Pedimos toalhas de banho para trocar no fim do dia, após uma estadia já, e nos foi informado que não havia toalha de banho para entregarem na recepção após o horário da limpeza dos quartos. Assim sendo, nos entregaram duas toalhas de rosto para nos secarmos pós banho. A região parece ser bem perigosa a noite, mas nada que não seja possível enfrentar.

Water temperature changed constantly. Laundry service poor. Had to ask for lavatory paper as cleaners didn’t replenish stocks.
- Edmond (6/5): Middling quality in a run-down area - The bed was comfortable. The balcony door was almost soundproof, muffling the noise from the street. Breakfast choice was limited but the continental style breakfast was good quality. The timber floor in my room was stained, should be scrubbed. No chair in the room, only a stool which was not comfortable to sit in. No electrical socket near the bed to charge my phone. The 'reading light' was too low, should be higher up to allow one to read in bed. The general area around the hotel was very run down and streets strewn with litter. Not the hotel's fault of course, but I would not stay in that area again.

- harrymon (10/5): Perfect hotel - We stayed in this Best Western Plaza hotel from April 7 to the 14th for a trip to explore the Neapolitan Riviera and all that it had to offer. This hotel is a perfect haven of quiet and calm in the insanity of Naples. We loved Naples, but we loved coming back to the Plaza every day after a long day of walking, trains, museums, buried cities. The Plaza rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds, well furnished and perfect for a holiday in the area. The actual area around the hotel has seen better times but that is like a lot of Naples,it's what makes Naples unique. Great staff, perfectly safe, from reception to cleaning, everything was first class. I won't hesitate to come back.

The room was very small, as was the shower. Only 3 tissues provided as complementary over 3 days. Safe needed a key, which was not give to me and the safe was so small that you could not fit an SLR camera or electronic tablet in it anyway.

Ha camere non grandi ma moderne e confortevoli, pulite e con cambio biancheria eccezionale. Molto suggestiva anche la colazione al quinto piano, ben fornita e con ottimi dolci! Il quartiere dove si trova non è molto invitante

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, but it was during my stay that their kindness really stood out. They took the time to notice the small details—remembering my name, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, and offering thoughtful recommendations that made my visit even more enjoyable. At one point, when I had a minor issue with my room, they handled it quickly and professionally, ensuring it was resolved without any inconvenience to me. What impressed me most was their genuine care and enthusiasm. It didn’t feel like standard customer service—it felt personal. Their positive attitude and willingness to help created such a welcoming atmosphere that it truly elevated my entire stay. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive, and they are a real credit to the hotel. Thanks to them, what would have been a good stay turned into a great one. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Comentar que molts tours tenen el seu punt de recollida a l'estació. Ens ha agradat molt el tracte rebut per part de tot el personal de l'hotel. Els llits són molt còmodes, habitacions netes. Comentar que al vespre/nit l'ambient que hi ha fora de l'hotel, no és el mes recomenable...però cal dir, que nosaltres no vam tenir cap problema.

- Ana (10/5): Excelente estancia en Nápoles - La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación Garibaldi, de la estación Central. El.desayuno excelente, muy variado y bueno. El personal muy atento y amable, el de recepción del hotel (Gianfranco) nos ayudó con la elección de un restaurante muy cerca (Gaetano) para cenar, donde fuimos todas las noches, nos indicó todo lo que necesitamos para movernos por Nápoles. Sin duda, si volvemos a Nápoles, volveremos a este hotel. Las fotos que se pueden ver en Booking no te dan una idea real del hotel, está mucho mejor en realidad. Todo fue bien.

- david (9/5): A great location and tasty breakfast - It is in a central location for the train station, tour pick up points and the main central areas to visit. Breakfast was very varied with a wide choice There was little cupboard space and no usb charging point in the room
