• Marc (10/5): Príjemný hotel s dobrou dostupnosťou do centra a ochotným personálom - Hotel sa nachádza 4 km pešo do centra mesta, ale autobusová zastávka sa nachádza tesne pred hotelom, z ktorej autobus 13A ide priamo do centra. Lístok sme si kupovali priamo v autobuse v miestnej mene v hotovosti. Okolie hotela je bezpečné a v blízkosti hotela sa nachádzajú prevádzky rýchlych občerstvení a supermarket Spar. Hotel je v dobrom stave, je čistý a ponúka vybavenie na vysokej úrovni. Vybavenie a zariadenie izby je vhodné aj na dlhšie pobyty. Bývali sme na 6 poschodí s balkónom.  Na raňajkách boli poskytované švédske stoly - ovocné šťavy, mäsové výrobky, syry, pečivo, ovocie, zelenina a rôzne druhy koláčov. Personál pri raňajkách bol priateľský.  Zamestnanci recepcie hovoria dobrou angličtinou, odpovedali na naše otázky a vyhoveli našim požiadavkám - v posledný deň pobytu sme museli urobiť skorší check-out. Keďže sme repeciu o tom informovali, hneď pri príchode, pripravili nám raňajkový balíček.. Taktiež nám recepčný privolal taxislužbu, taxík prišiel k hotelu za cca 5 minút. -

• Norbert Tarek (9/5): Nice!! - Nice new or well renovated building. Lovely sfaff, nice breakfast. Good location, many shops and restaurants around. Close to airport and city centre. Big rooms. Quick valet parking, big thanks to parking driver . Recommended hotel!! A little noisy due close to highway, but it is acceptable.

• Georg (10/5): Zentrales Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Das zentral gelegene Hotel verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war mittelgroß, gut ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Busverbindungen in die Stadt sehr gut ( 30 Min.). Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, jedoch wurden die Eier und anderen warmen Speisen nicht erwärmt, also kaltes Buffet.

Tienes para comer-cenar por los alrededores del hotel y hay muchas terrazas por la zona 25 min en autobús al centro ( la parada está al lado del hotel)

• Federico (10/5): Convinient and relaxing. - It was clean ang even when we weee too early for the check in, they made it work and took us. The location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and shops and with taxi waiting outside every day. The staff was so great specially Jeta that welcomed us when we arrived. And the room is cleaned everyday. Maybe not having extra pillow. But very minor.

The view from my room was stunning. The duvet did not feel fresh. The lift wasn't working during checkout but they apologized for it as it was undergoing some maintenance.

Typisk chormecast eller lignede. Litt skuffet over at booblebadekaret som var oppgitt ikke var innstalert enda.
• Mathias (6/5): Personal hervorragend, defekte Dusche, Preis - Leistung okay. - Das Frühstück selbst war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt an der Stadtautobahn war natürlich nicht optimal. Auch gab es keinerlei Ausschilderung um das Hotel zu finden. Wir haben dann die Leute auf der Straße danach gefragt. Die Dusche war defekt, Das Wasser kam oberhalb der Brause heraus. So etwas sollte vor jeder Vermietung geprüft und bedarfsweise auch repariert werden. Es gehört zum Standard.
• Michal (7/5): יחס חם ואישי מכל צוות המלון - צוות מהמם מריו אדיב נחמד ועוזר בכל דבר שצריך. חדר גדול מרווח ונקי החדר פנה לכביש ראשי היה רעש נוראי בלילה הבידוד לא טוב, רחוק יחסית ממרכז העיר. חוץ מזה הייתה חוויה מעולה ביחס למחיר!
• Mathias (6/5): Super hilfsbereites Personal. Defekte Dusche. Frühstück erst ab 7:30Uhr. - Das beste am Hotel war das Personal. Man war sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Dadurch haben wir uns dort wohlgefühlt. Man hat auf Anfrage für uns sogar ein Lunchpaket zusammengestellt, weil wir vor der Frühstückszeit starten mussten. Allerdings begann diese leider erst ab 7:30Uhr. ein bisschen spät für ein Hotel in der Landeshauptstadt. Die Dusche im Bad war defekt, das Wasser kam oberhalb der Duschbrause heraus. So etwas sollte nicht angeboten werden. Frühstück erst ab 7:30Uhr. Die Bereitstellung eines Lunchpaketes war positiv, der Inhalt eher verschwindend gering. Da hätte ich etwas angemessenes adäquat zum Frühstück erwartet.

Außerdem super, dass es ein Valetparking gibt Die ganze Nacht über lärmt es von der Straße und vom Kühlschrank. Man konnte leider überhaupt nicht schlafen. Die Zimmer müssen besser isoliert sein. Als wir nach extra Bettdecken fragten wurde uns gesagt es gibt keine.

• Gaetano (8/5): Viaggio a Tirana - Lo staff cordiale, disponibile e parlavano un buon italiano. La pulizia era ottima e giornaliera. La colazione era internazionale, buona e varia sia nel dolce che nel salato. Ci avevano detto che a colazione servivano anche cibi adatti per celiaci, ma non era proprio così in quanto bisognava chiedere in anticipo per avere qualcosa di idoneo. Per me non era un problema, ma eravamo in sette ed una persona era celiaca. Ha quasi sempre fatto colazione fuori.

• fernando (6/5): Não me hospedaria novamente. - O hotel está localizado numa área de bastante comércio e com muitos bares e restaurantes, mas fica distante da praça Skanderberg. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom. Tem estacionamento. Havia cabelos e pelos na roupa de cama. O box do chuveiro estava sem uma das portas. A luz da varanda permanece acesa a noite inteira e não tem como apagar e também não tem blackout nas cortinas das janelas. Havia cheiro de cigarro no quarto e, inclusive, um cinzeiro na varanda. Falta prateleira para colocar shampoo e ganchos para pendurar roupas e toalhas no banheiro O elevador é muito lento e tem somente um para o hotel, que tem 7 andares.

Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και το ξενοδοχείο είναι ακριβώς πάνω σε σημείο με πιάτσα ταξί και παραδίπλα έχει στάση για λεωφορείο ! The parking service was very good and we had a very nice view. The hotel is far from the center if you don't have a car but it's close to the airport. The bathroom had a bit of mold and the door of the shower unit was missing so we were only able to close one side but this caused the entire bathroom to be wet.

• Caroline (8/5): Comfortable hotel not too far from airport with local cafe and restaurants nearby. - The staff were friendly and professional especially one of the ladies in the breakfast room who couldn’t do enough to help without even asking. Hotel was very clean and spotless and you see the cleaners regularly which was really nice. Good options for breakfast. Food was good quality. Only niggle was that the shower was overhead only and no hand held shower; a hook to hang up towels or clothes would have been handy. It can be a little bit noisy as staying near the main motorway road but the windows do block out a lot so wasn’t that bad.
• Sonia (9/5): Wonderful Stay in an Amazing Hotel - Modern, beautifully designed, and very clean hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were simply outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. Every team member spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism made a real difference. The hotel is located in a convenient area with plenty of nearby services, including great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers parking, and the car is taken to a nearby lot by the staff. While the team was always friendly, professional, and the car was returned in perfect condition every time, you do lose a bit of control over where your car is and how it's parked. Also, while the area is nice and well-serviced, the hotel is quite far from the center of Tirana. You'll likely need a car or taxi to reach the city center.
• Mari (9/5): - Hotel dagli arredi nuovi e moderni, molto confortevole, personale gentilissimo, ottima colazione È distante quasi 4 km dal centro, per chi lo vuole visitare deve spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici o i taxi. Un taxista è stato onesto, mentre ne abbiamo preso un altro che ha fatto un giro più lungo per alzare la tariffa e farsi pagare di più.

• Emilie S (7/5): Personnel disponible, bon petit déjeuner mais équipements à revoir - Un personnel disponible et accueillant. Un très bon petit déjeuner! Nous avons réservé 2 fois l'hôtel les chambres sentaient la cigarette. Porte de douche manquante et certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas. Une chaise ne serait pas de refus dans la chambre.

• Marigona (7/5): Super nettes Personal, außerhalb des Touri-Geschehens. - Parkservice hat super funktioniert - sehr freundliches Personal. Lage war mitten im Geschehen, außerhalb des Touri-Zentrums und so erlebt man Tirana nochmal anders. Dusche hat keine Handbrause, somit duschen ohne Haare waschen kaum möglich. Im Badezimmer lagen leider Haare am Boden herum, ansonsten war alles sauber und frisch.
• Furkan (8/5): 1 gün dinlenmek için konakladığımız bir oteldi, çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü, kahvaltıdı çeşitliydi. - Kahvaltısı, konumu ve konforu güzeldi, banyo temizliği de güzeldi. Yatak çarşafının temizliği çok iyi değildi.

• Farah Raqib (10/5): A great hotel for our short stay. - It was close to the main roads and places to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was good and clean. Nothing to be honest.
