Unfortunately booking .com told us breakfast was included and it was confirmed on my confirmation email. Hotel said it is not included. Front desk Julia would not even bend for a coffee in the morning. Booked this particular hotel because breakfast was included. Instead time was taken out of each day to go look for breakfast. Dont confirm if not included!!!!!!!

• ian (6/5): Not a 4 ⭐ : bring ear plugs - Can't fault the location. So close to everything and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel did not feel like a 4 ⭐ hotel, and would benefit from being refurbished. The entrance from the street to get the lift to the first floor reception always had a musty/drain like smell: Not a great introduction. The bedroom and bathroom were starting to look dated. The cleaning staff did a good job , but older fixtures and fittings are difficult to keep pristine. Having carpets in the bedroom, and partially up the walls in the corridors!,is more difficult to keep clean than hard floors. I would have expected dressing robes and slippers , but these were sadly absent, and towels were not soft.The staff did a good job in replacing the mattress which was like a solid board, with a more comfortable one, but there's nothing they could do about the noise outside. If you don't like having Air conditioning on and prefer fresh air , bring ear plugs as the street noise goes on until the early hours of the morning. The room has a kettle, but the cord was so short that pouring hot water into a small cup was challenging as it required you to hold the cup below table level, which felt safer than having to pull the plug out of the wall and risk tipping the kettle over.

Al haber una terraza abierta al público tarda mucho en conseguir el ascensor pues suben y baja continuamente cargado de gente. No se cuantas veces tuve que subir y bajar 4 pisos. Al llegar había una palmera de chocolate detalle del hotel pero estaba chafada en una parte por lo que parecía ser que alguien la había chafado con un dedo para ver la dureza de la palmera. Fuimos a recepción a quejarnos y se disculparon, pero no nos dejaron otra en la habitación ni nos dijeron si queríamos otra. El desayuno bien atendidos por el señor que había, pero no reponían muchas cosas y había que avisar para que repusieran. Detalles de 3 estrellas en un hotel de 4. Falta productos aseo, falta presión en ducha,

The rooftop is great. Studio facing the main square is very nice however could be improved with better sound proofing.

• mark (7/5): The hotel was clean and reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. The waiter at breakfast was lovely too. Nice - The location was good but taxi had to drop us a 5 minute walk away. The apartment overlooked the plaza very pretty but we were woken at 2am and 4am by people going home shouting and screaming and sound of broken glass. The apartment is behind the hotel so you have to go around the building. Door is really heavy to the apartments and go down a little alleyway which isn’t nice in the night. Both nights we got back and someone had urinated near the doorway. Nice touch with toothbrush and other items. Too much noise, entrance isn’t exactly safe. There was a woman in the square asking for money and singing all day, really loudly, just wailing horribly I know that’s not the hotels fault but best to mention it. Breakfast was in the main hotel so a trek around the building each morning. The bed was so high off the ground and very small double, My partner found it difficult to climb in to and didn’t feel safe on there as it was small.

• Geraldine (10/5): - The location was central to historic sites, restaurants, cafes, shops and the main bus station was a 10 minute walk. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was very good. We didn't use the roof top bar so can't comment. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival for a small charge but declined as we would be out all day. The view was literally a brick wall. However the room was clean and quiet.

Se oían ruidos de vecinos de la finca contigua y olores de patio de cocinas. El hotel tuvo su época espléndida pero exige una inversión y actualización
• Martin (8/5): Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit eigener Rooftop-Bar - Die sehr zentrale Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit des Hotels, die eigene Rooftop-Bar sowie die Ausgestaltung und der Ausblick aus der Junior Suite waren sehr ansprechend. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Im Vergleich zu den sehr guten Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung des Hotels waren Angebot und Qualität zumindest eine Stufe darunter. Dennoch war das Personal bemüht Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen. Das an sich moderne Zimmer war schön, wirkte jedoch wegen Teppichboden und schweren Stoffvorhängen etwas "staubig".

Балкон номеру виходить на жваву вулицю і відчувається драйв, але спати все одно тихо і комфортно. В номері є всі зручності. На 5 поверсі бар з нереальним видом на однорукий собор. Фен з номері настільки потужний, що вмить сушить волосся. Сніданки взагалі несмачні, звісно окрім кави nespresso, вона рятувала все.

Rooftop sur le toit de l'hotel ou nous avons degusté de delicieux cocktail avec une vue sur la ville imprenable.
