Shops restaurants and ATM just outside Lovely rooftop pool Room was not equipped as described on website. No coat hangers, no bedside lights, no kettle or cups, no shower gel etc. Unable to use downstairs coffee machine outside of breakfast. Barrista style coffee maker not in use. Unable to get a drink at the bar in the evening despite having wine on display. Hot breakfast items all cold. Beach area not built at the time of stay even though it was hot, this is not mentioned on website and was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel.

Unfortunately they were just finishing the decorating when we stayed but it will be done in a couple of weeks. Looked like they have spent money to make it more appealing. The rooftop pool should be good when it’s open. Room was big and always clean. Think we were the only couples staying there at the time. So for obvious reason there wasn’t the breakfast buffet. We were given breakfast to our table. There was plenty of food to fill you up. Omelette and boiled eggs, bread, sausages.

- Kudakwashe (3/5): The hotel is beautiful but my stay wasn’t pleasant - The location and the hotel is very nice Very poor services. What is advertised on the booking.com and other sites is not what you get. I booked two separate rooms to see the experience. The Junior suite I booked had a Jacuzzi. Upon checking in I found out that the Jacuzzi wasn’t working and they told me it wasn’t included in the booking it’s only on the pictures. They make you look stupid and act as if they’re doing you a favor. I requested for a refund and they refused. They made me cancel the second booking on booking.com then they gave me another room which was lower standard from the original one I had checked in first. When I was checking in they were complementary drinks and I water, when I went to get my stuff the house keeping removed everything including water and cattle. This happened is all two separate rooms I booked with them. I don’t know if they do that to all their customers or it was just me. The hotel is very nice but the bathroom sinks were dirty and rusty. On booking.com it’s on mentioned that the pool is closed but they don’t even allow you to go outside to see the views which are the main reason why most people book the hotel.

Schon bei der Ankunft gab es keine Armbänder für den Strand. Stattdessen sollten wir einfach „die Hotelkarte zeigen“ – am Strand wurden wir damit abgewiesen. Und nein, der Strand liegt NICHT „direkt vor der Tür“, wie überall behauptet wird. Man muss ein gutes Stück laufen – zurück zum Hotel wollten wir uns den Stress nicht nochmal antun. Unsere Klimaanlage war kaputt. Mehrmals an der Rezeption angerufen, jedes Mal hieß es „es kommt gleich jemand hoch“ – gekommen ist niemand. Selbst nach persönlicher Beschwerde vor Ort tat sich nichts. Ergebnis: zwei Nächte ohne Schlaf bei stickiger Hitze. Abends nach Wasser gefragt – selbst eine kleine Flasche konnten oder wollten sie uns nicht geben. Stattdessen der Hinweis, wir sollen „rausgehen und schauen, ob noch etwas offen hat“. Der Pool ist winzig – gerade mal zwei Leute können gleichzeitig darin schwimmen. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das einfach lächerlich. Für das, was hier verlangt wird, bekommt man in der Gegend deutlich bessere Hotels. Hier stimmt weder der Service noch das, was versprochen wird. Nie wieder!

The cooling system in the room and reception area needs more attention too, it was quite insufficient particularly at night. The pool tiles should be attended to as it is slippery and poses a hazard.

Brak śniadań, możliwości napicia się w hotelu czegokolwiek, pani na recepcji na prośbę o czajnik albo wrzątek stwierdziła, że to niemożliwe, bo kuchnia jest zamknięta. Grudzień co prawda jest martwym okresem turystycznym ale hotel jest czterogwiazdkowy. Nieporozumienie.

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Hinta-laatusuhde oli edullinen. Huoneen suihku toimi hyvin ja lämmintä vettä riitti. Sängyt olivat hyvät. Meidän huone ei ollut kovin hyvä/tasokas; hotellissa oli paljon parempia muita huoneita kuin meidän huone. Huone oli kylmä ja ahdas. TV ei huoneessa toiminut. Safety boksin sai respasta huoneeseen pyytämällä, mutta se ei toiminut eikä sitä tultu korjaamaan pyynnöstä huolimatta. Autojen äänet kuuluivat kadulta selkeästi huoneeseen. Katolla oleva uima-allasvesi oli jääkylmää.

- Gerlanda (9/5): Fijne uitvalsplek met leuke beachclub - Het zwembad op het dakterras was heerlijk. Alles in dezelfde stijl over de top ingericht, heel grappig. Ontbijt viel een beetje tegen voor 5 sterren hotel
- Hannah (7/5): - Good location, clean, the private beach area was nice and the room was a great size. Staff were friendly. Rooftop pool was a nice area. The breakfast didn’t have any fresh fruit other than apples, no water bottles in room (although advertised) and staff said they weren’t on offer. Our bed had no duvet and this was in the cupboard without a sheet.

Nyílás zárók beállítást igényelnek, fürdő szoba csaptelep kiesik a helyéről. Recepciós nem tájékoztatott mindenről kellőképp (wifi, strandi kitelepülés és napozóágyak használatáról információ hiány, medence holléte) Itt az oldalon említenek félpanziót azonban a hotel a helyszínen tájékoztat hogy se vacsorára se ebédre nincs lehetőség, ellenben ezek időpontja fel van tüntetve a pultnál.
- Thomas (8/5): - Det er et rigtig flot hotel med flotte værelser, god morgenmad og en pool på taget. Det ligger lige ud til en trafikeret vej, hvor der er mange biler. Til gengæld kan man krydse vejen og så er man på stranden.

- Pia (9/5): Amazing beach getaway :) - The location is really good, next to the beach and there are many busses to the city center, the rooftop pool (although it was very cold), the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom (especially the toilet) wasn’t that clean and didn’t smell good.

- James (7/5): - Personal sõbralik ja vastu tulelik,tuba vahetati koheselt ilma probleemita kuna esimese toa aken oli mitte sulguv. Kõik hommikusöögid olid ühesugused,meil oli ostetud ka õhtusöök infot selle kohta saime alles siis kui ise küsima läksime,tubadesse on õue müra kõik kuulda, kerge unega inimestele ei soovita.
- Yosca (4/5): Teleurstellend - Het was een mooie kamer Prijs kwaliteit was erg slecht. +/- 200 euro per nacht betaald voor een kamer wat erg gehorig was, geen goede gordijnen had waardoor het 's ochtends vroeg al licht was op de kamer en een zwembad wat niet schoon was.

- Julie (7/5): Rent og pent ! Flott beliggenhet. - Pent og rent. God beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale. Det så litt stiligere ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten, men fint hotell! Ingenting galt med det! Kunne vært litt bedre utvalg til frokost. Var lite brød å velge mellom. Kun et fint og et grovt. Ingen rundstykker. Og lite pålegg å velge i, men det er en gjenganger her i Albania !
- Salamon (8/5): Szuper, jó helyen, ár-érték arányban megfelelő - Jó reggeli, a választék átlagosnak mondható, minden nap majdnem ugyanaz. A szobában lehetett volna legalább 1 szék, egyébként ezen kívül ár érték arányban minden rendben volt
