• Evelyne (10/5): - Emplacement assez central à Wanchai. Oui proche des bars où la musique est forte jusque tard mais pas de quartier qui craint comme j'ai pu lire sur d'autres avis. Lit confortable. Sdb très propre. Certaines personnes à l'accueil ne parlaient pas du tout anglais (étonnant pour Hong Kong) et des fois l'accueil n'était pas hyper chaleureux. Un peu cher mais comme partout à HK.

• James (9/5): I really like that hotel! - I have been to Hong Kong many many times. After trying other hotels, I stay at the Wharney every time now. The location is fantastic and the hotel is very nice. As with most Hong Kong and Chinese beds, they are a little firm for my liking, but still nice.

• Ege (4/5): - Excellent Staff: The hotel team genuinely did their best to take care of us. ​Prompt Service: When we ran into a problematic drainage issue in the bathroom, the staff responded immediately and resolved the problem without delay. Shower Issues: The water temperature was completely unstable, constantly fluctuating every 10 seconds. ​Uncomfortable Beds: The mattress was far too springy and "jumpy," which made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep.

• Vladimir 2016 (8/5): Nice hotel in a vibrant area - It's a nice hotel in a very good area. Shops, restaurants, clubs, and bars are all nearby. The room is rather small, typical for Hong Kong, but everything is in good condition and order. Nothing to complain about, really.

• maria alejandra (9/5): - Lo unico para señalar es que nos dijeron en la Recepción que el viaje a la estación de tren en taxi tomaba una hora aprox. Eso hizo que nos fuéramos del hotel a las 4 am. No solo no duraba una hora (solo 10 minutos) sino que la estación de tren cierra de noche y no abre hasta las 6 am. Estuvimos dos horas en la vereda esperando que abrieran.

The only complaint is that there were no plugs within the bathroom therefore, if you needed to blow-dry hair/shave you had to do it in the main room in which there was no substantial mirror

Beds comfortable and lots of desk space in room. Bathroom ok for size of room Didnt like the fact that there are no bathrooms available on the ground floor. Came back to collect luggage later in day- asked where bathrooms were told didn't have any. Pushed again to use them and was given key to access gym on 3rd floor but was handed over begrudgingly. This was odd especially given the prices you have to pay to stay here.

• Harald (8/5): Good location and clean rooms - The location on HongKong Island is really good. Very close to Bus and Metro Station, and you can even go by foot to see a lot of important places. The optional breakfast buffet was not worth the money. There are better places to have breakfast nearby.

• Monika Suzan (5/5): - From a four star hotel, I would have expected a little more.. Such as some help with my luggage when I checked in after midnight after a long day of travelling. I would have expected the staff to speak English at a level that was understandable. I would have expected them to respect the “do not disturb” switch I put on and not enter my room, even if to “just kindly change towels” etc. They were overall inattentive and borderline rude. Location-wise, unless you are comfortable seeing drunks around, okay with the non stop yelling, honking of cars, etc. pick another location.

• Michael (9/5): 2nd Viisit, Excellent - This hotel is in a great location and close to public transport The hotel is in the heart of Wanchai which well known for bars and it can be a busy noisy area late at night. Lots of restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Our 2nd visist and will definately be back
