- John (8/5): CSKA v Arsenal - We stayed there for the CSKA v Arsenal match; the ground was directly adjacent to the Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful, they spoke good English. The bar and restaurant were both good value with menus in English. There was a shopping centre near by.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Quite OK, depends on the price - Hotel ist ganz OK, kommt darauf an, ob man es für 60 oder 100 Euro bucht. Perfektes Englisch an der Rezeption, akzeptabler Service im Biergarten, der im Sommer recht schön ist, aber auch sehr teuer. Ich empfehle den Biergarten in dem Park in der Nähe des Hotels (am neuen Stadion vorbeilaufen dann links in den Park) - große Auswahl an Essen, lecker und normale Preise. Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber. Sauna funktioniert wohl schon seit längerem nicht (mind. 2 Wochen).

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Leider war der angepriesene kostenlose Transfer zur Messe schlecht organisiert, so dass man im Endeffekt doch immer Taxi nehmen musste. Gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal.
- Vielflieger (2/5): Absolut überzogener Preis. - Bei meiner Anreise gab es an der Rezeption 1 Person, es bildeten sich lange Schlagen. Für diesen Peis kann man einen Concierge erwarten, der ebenfalls nicht anwesend war. Beim Betreten des Zimmers wurde ich von einer Hitzewelle erschlagen. Am Morgen war die Hitze an der Ostseite nicht zu ertragen. Klimaanlage ist unertraeglich laut. Das Hotel bot ein Taxiunternehmen an welches absolut inakzeptabel ist. Restaurantpreise viel zu hoch.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Tolles Hotel aber der Frühstückskaffee ist grausam - Ich war jetzt das dritte Mal dort. Das Hotel ist wirklich toll und preiswert im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels. Internet auf dem Zimmer über Kabel funktionierte sehr gut, W-LAN war bei mir zumindest nicht das was man eine gute Verbindung nennen könnte. Das Personal ist freundlich und auch wenn das im Hotel gebuchte Taxi etwas teurer ist, so hat man jedoch meist sichere Fahrer. Absolut grausam ist der Frühstückskaffee!! Zum Glück gibt es eine gute Maschine vorne im Eingangsbereich. Dort gibt es Cappuccino für den man natürlich dann extra zahlen muss ;).

Breakfast could use some work - cold most mornings. Not a lot of restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood, but also not far from many things. Did not get a chance to visit the sauna or floating pool, but hope to on the next visit.
- Verified traveler (10/5): A green oasis in a noisy, busy city. - The hotel is located close to the metro lines, so it is an easy run to the city center. Staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well organised with a good breakfast included in the rate. Rooms are adequate and comfortable, and the air conditioning works - unlike some of the most expensive hotels. It will be our first choice whenever we come to Moscow.

- Sonja (8/5): Hjälper till med visum - Sov här en natt pga mellanlandning. Hotellet var hjälpsamt redan innan vistelsen med att ordna inbjudan inför visumansökan vilket var till stor hjälp. Hotellpersonalen är trevlig och hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen.
- The Squirrel (8/5): Great hotel pity cheap managerial attitude - This could have been a wonderful hotel. I enjoyed sauna, good bed and very good buffet breakfast. The stuff was helpful. Room was spotlessly clean. I didn’t like the fact that complimentary supplies e.g. a soap or a bottle of mineral water was supplied once in 3 days only. I thought this was cheap and disrespectful gesture to the guests of a 4 * hotel. Again, not the fault of the staff but of the management

- Verified traveler (8/5): Business, female - I had read the other opinions before I booked the hotel and was not expecting too much, but booked it anyway because the price seemed right for the location. I was pleasantly surprised, everything was good. Not a big supply of toiletries, but I expected that. food was good, staff spoke English, everything was clean. Internet in the room was slow. Public transportation was not very close, but with a driver everything is good. I would stay there again.

- fitch (8/5): Nice Place - The hotel itself was very nice; it is a long way from the airport. The overall distance to the airport is not the problem . . . one must come almost into the city center and come back out to get to the hotel.
- Andrey (6/5): I expected better hotel - The room was quite small and no air conditioner! It was not so comfortable to stay there during summer time. Price is the main advantage of this hotel. Other hotels of the same rate are mainly old Soviet style ones or located too far from the city downtown.

Det lå litt lengre fra sentrum enn vi hadde sett for oss. ca 10 - 15 minutters spasertur til metroen, og så ca 15 minutter med metroen til den røde plass/ Kreml.

(4/5): Art-Hotel: nur 15min Entfernung zum Messegelände - Der EIngangs- und ezeptionsbereich lässt einen sicherlich etwas irritieren, denn er hat etwas von einer Mischung zwischen Landschulheim und einem 70er Jahr Hotel im Süden. Dies wird aber gleich durch die Aufmerksamkeit und Charme der Mitarbeiter wettgemacht - für Hotels in dieser Kategorie in Moskau alles andere als selbstverständlich. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem Standard des Hotels. Aussergewöhnlich positiv: Die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht einem internationalen Standard. Sehr gut nist der sich hinter dem Hof befindliche Biergarten mit für Moskauer Verhältnisse äusserst moderaten Preisen und mit deutschen Biersorten. Allerdings sollte das dort bedienende Personal etwas mehr in Service und Aufmerksamkeit geschult werden. Fazit: Für Moskauer Verhältnisse eine sehr gute Alternative, da das Hotel zudem nur 15 Fahrminuten vom Messegelände entfernt ist.
- Colin (10/5): Inexpensive, well maintained - This hotel was just fine for my first trip to Moscow. The hotel staff spoke English enough to accomodate me when my Russian skills fell flat. The location is a bit far from the subway, a 20 minute walk. But the walk is pleasant through a nearby park. There is plenty of shops and such within a 5 to 10 minute walk, too. Overall, I was satisfied. I'd probably choose a more central hotel in the future, however.
- Bee (8/5): What a Pleasant Surprise - Lovely residential location, great buffet breakfast, super clean room. The one downside is the extremely poor wi-fi connection for which the hotel charges 400 Rubles/day (in room). Better to opt for the free connectin (still poor) in the lobby and restaurant.

- Jan (6/5): Art Hotel, voor Moskou niet al te duur - Hotels in Rusland zijn meestal slecht: te duur, onvriendelijk personeel, service level below zero. Art Hotel is een positieve uitzondering. De meeste werknemers zijn vriendelijk, de service kan ermee door en het ontbijt is zelfs geweldig. Goed restaurant ook. Tien minuten lopen van metrostation, taxiservice naar luchthaven.
