• Loren (5/5): Adequate but expensive room. Fantastic location - Location is fabulous.A 10+. My room was dark and dreary. It wasn’t a great room for the price. Not worth the cost.

• Joanne (5/5): Location excellent but I don’t think we will book agein. - Location The staff who welcomed us on arrival was quite rude. I had informed in advance that we would arrive at location around 1030/1100am but since I also mentioned that our flight lands at 0830, she expected us to be there by 0930. So when we arrived she was really underlining the fact that she was waiting for us all mornimg and that she had other things to do. It wasn’t nice at all and very not professional. We did not appreciate it at all.
• Milan (5/5): Very convenient location and good value except I couldn’t recommend this property to friends unless they invest in new p - Great location and very responsive staff to email inquiries The pillows on the bed were terrible and we asked they provide different pillows after the first night but the different ones were just as bad. Both times they provided two rock hard pillows and two that were supper thin with no substance. Unfortunately, the last room cleaning failed to leave toilet paper and we ran out which is not convenient when it isn’t easy to run out and get another roll.

Safe & secure as there was 3 different gates to go through Location was initially hard to find. Bathroom had mold growing in the corners. Shower didn’t drain properly and the detachable shower head did not work at all. Pillows were very thin & hard.

• Alexia (10/5): Chambre d’hôtel propre et au centre de Rome ! - Chambre d’hôtel très bien placé, à proximité du centre de Rome ! La réceptionniste était très gentille et arrangeante ! La chambre était propre et la machine à café était un plus fort appréciable.
• joyce (9/5): - Location, privacy was fantastic The check in experience. The part of this was hard, is at the front door. We did not know there was a bell to ring when we got there. The driver dropped us, and we were confused. I would just suggest, on booking, put in the notes what the protocol is when you get to the location. Everything else was fantastic. I know it was us, just not understanding the process as we havent been to this hotel before.

• Maria (1/5): Horrível dos piores em que já tive - Apenas a cama e a localização Serviço é muito péssimo, os quartos precisam de pinturas e canalização novas devido ao mau cheiro que vem da casa de banho. O aquecimento central faz imenso barulho e está estragado o que foi relatado e nada feito pela recepção, além do barulho do quarto que fica ao lado do check in. A recepção é simplesmente inexistente nunca lá estão, e demoram imenso tempo a responder aos pedidos. O prédio é mesmo muito antigo localiza se num quarto andar sem elevador visto que o mesmo está avariado. Esta informação não consta na descrição do hotel. Os quartos tem péssima capacidade de isolamento tanto para o exterior como para o interior. Acho deplorável que a recepção feche na hora do check in.

• Classroom (10/5): Excelente - La habitación y la ubicación La entrada es un poco extraña. Es medio un laberinto pero entiendo en Italia y España es super común. A veces la puerta de entrada de entrada estaba apoyada abierta de par en par trabada con una piedra. La verdad no es un problema porque hay dos puertas mas con contraseña recién para acceder a la recepción del lugar pero a los Argentinos que vivimos en alerta con el tema seguridad nos llamó la atención. Dicho esto, Flaminia quien nos recibió es amorosa, nos dio indicaciones en el mapa con todos los posibles consejos. Una divina! La habitación es un mil, super espaciosa con absolutamente todo lo que uno podría esperar una habitación tenga, el baño es espectacular y la limpieza impecable. La ubicación es fantástica, cerca de todo y super bello. Volvería sin dudarlo.

• Eliza (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend, expensive and could definitely find better. - Location was good and security. Loft was useful for luggage. Clean room daily. Round bed was uncomfortable and bathroom shower was mouldy and not cleaned well. The property wouldn’t let us check in at 1.30pm and said our bags would be put into our round once they notified us our room was ready. We didn’t received any notification and when we turned up to check in all our bags were left in the hallway. Room is very dark but hallway light is left on overnight and flashes into room.

• Rossi Giorgia (5/5): - La struttura è situata in una posizione ottima che permette di raggiungere facilmente le attrazioni principali di Roma. Inoltre la reception ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli una volta effettuato il checkout, nota positiva dato che la nostra partenza era prevista nel tardo pomeriggio. La camera che ci è stata assegnata appare molto trasandata. Le pareti erano sporche con evidenti segni sui muri, il bagno presenta molto calcare e la doccia parzialmente funzionante in quando non era possibile utilizzare il doccino perché rotto. Le lenzuola avevano delle macchie oltre al fatto che il coprimaterasso era di un materiale similare alla plastica (impermeabile credo), quindi scomodo e durante il riposo risultava anche fastidioso. Per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo notato la presenza di un cattivo odore, probabilmente derivante dal velluto che riveste la struttura del letto. Insopportabile. Non è stato effettuato il cambio asciugamani nonostante il nostro soggiorno fosse di 3 notti.

• Connor (10/5): - We had a nice stay here while in Rome. Within walking distance to the major sites (Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.). The shower was lovely! Located right on a street with lots of dining and shopping options. The check in process was very easy and explained very well. Would stay again if we come back to Rome!
• Obarcelo (7/5): Good stay in Rome - The location is great! We walked everywhere. Staff were very welcoming. The room was also very spacious. Good communication. The room was not very clean and the perfume they use for inside the room was also quite bothering. Even opening the window the smell was not going away. We got the room with the round bed and this was very big and quite comfortable but the bedsheets were too short and the mattress sheet kept getting out.

Están algo tapados los desagües, el baño devuelve malos olores por las cañerías, al ser una construcción muy antigua remodelada tiene un olor particular que puede generar alergias.
• Leonardo (9/5): Charming stay in the heart of Rome - The location is excellent, on a picturesque street with everything you might need close by – pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, clothing shops – and within walking distance of the main attractions and historic sites. Our room was spacious, clean, with a nice bathroom and a view of the lively street. The staff was very helpful and arranged transportation to Fiumicino Airport at a fair price, which made departure easy and stress-free. Carrying heavy luggage up and down to the 4th floor was a bit challenging. There is a very small elevator, but stairs are still involved. Of course, this is quite common in traditional Italian (and European) buildings, so it was not a major issue, just something to keep in mind.
• Julio (10/5): Una experiencia maravillosa! - Este alojamiento es MARAVILLOSO, es grande, con buen baño, buena ducha, con personal atento, con una ubicación maravillosa, la verdad las fotos no le hacen justicia, esta es una gran opción, en un barrio muy céntrico, muy romano, y se vive una gran experiencia, si en mi evaluación ven o aparece algún puntaje malo sobre las fotos vs la realidad, es para positivo, porque de verdad cuando entré a la habitación con mi novia nos sorprendimos del tamaño y de lo increíble que en varios aspectos, era nuestro cuarto, lo amamos!

• Campbell (7/5): Great Location - Room is in traditional setting. Very secure and I appreciated this. Exceptionally clean and had everything I needed. They send instructions for getting in if reception isn't there. Remember to read your email. It is in a fantastic location for travel and getting about, right in the middle of everything. A few great places to eat out. It wouldn't be fair to not mention that in my room you could hear what I think is the aircon in the building. I thought that this might keep me awake as I am a light sleeper. I actually slept well each night. There is a bell in the building around the corner, it doesn't go off during the night.

Windows were sound proof and AC was good and quiet to allow a great nights sleep. Thankfully they sent us a video on how to self check in. Did have to some stairs with our cases. Very sparse on the toiletries and towels supplied.

• Han-ying (8/5): Very good - The location was really central and convenient. We were able to reach many places by walk. The neighborhoods were interesting to explore as well. The room was also quite spacious. They told us that we could check in at 10:30 but our room wasn't ready to 3pm so it messed up our schedule quite a bit. They also took our "make room" card away by the fourth night which was odd.

• tracy (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here for our honeymoon. It is one of the very best locations to stay in Rome. The entire stay we did not have to take a single taxi or bus expect for to and from the airport. Every single tourist attraction and historical landmark is within a 20 min walk. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Also the staff was super friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. Highly recommend this hotel!!
• Gerard (8/5): - Great location and rooms were generally ok. Checkin instructions were sent in advance and had no issues with access to the property or rooms. Only downside was room next to the reception and there was a constant noise from broken equipment (air conditioning unit or fan etc) which disrupted sleep on the final night. We reported and they will get it fixed.
• Dennis (9/5): Great place to stay for your first time in Rome! Good facilities and location! - We really enjoyed staying at Guibbonari Suites as it was good in basically all aspects! For our first time in Rome, the location of it was fantastic and it was great being central and within walking distance of basically all major monuments. We just had a bit of difficult finding it, intially! Just be careful when looking at the map. How to find the door could have been explained better.
