- Almutairi (1/5): لا ينفع - لاشي لا يوجد اسنسير
رائحة الحمام كريهة الخدمة ذاتية المكان مخيف وخاصة إذا معك عائلة

- scott (5/5): Was passable for the location the lack of any acknowledgment to any message sent as no reception is poor. - Great location close to shops No response to any message sent. We stayed 3 nights and no response to any messages sent. One room reeked of tobacco smoke. Water and clean towels were provided after I asked the cleaner on day three. This should be standard.

- Jan Dam (8/5): Convenient and easy - Location
Easy check in Bathrooms (222) coil use a shining up and the door a coat of paint
- Jan Lennart (5/5): As expected to this price.. - Location, parking right outsuide To few windows, not much light coming into the apartment, noisy neighbours...
- Marlieke (8/5): Fijne familiekamer voor een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. - Grote kamer , fijne bedden, goede airco’s. Prima douche. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding Self check in. Geen hotel, dus geen ontbijt opties.
- Marlieke (7/5): -
- Kasia (6/5): Ok for one night of an airport transfer - Close to the airport, big bed Doesn't look as good as the pictures
- Brad (8/5): Decent value for money - Good bed and ac. Decent shower. Drinking water. If you need cheap stay in this area then this place is fine. No daily housekeeping.
- Farza (9/5): Superb -
- Yulin (7/5): Good -
- Jonalyn (9/5): good, and I will surely stay in this hotel again - I did not avail for breakfast
the location is great but the neighborhood is noisy. The curtain is not suitable to the door going out to the veranda, the light is coming through the curtain (just for me) 'cause I don't like any kind of lights when sleeping.
- Mat (8/5): Very good -
- David (4/5): Good option if you don't mind some mold - Great location, price and overall place Mold caused me health issues.
Would probably be easy to clean it but they didn't so it made me sick.
- Ou (1/5): Bad - The room was small and not enough room. No toiletries was given and there was no staff around to ask questions
- Scott (8/5): Comfortable, close, economical.i - Clean, comfortable, appointed, easy access staff. Cold ac, networked tv, hot showers, private bath, quiet. Not lux, but safe, comfortable close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, night market, parks, etc. All was good. Cover keypad with palm to Initiate.
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oliver (5/5): Ok place if you don't have many luggages - I picked this place for the location being near Seacon Square We were given the 4th floor and there was no lift and no prior notification during the booking process. Unable to use Netflix
- Nichapa (1/5): The worst. Building 1 and 2 so much different, as a customer you cannot choose the room, don't stay. - Nothing. Everything: There was no staff to serve or solve a problem. You have to serve yourself. The room was terrible, smelly and noisy. It is the worst hotel in Bangkok I have ever encountered. I could not stand for a night so I changed the hotel at the middle of the night after check in late and had to pay more to stay at other hotels which so much differents with good services and clean room at around the same price.
- Katherinne (10/5): Exceptional - We could check out earlier. Thanks!
- Rostami (7/5): Good - it was cheap and clean the walls are too thin and all thre nights I could hear ppl's voice.
sewage had issue and the room smelled badly
there was no staff and I did not see anybody to ask an iron and iron stand
- Sipparpad (5/5): Passable -
- Jargal (6/5): great location. - The location was great with the main road and big mall. The price was good for staying. The room has no windows. AC had. However, the room was still stuffy.
- Trisha (7/5): Good - I like everything! I didnt like that there was no elevator.
- Rmsu (7/5): Good - Neat room, nice layout, clean sheets. Walls were a bit thin, noise was noticeable. Water flow from the heater was at times very sluggish.
- พิเชษฐ์ (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kin (9/5): Superb -
- Phetmanyphone (10/5): Exceptional - Bed is good comfortable Everything is ok
- Christy (7/5): Good - The family room exceeded my expectation. I like the interior design and the wide spaces. You can access netflix and youtube. It's also a self-checkin. The owner quickly responds to our requests. They are very understanding and thoughtful. Thank you. I have a problem with the toilet in the double room in the first floor. It has bad smell. I called the owner and they take action. They also allow my friends stay in family room because of the toilet problem. They gave us new beddings. Thank you.
- Tamas (5/5): Passable - Big size room with separate living and sleeping area, dual aircon, sitting area. The water went out every day during our stay. Finally on the last morning there was no water at all for hours. Apparently some problem with the water pump.
- Melissa (10/5): Truly enjoyed our stay here. - Loved the freezing cold air conditioner and soft beds. Shower was also really great. Odd setup for me personally as an American but the water pressure was great. If/when we come back we will only stay here. Another great reason we loved this stay was the little coffee bookstore a couple steps away. The saffron coffee place was never open during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to try it. Location is also great. 10min walk to mall and tons and tons of street food in every direction. Also loved the check in/out process, so smooth. No elevator but wasn’t a big deal for me.
- Butterworth (8/5): Would stay again if had something to do near 👋 - Comfy modern room, smart TV, fridge. Did the job after a long flight! No duvet cover.
Kind of far from anything to do.
- Ornpilin (8/5): Very good -
- Eytan (2/5): Very poor - Compared to the last time she was in building No. 1, the thrilled experience was terrible The smell of an employee gets you when you enter the room, a strip of black mold in the connection between the sink and the wall, the room looks much smaller than the pictures, the door is simple that conveys every noise and doesn't really give a sense of security, air conditioner is old and noisy, there is no current in the shower and takes a lot. Very long until the water warms up to a normal level
- Maiia (9/5): Good for long stay, but far from the city center - The room has everything you need. It was clean, ac worked perfectly, and every day staff brought us water, toilet paper and plastic bag for garbage. It is not something I didn’t like, but maybe someone need this information: there are 4 floors and there is no elevator.
To get to city center you need to use two different train systems and it takes about 1,5 hour.
Also we can’t find the way to open balcony door :(
- David (4/5): Disappointing - I could see it was a clean and functional room. I only stayed a few hours as I realised it was far-away from any decent tourist sites and food restaurants.
- Khairul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mai (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was clean and the location was very good! We can get good food anywhere around and it's only 14-15km to the city centre
- Lauri (6/5): Pleasant - Staff was super friendly. Bathroom sink had considerable amount of black mold. When bathroom fan was running, the unit smelled moldy.
- Maung (8/5): Very good - I like the online stuff, and bed, light.
- Chatyapha (8/5): Very good -
- Rosalie (8/5): its a sweet accommodation - its like a cute own apartment and contactless a bit expensive for us as backpackers and if you need informations about tours/trips they only send a message about airport shuttle. Also its a bit difficult/expensive to get there (we took the bus/train)
- Harrell (9/5): Superb - Clean and quiet at a good price for an extended stay Room 111 had very slow drain in the shower
- P (8/5): Very good -
- Regina (7/5): Good -
- เวทมาหะ (9/5): Superb -
- Maithrini (9/5): Superb -
- Sheila (10/5): Superb Accomodation - The room was spacious. Everything was provided. If taking rest you can watch netflex and youtube. My kids loves it
Thank you Saffron Hill team. Just a little far from some destination like the dream world. But its ok.
- Runglawan (8/5): Very good -
- Phaisan (5/5): Passable -
- Bartosz31 (8/5): Nice compact room - 5 minutes walk from yellow line bts, very friendly staff, nice very compact room just withour window, Netflix provided, plenty of shops and local restaurants around They forget to tell on booking.com that it is a self check in hotel! I booked it a few hours before arriving and was a bit surprised to find closed doors and no reception. I checked my email and it said that an email with instructions will be send to me 1 day before arriving (there is a paper on the doors explaining how to check in). Fortunately, there was a staff member just going out who let me in and called someone to check my reservation so all went smooth. If you book it for less than 24h that email should be sent automatically. I also left by accident my shorts in the room and managed to pick them up a few days after without a problem
- Nayika (9/5): Superb -
- Nichanan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lila (10/5): This is cozy very amazing place (family room). Creative atmosphere. I recommend! - Amazing -
- Camela (7/5): Good - It's hard to contact the staff or the incharge in that hotel, you need to buy a sim card to call there number or download the LINE app to contact them.
- คุถังกาละมังซ้อน (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (9/5): great spot, would absolutely stay here again. - nice decor and very very clean. kitchen provides a kettle, microwave, cups, utensils and coffee packets which was great. bathroom was also very clean and proper number of towels was provided (a body towel and smaller towel for each person). located near the weekend train night market behind the mall, and lots of vendors and 7/11s within walking distance. it’s a self check-in (meaning no employees will help you check in) but very easy to understand and navigate. loved this spot, amazing price for the service they’re providing. our room was on the fourth floor which meant a lot of stairs, but not too bad. only 2 parking spaces for cars.
- Paula (10/5): I would recommend for others. - Th room was very spacious and clean. Much bigger than we understood from the photos.
We found a great restaurant to eat super tasty hot pot dinner right opposite the Saffron Hill.
Check in was easy. There was a lady to meet us and it was really nice as we expected to do a self check in.
Facilities in the room were good. We only stayed for one night between flights so didn’t get to explore the area further.
- Nathaniel (8/5): Very good -
- Andrea (9/5): Nice and comfy - Good and clean place. Close to the night market and the connections.
- Han (7/5): Great small hotel in Srinakarin - Value for money
Check in/out process is easy (passcode provided in advanced to collect the key at keylock)
Staff is friendly and helpful
Free 2 bottles of mineral water The hotel location is not really near to Seacon square and night market, i.e. 15 to 20 min walk.
There is no lift, i would need to carry luggage to third floor.
- Tamara (8/5): Very good -
- Jasmine (7/5): value for the money paid - self check in process very easy no lift had to climb up to 4th floor with bags
- Nirmal (6/5): Pleasant -
- June (7/5): Good -
- Joseph (8/5): A quiet place where you can get some work done or walk to the mall - Very clean and quiet, the staff were very helpful and nice; short walk to the mall
- Jitpisut (8/5): worth the price - spacey room, friendly staff, cafe, easy self-checkin thin walls, clogged shower
- Vanderploeg (6/5): great for singles or families with older kids, not for young families. - the room was spacious, and we really appreciated the living area for our small kids there is no elevator and we were placed in the 4th floor. we have two kids, one of which cannot walk the stairs alone. it was very exhausting to climb up and down to carry all our bags. we could not bring our stroller up.
- Pádraig (8/5): Very good -
- Shantelle (8/5): Very good -
- Fabio (8/5): Very good - lovely interiors
street food close by had to request water and toilet paper every day as there is no physical reception
not much public transport in the area but a lot of motorcycle taxi
- Uzair (7/5): Good -
- Larisa (7/5): Good -
- Yuh (6/5): Pleasant -
- kevinj479 (10/5): Spacious accommodation near night food market and shopping - Stayed here while on a stopover from Bangkok to Krabi. It’s 30-40 min from airport and was chosen as it offered 3 Beds close to Rot Fair Train Market. Hotel off the busy street. Very spacious accommodation over two floors. Good communication
- Kevin (8/5): Great location we stayed here while on a stop over before internal early morning flight to Krabi - Great location we stayed here while on a stop over before internal early morning flight to Krabi. Walking distance to night market is reason while I chose this property. It’s fantastic value and sleeps a family well Nothing.
- Borozan (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - arrived at the property at 3:15 PM; found the door locked. (Imagine being dropped off by a taxi at a rainy night!)
turned out there was a key pad on the door (and a locked box by the room) — but how would one know? ah; I found out by banging on the door. a woman who spoke only Thai came out, and later showed me ON HER PHONE a message on key pad entry and room number. think about this. such made mosquitoes in the room insignificant by comparisons. oh, paying extra for a “balcony” gave the only window to the outside.
- Lertvilaisak (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anonymous (4/5): Janet Leigh meets Anthony Hopkins on the phone - The facilities are satisfactory: sufficient water pressure for shower, air conditioning works, etc. Arrived at 3PM; door was locked. After an hour of hassle, through banging, showing Thai lady my paid reservation, and phone call to remote owner (who spoke halting English: “Take photo…”
Turned out he meant for me to take photo of a message he sent to the Thai lady’s phone containing info on opening exterior door and where room key is hidden, This absenteeism may be convenient to the owner, entertaining to the reader, but annoying to the traveler. Never mind the mosquitoes in the room, never again.
- Maxim (7/5): Good - I appriciate the fact that it is a new type of business and owners have really done alot to make it work and attrack clients. It is cool for Thai.
A modern system (service) without any staff and even reception.
A cosy room with nice furniture.
A European style of a hotel (a loft-type).
Manager replies online just immediately. It was friendly, polite and efficient An old building itself looks "specific"
Some problems with room service
Some problems with soap (only liquid soap is awailable. It is located under the shower - so it was hard to find it. Moreover, if you want to wash hands or something in a sink, you have to bring liquid soap in your hand along the bathroom that is also not very efficient)
The location was not very comfortable for me (far away from metro, not easy to get to the park). On the other hand, many shops and cafes are awailable around. So it depends on where you go and what do you need.
- Tint (5/5): Passable - We prefer climbing up and down by lift which will be more convenient to us.
- deedy008 (10/5): Great small hotel in Srinakarin Road - I love this hotel because it is very convenient to the meeting venue where I need to go, even the hotel is a small hotel but they provide all amenities as same as the big hotels do. I love the room that is very convenient, they provide Netflix on TV to let me enjoy during my stay. For food, they have a restaurant next door where has good taste Thai a-la-carte menus.
