L’hôtel propose une navette mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. Le petit déjeuner très light et salé. Pas grand chose de sucré à part des fruits. Le personnel de ménage qui tambourine à 8h du matin à la porte , pas superbe pour se reposer (malgré la pancarte ne pas déranger), l’anglais inexistant donc prévoyez une appli de traduction

Nos dejaban la ventana abierta del cuarto sin calefacción cuando viaje en invierno. Hacian -3°C afuera. Nos fuimos a dormir congeladas ambas noches de la estadia. El desayuno era super oriental, ni una medialuna o tostada, cafe espantoso. Habia olor a cigarrillo en el cuarto. Cuando realice el reclamo tanto del hospedaje como desde Booking NADIE se hizo cargo. horrible servicio.

We got to our room after travelling for 12 hours and there was no air con. I spoke to 4 different managers and they all said they had no air conditioner even though it was advertised. They told me we could move room to a different room with no air conditioning still but I had to move within 10 minutes which was crazy as we had already unpacked. The whole hotel was very basic and unhelpful to westerners

- Wilson (8/5): Better than most. - The hotel is located near Shanghai Disneyland. Free shuttle is provided in the morning to Disneyland and back to hotel at 10:10 in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kelly and Zoe from the front desk. There are quite a number of restaurants further down the road (about 1km). The bed was huge (size of 2 king-size beds). It is located far from the city centre and tourist attractions such as 城皇庙，田子坊，南京路步行街，etc. You can skip the breakfast, you will not miss anything.

The lobby is very cold temperature. But its serve welcome drink and hot rice soup

It is not easy to get to.. to make it much better they need to have a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and from the hotel to downtown or at least to the metro station. The hotel is very nice just to remotely located

The hotel offers a free breakfast which was nice and a free shuttle to disney, the metro is about 10 minutes walk but straight down a flat road so not too bad. Had a good stay and rooms were quiet.

- Ronald (9/5): Superb - The hotel staff and room cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful. There's a shuttle bus going to Disneyland daily. You need to check with the helpful front desk staff there. The staff there were really helpful, especially when they assisted my wife on her China app online purchases (how to). There's also an AI robot in the hotel!!! :)). For me and my family, we will definitely return back to this hotel when we go to Shanghai, as the hotel overall conditions and helpful staff exceed our expectations. Too far away from town but luckily the staff were very helpful and willingly to help out, explaining to us how to reach our planned itineraries. Another thing is that most taxis do not know or heard that there's a Holiday Inn hotel there. I think they should promote more of this hotel because the staff were very good at their work and are really helpful and friendly. Their room superb clean!

- Mui (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to have a free shuttle to Disneyland. Breakfast has a good spread and the food was yummy. We like the washer and dryer facilities and free snacks/sweets and tea in the lobby. Rooms are spacious and clean. Far from the tourist areas and a 1km walk to nearest metro station. Not much food options around although you can order rice sets from reception. The rice sets looks good and a pity we didn't get a chance to try.
- Nakarin (8/5): Good breakfast, standard hotel to stay if you plan to go to Disneyland. - Breakfast is excellent, room is clean and neat, good location for Disneyland. Since the hotel is close to the train line, there is a noise when the train passes. Should have gym facilities.

- Sean (8/5): Was staying there for Disneyland and the reception staff not very friendly. But the breakfast buffet was good! - Holiday Inn living up to its reputation. Quality hotel with the price I paid. This Holiday Inn ONLY suitable for those that are going to Shanghai Disneyland and have a short stay there. Because there is no eateries and convenience stores nearby. The reception staff not very friendly.
- Hung (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and nice room and staff even allow early check-in. Location is perfect for our planning
- Hannah (10/5): Great stay, lovely staff - Amazing staff & lovely, spacious and clean room, good location for Disney and the train station. Breakfast could do with more selection for example bakery items, free shuttle bus however doesn’t get you to Disney for opening, however the train is so cheap and close to the hotel
