• Charlyne (10/5): Parfait - L’emplacement était très bien, arrêt de bus juste à côté qui mène directement à la station de métro pour aller où l’on souhaite dans et autour de Londres Les petits déjeuners sont toujours les mêmes mais très bons et fournis (salé et sucré) La propreté !! Rien à dire Le personnel très agréable Juste derrière l’hôtel il y a un supermarché, rien de plus pratique pour des repas dans la chambre tous les soirs La qualité du matelas est le seul bémol. Beaucoup trop dur pour nous et avec un trou au centre à force de recevoir du monde... Après de grosses journées londonienne de marche, un matelas moins dur serait plus agréable. Mais c’est notre ressenti perso ! Sinon RAS

La limpieza regular, las camas muy cómodas, el baño excelente y buen tamaño. Tiene buen desayuno incluido y una cafetería agradable, el personal cordial y muy colabordores. Lo lejos del centro, hay que tomar bus y metro cambiando de lineas para llegar al centro de Londres

• Gyöngyi (7/5): Minden mással elégedett voltam. - Sajnos a reggelihez nem volt zöldség és felvágott. Ez nekem nagyon hiányzott. A szállás rendelésénél külön kértem, hogy egymás melletti szoba legyen és ahol ketten voltak azoknál külön ágyat kértünk. Sajnos egyik kérésemet sem sikerült teljesíteni.

• 814annemariej (10/5): Quick Stopover - I have stayed at HI Chingford a few times due to its location and value for money, for me as a stopover before travelling home out of London. The staff have always been very professional, polite and engaging and today I was greeted and checked in by the lovely Irena who provided 11/10 service.

Personnel très agréable La moquette de la chambre a besoin d’être changée et la chaise du bureau était toute tachée. Le petit dej serait meilleur avec du jus de fruits non dilué et quelques laitages.

• Ste (1/5): Got a rash from the bed and that. - The bar and food My colleague woke up with bites all over him and needed to shower at 3am. It completely ruined his night and is still suffering now. Also the TV didnt work in my room and neither did his. We would have used this place long term for the work we are doing but certainly not now.

Room was very very cold and we didn’t really have much sleep over the two nights we were there from the noice of cars from the main road and a very cold breeze coming in the room from somewhere. Breakfast was ok. But all the staff were really good especially Lee at reception who was very kind, friendly and helpful.

Also, we booked for two children and two adults. Luckily one of our daughter's couldn't make it otherwise they would both have to sleep in the double, sofa bed together which wouldn't have worked

• Harry (7/5): - We'd chosen the hotel because of its location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is good. On the whole, the hotel offers value for money. Only two channels on the TV seemed to be working. In the end,we resorted to screen mirroring. The carpet had a rather conspicuous stain of some unidentifiable substance. I think the hotel needs to employ the services of a different plumber. The thermostatic mixer tap had the barrier for heat on the wrong side, and the plug for the plughole could only be moved with very strong fingernails or by putting in on upside down. The tap seems to have been replaced without the necessary lever to lift the plug.
• Ali (3/5): Disappointing - It was fairly easy to get to Stansted airport with public transport. The room was too small for a family, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, there was no conditioner in the shower, the quality of the breakfast was poor.

• Samina (10/5): Fantastic! - From the Beginning of our stay to the end, all staff were amazing! Especially Lee, he really went above and beyond to ensure that myself and my family had an amazing stay. Thank you and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here again. It literally felt like home; that’s how comfortable we all were.

• Lisa (7/5): - The receptionist that greeted us was very friendly. She sorted a cot for us that was missing and she also helped us with milk for our toddler. The hash browns were inedible at breakfast as they were very dry and overcooked. Apart from that I can't fault the breakfast or our stay.
