Δύο λεπτά από το μετρό και τρία λεπτά από την Ιστικλάλ.Πολύ καθαρό. Ωραία δωμάτια. Άψογο προσωπικό. Και πολύ φθηνό. Σε πολύ ήσυχη και ασφαλή «Ευρωπαϊκή» περιοχή. Θα ξαναπάμε όταν επισκεφθούμε και πάλι την πόλη. Γιώργος και Μαγδαλενα από Ελλάδα 3/1/2026 Ολα ήταν ήταν πολύ ωραία

- Baroudi (9/5): - The restaurant was decent with good food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were also very friendly. They walked into our room once when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Invaded our privacy.

- Muhammad (1/5): Very bad experience I never recommended to anyone stay in Riva Hotel - Nothing The bed was not comfortable enough , hand shower didn’t work at all . They were liable to give us one water bottle each day but every single day we had to inform at the reception about the missing bottles. The window was broken despite several complaints nobody came to fix it up , considering we were on the eighth floor so it might risk someone’s life . Despite informing them about late checkout at 1pm , they started calling at 11,30 to check out , which was even before their actual check out time which is 12 pm. We will not recommend it to others since the staff is not accommodating at all.

Doch das Wichtigste war die herzliche Betreuung und Aufmerksamkeit, die uns entgegengebracht wurde. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Herrn Sercan und Herrn Fatih. Sie haben uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt und mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Man merkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit großer Liebe machen. Sie können sich wirklich glücklich schätzen, so wertvolle Mitarbeiter zu haben. Diese warme Gastfreundschaft werden wir nie vergessen. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! Nichts

Honestly, the service was perfect. My room was looked after everyday when I left my room, by the time I return the room was in perfect condition, new towels, bed sheets were good. Amazing service!

- Hiba (6/5): Pleasant - Location Heating didnt work first night and last night. Maintance couldnt fix the issue and turned on the ac but didnt help much we froze!!! Cleaning staff never refilled water, coffee, cups, spoons for the whole 4 nights even after complaining to reception 3 times!! Sheets were never changed even though i placed the please change sheet paper on bed! Too bad that such a nice hotel has reckless staff.
- Salma (1/5): RUN - My stay at Riva Hotel was a complete disaster! I can’t fathom how they claim to be a 4-star hotel. The rooms were ridiculously small, and the service was abysmal—there was zero hospitality or professionalism. There were no bellmen to assist with our luggage, the breakfast was awful, and, worst of all, one of the staff members entered our room while we were sleeping to try to kick us out before the check-out time. He kept talking to us while we were still in bed until I had to yell at him to leave. I strongly advise against staying here; you can find far better options at the same price.

The room is very small, the bathroom is very small, when taking a bath, the water came out from under the glass door of the bathroom, and the entire toilet service was filled with water, and we had to put our feet on the water. The breakfast was not very good. This hotel is not really four stars.

While my wife and I were the last customers in the restaurant, one of your staff members forcefully closed the door on her while she was still exiting, without offering any apology. This same staff member has been consistently unfriendly in his responses, unlike the rest of your team, who are always polite and welcoming. I hope this can be addressed. Thank you
