Except for the restroom which was slightly old with stains on the floor ,the whole place was very homely and comfortable. • Getaway57727676585 (8/5): Yamini Praveen Bolla - Very nice hotel to stay for Indians.. their buffet breakfast have good number of options .. cleanly washrooms and not so big rooms but enough to stay for a couple or fam of 3..there are few Indian restaurants near by on walkable distance as well..
• Duane (4/5): - This property has a night club that blasts *very* loud music from 10pm until 4:00 or 4:30am. I know these hours because I couldn't sleep until 4:30am for the entire week that I was there. In addition to this, there are people running around yelling outside my door all night. In one case, somebody knocked on our door, laughed, and then ran away. The pool is underutilized, and good. The staff are excellent. The room itself is good. The property is not close to any bus stops or metro, and there is nothing in the area (though there are some grocery stores). The hotel is flanked by ominous spas. It is clear that this is a prostitution area (both in the spas, and quite likely in the hotel itself). I was staying with my son, and we did not sleep very well at all. To top it off, each morning at 8am sharp there was construction outside.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature and amenities were as expected. The only thing lacking was the condition of the equipment in the gym could use an upgrade. The stay overall was amazing.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The only downside was the noise from the DJ music outside, which lasted until late hours and disturbed my sleep. Soundproofing in the rooms would be a helpful addition. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Tub bath is not good for senior citizens especially those having knee problems. In breakfast upma, pohe was not upto mark. Pl consider these suggestions. Staff was very polite and helpful.
• ashnad2025 (8/5): Great hotel - Hotel is very nice and beautiful inside. It has a lot of facilities such as restaurant, pool and gym. The rooms were spacious and even had complimentary water bottles and toiletries. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here next time. Only downside is the bath tub has those half glass shower door so water does splash outside a little bit.

• gurumurthyp (8/5): Pleasant stay - Stay at the hotel was good. We have received warm welcome at the reception and was guided well during the city tour. Overall it was a good experience. However the bath room had stagnant water ( Room no 405) and that was quite frustrating once we start using. This has to be addressed.

• Amna (2/5): Don’t Stay Here - The front desk woman was quite kind and helpful as was the lifeguard for the pool. However, we went out and when we came back, the room had been cleaned, but the TV remote was missing. Two men came to the room and literally turned over furniture, lifted up the bed 2x, checked our bags, everything looking for the remote. It was very uncomfortable. They found no remote. We were told we had to wait until morning for another remote. We were a room with 3 kids and no TV. This was not ideal. We went to use the gym and they decided to close it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Even the room rent is affordable for common man...Every staff is very friendly and ready for any assistance at any time..

I had a fall in the bathtub and strangled to come out of it, when I asked to change room they told me they don’t have any. Thank good I was hurt and nobody come to check on me.

(Suggest to ALWAYS get a GOLD all day or month pass) Everything is in the Hotel. Not a huge fan of all the India cuisine. But, I spend a Great Deal of time working in the middle east. Would be nice to have more of a variety. Room was ok. Small and outlet locations not the best. Layout and signage of hotel a challenge. "Map" would be useful. Staff was excellent!, Helpful, friendly, they provide much information...... to much to gather at one time. Honestly...... I will be returning this will probably be my Dubai choice of hotel ..... if given a choice or I book on my own. Still have problems with Hotels.com service and criteria choices.
• Nazmah (2/5): Rude staff, atrocious service, old fashioned - Hi there my name is nazmah shaheen I booked my hotel through hotels.com. hotel is called seaview hotel dubai. I am extremely angry and upset with the service we are receiving at this hotel. We arrived here in the 30th of March. I emailed the hotel that we have a morning flight and will arrive at the hotel around 10am. If it's possible we can check-in early as we 4 young children. 12 7 6 and 1. They said that's fine early check in is 11.am. We arrived around 10am. We waited till around 2pm before they checked us in. They said check-out is 2pm. On the doors clearly says it's 12 noon. We don't get room service when we ask for it. Baby is 1 so we ask for the complimentary water and they have a problem giving it. They are extremely rude! They are Indian we are Pakistani I feel they are being very racist towards us. I have seen them hold the door open for the Indians when they walk in or out but never have they done this for us this is our 3rd day. We had to bring our own luggage inside from the taxi when we arrived the porters just stood watching. My daughter spoilt some crisps on the floor I asked the cleaner if he could Hoover it and he spoke to me in a really nasty manner and then told me off because the bed had bits of stains on the bed. I have 4 children what do they expect?. I just asked for a few bottles of the complimentary water. He came in and gave me 2 bottles said 1 for this room and 1 for the next as we have booked 2 rooms. I am on holiday and I'm so upset I'm
• Fartam (2/5): In safe hotel and so noisy - Actually hotel is my safe for stay . After arrive they give me room in floor 6 . Floor 7 is club and till 3:30am was very loudly music then I couldn’t sleep after my complain they changed my room to floor 4 but still music didn’t let me go sleep and I saw the smoke alarm was covered by sticky tape. If was anything happen in this room I was burn . When I told to supervisor about that they didn’t any action. Don’t wast your money for rubbish hotel
• Angel (6/5): Functional not close to luxurious 4* in the least - From the front desk to all those we interacted with, the staff is the best asset of the hotel and probably proximity to metro its second. The property is miles away from tourist activities around which Dubai has been developed. This property has a roof top dance bar which is not mentioned on their website therefore it came as a shock to us, were we aware we would not have booked; having said that, it is ideal for persons who like bollywood b-grade,
• Nusret Nevenka (2/5): Do NOT stay at "Sea View" Hotel - It was a very, very bad experience: VERY NOISY... The entire hotel vibrates thanks to music coming from the hotel's bars/clubs. The hotel is situated next to a busy highway. CHAOS!!! Unbelievable!!!
• Amna (8/5): Nice Location and Deluxe room size was ok - The location of the hotel was great and deluxe room size was ok. The room wasn't as clean and could use updated furniture and upholstery. For the amount we paid it wasn't what we expected. The rooftop cafe and breakfast were okay but the reception staff was clueless and didn't want to help service customers. When we asked he security guard outside for taxi he simply refused. The concierge saw that and came running to hail a taxi for us. There were guests coming down the elevator smoking in it and Eve teasing women. Not a very fond memory considering that it was in Dubai and there is not much you can do about the locals. So all in all, not a superb experience for our stay there for New Years. We will try to stick to the larger chain hotels or 5 star ones next time.
• Rosario (8/5): Central location - Comfortable hotel with a central location to hold soul malls and beaches. Also had a Catholic church, St Mary's nearby. Breakfast was nice and a variety of options. Also provided masala omelette. Only a small complain there were no walk in shower for easy access, specially as my Mum has limited mobility.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap hotel in Bur Dubai - Check in was messed up as I had booked on same day and they had no record of me. Obviously it all turn out ok but given I had all of the paperwork I wasn't overly please with the 30 min wait to sort things our and the wrong until proven right attitude. Room was small and dated. Internet was not free as described and required another visit to reception to sort. You pay for what you get and I didnt pay much.

We were given 2 single beds to share amongst four! room itself had a short circuit, lights not working, bathroom outdated, had to fight to get premium Wifi in our room which hotel refused to offer until I confronted them!! Worst part was the loud music coming from the hotel night club!!! Did not get any sleep at all.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel close to market - Hotel is good with friendly staff..breakfast in the hotel was delicious and hot..as hotels name is sea view , the view is only from front side rooms and only from top floors I think..in my case I have room with view of burj khalifa, but the window was very dusty , seems like not cleaned for years..in room found some tiny bugs in dresser and night table drawers..no iron and board for cloths that's the main necessity, but they offer laundry service for a fee..In washroom got all the necessary things more than I expected..has 3 night clubs..overall is good and recommend.

The music system bass really needs turned down because it felt like it was in the next room to me (I was level 2). If it wasn't for the above I would have no problems returning, as the staff were really helpful - plus I was allowed early entry to my room when I arrived at 1200 - & hotel immaculate. • BABU (8/5): goood staff - Although i did not like them charging for WiFi,which was not even mentioned by the Expedia,the staff were good. More than the hotel charging for wifi,iam not OK with expedia not showing the details of wifi payment.

• Dubai fan (6/5): Dated rooms, ideal hotel for men!! - The sea view hotel looks great in reception but found the rooms were very dated. They were dull and the bathrooms are small, the hotel rooms are more like 3 star than 4. The hotel also has no shops so you have to walk to the local supermarkets which are 5 mins away. The restaurants in the hotel are pricey so we went to restaurants which were about a 10-15 minute walk. In the evenings expect loud music as they have 3 clubs. When we complained the lovely hotel staff did offer another room but because it was midnight we decided not to move. They do have a lovely shisha cafe. Around the swimming pool they only have 3 sunbeds. The gym is also very small. The massage parlour staff were rude and also are not available at the times stated. This hotel is ideal for men as the clubs in the hotel have female dancers and you will see men throw money at them. Also the hotel only has wifi in the lobby, you will have to pay if you want wifi in your room. The hotel says they have a free shuttle bus to the beach but they do not currently have one as the beach is closed, however the staff informed us that the beach did have the beach park open and the public can walk on the beach but the hotel were still not willing to provide the shuttle bus. I feel this is something expedia should have informed us The best thing bout this hotel is the staff as they are all very friendly and helpful. Overall had a great holiday but would not stay at this hotel again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Okay Hotel - Check in was great. But couldn't dial international calls, even the hotel staff couldn't. No extra outlets for chargers.

• Michal (6/5): Good hotel, not a perfect location - We spent a week at the hotel, hotel itself is OK, staff is professional and very helpfull. We found two drawbacks: 1) Rooftop pool area is small and can be crowded with about 8 people 2) Beds are a bit hard If you do not like night noise, ask for a room on the side of the hotel where isn't night "disco".

• Anand (8/5): Great Hotel with good location - Very Friendly staffs and have 4 good mix of fine dining eateries within hotel and 3 with music pubs too. Full, clean and functioning hotel facilities. Great view of the near by sea and port. Easy accessibility by taxi, bus and rail(15mins walk).. Very near Heritage attractions and the famous creek-water way. Near many cafes and supermarkets. Pleasant stay. We enjoyed!!!.
