• Jamie (5/5): Not impressed. Would stay elsewhere. - We liked the location as it was close to many restaurants and venues for sightseeing. There was no staff available. There were three seperate keys to enter the property with 3 seperate doors. It was a big hassle to enter and leave each time. When we arrived, we notified the property of a couple of damages. They only acknowledged one of the damages on a cracked glass top on the table. They said the other was from our suitcase which it was not. Upon leaving, they sent us a bit complaining that we didn’t notify them that the glass that was cracked expanded. We did not notice it had expanded. They said they were going to evaluate the expense to replace the glass and insinuated they would charge us. We let them know we would fight the charge if they tried as the glass was damaged and should not have been left yhere to begin with.

• Florent (10/5): Ni-quel ! - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du logement, de sa localisation (dans une rue calme), la literie très confortable, la communication avec l’hôte était très bien aussi. Pas grand chose ! On a passé un super séjour. Mais si on devait trouver 1 seul et unique défaut ce serait le bruit de la VMC dans la salle de bain (mais celle ci s’éteignait lorsqu’on éteignait la lumière). L’assise du canapé est aussi un peu ferme.

The apartment couldn't be better . It exceeded our expectations and really felt like home. Getting fresh towels and the bins emptied during our stay was an extra appreciated bonus. Nothing ! It was exceptional !
• Lamia (10/5): Luxury and super comfortable accommodation in the best location in the centre of Athens. - Everything! But mainly the high quality of the furnishings, the decor, the facilities, the cleanliness, and the warm atmosphere that made the apartment feel like a real home with a 5 star hotel feel at the same time. Spacious rooms and a lovely private balcony. The super easy check in and the communication with Dimitri who was exceptionally polite and friendly yet with a professional manner we have rarely encountered. The kitchen was fully equipped, the location was ideal with so many restaurants and cafes at our doorstep and yet it was extremely quiet in the apartment. This is top notch accommodation in the heart of Athens! Superb! We shall definitely return and recommend it wholeheartedly. Best apartment to date after countless stays in Athens. Thank you Dimitri and Rastoni Suites. There is absolutely nothing to fault with this apartment.

• Brent (10/5): - Great to have an apartment with kitchen in the center of Athens, easy access to Syntagma and Plaka. Nicely renovated, everything clean and bright. The property manager, Dimitris, was very helpful and let us stow our bags in the company office around the corner between check-out and our late afternoon flight out of Athens.

• Ecem (7/5): Not Bad - The hotel’s location is very central and convenient. Everything is within walking distance. The room size is quite good. Although it is in a lively area, once the shutters are closed, no noise comes in. The bathroom was not clean enough, and I couldn’t shower comfortably. Since there is no door in the shower cabin, the surrounding area gets wet. There were hairs in the bathroom sink. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and there were no slippers in the room.

The room was very dark during the day because it was facing walls at two meters distance. This was the room named Rodia. The other rooms were facing the street and they were full of light and a small balcony to use.

• Corinna (9/5): - Schöne Wohnung in super Lage zur historischen Altstadt von Athen. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden und in der Umgebung gab es tolle Restaurants. Der Parkettfußboden ist sehr schön, wird aber leider mit einem Putzmittel gereinigt, welches total klebt. Wir konnten unser Baby dort nicht krabbeln lassen, sondern haben sie nur im vorhandenen Beistellbett spielen lassen können.

Friday night the noise from the restaurants below was loud, however the Saturday night was worse with the bar over the road being like a nightclub with very loud music until 2am and then the noise of people and motorbikes went on until 3am when we could finally get to sleep.

Alloggio con dettagli molto curati e servizi funzionanti (doccia caldissima) - sebbene la stanza fosse piccola hanno messo molta attenzione nei dettagli e nell'arredamento. Comunicazione puntuale e precisa. Consiglio di fare attenzione nel momento della prenotazione perchè ci sono alcune stanza (come la nostra) che affacciano su un altro stabile molto vicino e quindi le finestre non si possono aprire.

• Caitlin (10/5): Perfect apartment for exploring Athens! - Perfect apartment right in the heart of everything. A super easy commute from the airport or ferry, and soo many awesome food choices around. The apartment itself is everything you need for a comfortable stay in the city centre. Bed was really comfortable, spacious bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, lots of light, air con and a ceiling fan. The host Dimitris was also super helpful, and the guide included with the apartment gave us so many good tips. Would definitely recommend staying here!! Nothing!
