• Remy (3/5): Déçu - L'emplacement proche des trams. Une grosse déception. J'ai payé pour une « Petite Chambre Double » en m'attendant à un vrai lit double (comme confirmé sur ma réservation). À la place, j'ai eu droit à deux lits simples simplement collés l'un à l'autre. L'hygiène et l'entretien de la chambre étaient inacceptables : une grosse tache blanche douteuse sur la tête de lit, des réparations de fortune au plafond avec des tuyaux emballés dans du papier aluminium, des tâches au sol et des murs très abîmés (voir photos). La direction a reconnu ces problèmes par écrit suite à ma plainte, mais a refusé de proposer le moindre remboursement ou d'assumer ses responsabilités. Je vous invite à bien regarder mes photos avant de réserver.

La chambre n'est pas dans un bon état : trace d'usure, d'humidité, parquet qui flotte, miroir fendu. Manque de place dans la salle de bain pour mettre ses affaires, douche qui innonde tout.

Needed to step into shower to close door to access bathroom. To tight and no ventilation in bathroom. Maybe reconsider the door opening for better access.

• Marlis (8/5): Lugar tranquilo y accesible! - Si bien no es céntrico, los alrededores son muy lindos y la conexión es muy rápido, con varios supermercados y coffe shop cerca. Que se escuchaba mucho el sonido de todas las habitaciones, pero nada terrible, cumplió bien.

• Anna Maria (7/5): Klein, aber okay - tolles Personal! - Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an einer Strassenbahnstation, mit der man problemlos ins Zentrum kommt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und sauber, das Frühstück sehr lecker und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, allen voran der asiatische Rezeptionist, der am Morgen des 9.5. Dienst hatte. Sehr hilfsbereit und beflissen. Das Zimmer ist unfassbar klein, das kalte Wasser fließt nicht, sondern tropft nur, mit der Dusche setzt man schnell das ganze Bad unter Wasser und auf der Rückseite von der Badezimmertür waren fragwürdige Klebereste.
• Erin (7/5): Local feel, walking distances from main areas, great value for accommodation. - We stayed for 4 days here and the hotel was pleasant. Its facilities could be updated as they are older hotel but the room was comfortable especially the mattress. Slept so well, especially with the nice extra blankets they provide. The room came with all the basic amenities that you’d need, and room service was provided. The hotel staff we always very friendly and the check in was very smooth with my booking made online. They offered breakfast in the morning and rental bikes on the property. The hotel also has an elevator which was very nice in Amsterdam with luggage. I will say the location is a little outside the main areas of Amsterdam but still very accessible by foot, bike or tram. It made the feel more local in a local neighborhood with local markets and great shops and restaurants with the park near by. The hotel street were very quiet at night with our room facing the main street. Over all was very good price for location especially if you’re out of the room all day visiting the city. I would stay there again. The hotel walls are a little thin but we didn’t experience any issues with other guests noise. The bathroom could be a little updated.
• Reina (7/5): Cozy spot in a great location. The tram is nearby, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly - We liked how much light the room would receive when the sun was out! Never needed to use the facility's lights during the daytime other than the washroom. Beds were comfy too, though for the price, a full-sized bed would've been fairer. I think they should have at least put two glasses in the room for drinking rather than just one. Other than that, not much to say.
• Yasmine (3/5): Friendly staff, but shady, not properly arranged hotel rooms - The Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our safety deposit box not working properly and it was fixed within the day of reporting it. The hotel room we stayed in really needs some renovation. The floor boards didn't fit well, there were odd holes in the wall and pipes were sticking out of it. There were stains in the mattress, which also was slightly too long for the bed frame. The ceiling in the bathroom was yellowish in color, there were leaks and some parts in the bathroom were broken, and the furniture didn't really fit in some places (drawers not closing properly, for example). Small things that didn't warrant complaining, but also diminished how comfortable we felt. We are not sure if we just had bad timing, or if hotel rooms in Amsterdam, even of such a low quality, are generally as expensive, but compared to stays in other hotels in big capital cities or in the Netherlands, the price for value was very poor.

• Pauline (7/5): Assez bien dans l'ensemble. Personnel très sympathique mais reste cher pour ce qui est proposé. - Le personnel était très sympathique et la literie est très bonne. Néanmoins la chambre était très petite et le rapport qualité-prix ne correspond pas au standing attendu.

The location of the Hotel is really good, I could get on most of the places that I want very easily with the public transport near the hotel. I was planning to work from the Hotel, but the room had a too small table and a small stool to sit, not very comfortable to work. Maybe I should check with the hotel before.

Okna nelze otevřít v přízemí, chladný vzduch a kanalizace. Bohužel jsem se nepodívala předem na hodnocení jinde, jen na bookingu. To urcite doporučuji udělat.

Staff is very kind and responsive to every request. The interiors and general aesthetic are somewhat outdated, I expected more from its price.

• Catherine (7/5): Séjour correct mais pour un couple la chambre est trop petite même si le lit est grand et confortable. - La proximité avec les transports. Petits déjeuners avec beaucoup de choix. Présence à l’accueil et au petit déjeuner de personnels sympathiques. Réactivité rapide pour solutionner une partie d’un problème dans la salle de bain. L’évier bouché a été débouché le jour même de notre arrivée. Le jet d’eau du robinet d’eau froide était pratiquement inexistant c’était un filet d’eau. Ce problème n’a pas été réglé tout le temps de notre séjour. Manque une serviette de toilette, alors que nous étions 2. La salle de bain est trop petite. Le dernier jour absence de tapis de bain à la sortie de la douche ce qui a inondé le sol. La couette n’était pas à la dimension du lit. Très peu de place pour mettre les valises.

De plus, quand on prenait la douche, il y avait de l’eau partout (le joint était cassé).

Good shower and tee kettle in the room. there was a TV as well but I didn't use it. I really don't remember, everything was absolutely ok. Mayby too large bed and too little space to move in the room if I am pedantic.

• langlet (7/5): - L’hôtel est bien placé géographiquement à côté d'un arrêt de tram qui amène rapidement au centre-ville. Le personnel est agréable avec un service H24/24. Les chambres sont biens. Les draps ne sont pas changés pendant la durée du séjour.

• Simon (6/5): - Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist sehr gut (für den Preis). Das Frühstück ist auf kleinstem Raum trotzdem vielseitig. Unser Zimmer (nach hinten raus) war ruhig. Statt jeden Tag neue Handtücher zu bringen, sollte sich das Reinigungspersonal etwas Zeit nehmen, Schimmel und Kalk zu entfernen und auch mal unter dem Bett zu saugen. Fahrräder müssen draußen an der Straße abgestellt werden (öffentliche Fahrradständer sind aber vorhanden).

La habitación estaba bien, pero el dormir con la cabeza debajo de la ventana daba frío por la noche pese al aire acondicionado. Y la luz que entraba despertaba muuuuuy temprano. En el baño la puerta de la ducha se había roto y habían mal puesto una cortina de baño bastante cutre. Y para estar en el baño había que hacer malabares dado el tamaño...

• Angelika (4/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Straßenbahn in direkter Nähe. Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebucht und bestätigt. Es war aber ein Doppelbett mit einer Decke. Fernseher funktionierte nicht, da angeblich wegen heftigem Regen es in ganz Niederlande kein zuverlässige Verbindung gäbe - wer's glaubt. Zimmer eiskalt. Wasser in der Dusche kochend heiß, dafür am Waschbecken nur kalt usw ... alles in allem enttäuschend.
• Edith (7/5): Clean and comfortable stay, but quite noisy. - The hotel is nice, and the staff is very respectful and kind. They keep everything very clean. My room was big and good enough for me. I also liked that they provided an extra blanket, because the first day was very cold. I appreciated having a safe in the room as well, because it let me store my things securely and feel more at ease when leaving them in the hotel, also walk to the convention centre RAI, is just 15 minutes (I love that) The first day was very cold, so I turned on the heater to make the room warmer for the next day. There was also a bad noise in the toilet area, almost like water was running, but it was not actually water. I am not sure what it was, maybe something internal, but it made noise all day and even at night. The heater machine also made noise. For someone who really values silence at night, this could be very bothersome. In addition, noise from other rooms was very noticeable, so there was not much sound insulation. They also did not provide shampoo or conditioner, and the hand soap seemed to be the same one provided in the shower.
• Natalia (8/5): Dobrze zlokalizowany hotel - Lokalizacja była wspaniała. Bardzo blisko do komunikacji miejskiej co jest ogromnym plusem, ponieważ łatwo i szybko można się dostać do centrum Amsterdamu. Blisko również sklep i restauracje. Personel bardzo miły, pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Można poprawić trochę łazienkę - prysznic trochę niefortunnie jest ulokowany i leci woda na podłogę oraz drzwi (dlatego są spuchnięte i odchodzi farba). Jakby zamontować do niego szybę i byłoby super. Poza tym wszystko okej.

• Mari Carmen (8/5): Una estancia estupenda - Bastante cómodo, nos tocó una habitación triple muy amplia y el desayuno estaba genial. Todo un acierto. Muy buena relación calidad - precio. El personal fue muy simpático. Estaría genial contar con algún que otro espejo más en la habitación.

• Lirios (8/5): Está bien! Asequible de precio y calidad - Bastante cerca del centro en tram. Personal muy cercano. La cama era comodisima. La habitación era diminuta, pero bueno, asequible. El baño sí que… la distancia de la ducha con el váter no llega ni a 5 cm. La ducha no cierra bien la mampara y se sale el agua y se moja todo el vater. El baño es un poco agobiante, porque es muy pequeño no tenía ninguna percha para poder colgar la toallas, ni la de mano ni la de secarse el cuerpo. La puerta del baño estaba rota de abajo, la cadena del vater está suelta porque hay que volver a siliconarla, una mesita de noche una estaba rota no tenía balda, la pila estaba para siliconar, el pomo de la ducha estaba suelto, esas cosas podrían arreglarlas para mejorar el aspecto del alojamiento.
• Filipcic (8/5): - The location is very nice, its safe in the evening/night and its quite as well. The rooms are very small but it wasn't an issue since I spent most of the day outside anyway. The toilette is clean and has room. The hotel also has an elevator and bikes for rent. Overall it was nice.

• Lucia (1/5): - Attention, l'hôtel est infesté de punaises (cf nombreux commentaires sur ce sujet), nous ne nous y sommes pas rendus. Le personnel est malhonnête à ce propos, fuyez !
