threw the rubbish. And, they only tidied the bed, not changed the sheets for few days that I stayed there.
