The property is really old and needs decent maintenance. Aircon is too old and couldn't regulate temperature (making my child sick). The hot water system broke and couldn't be fixed in time. Housekeeping only completed some tasks (e.g. we had to ask for dishwasher tablets, coffee pods over the phone).

The overall stay experience was very positive, with comfortable rooms, a pleasant environment, and a calm atmosphere that makes it ideal for unwinding. However, the hotel is relatively remote and not close to public transport, which may make commuting less convenient. As such, it is better suited for a relaxing holiday rather than for travelers who plan to frequently visit city attractions or rely on public transportation. The hotel also prepared a handwritten card and snacks, which added a thoughtful and personal touch, further enhancing the overall experience.
• X6067XKkatet (10/5): Family go-to place in Singapore - First of all thank you Raihan for being so accommodating when we arrived early without notice! Having the apartment ready, rather than spending a day out with two small kids after long flight, really made a difference to us. I really recommend this place for families with kids. We stayed at Fraser Suites for 3 weeks in Feb 2026. - Staff is really friendly and understanding. Our little one caught rsv and we had to borrow vacuum cleaner a lot to suck out his discharge, which never was an issue - A few restaurants and good quality grocery stores downstairs, with plenty of high chairs - Good size of the apartment, you can have two separate bedrooms & a living room, we didn’t hear our neighbors at all - There is both a laundry machine and a dryer - Other people with kids, pets etc around and we felt welcome - Two swimming pools, one for toddlers. Small playground next to it and one other nearby. And play room inside the facility helps if the weather is rainy - Bus stop right outside if we didn’t want to go everywhere with a car - Plus they had a small decoration-making event for children for Chinese new year that our older enjoyed Most importantly for me - nothing to complain about. So convenient.

• kaitaistephena (8/5): Business trip with family - We stayed for 2 weeks in the Fraser Suite. The facilities are great for family travelling with kids. There are supermarkets located downstairs, which makes it very convenient if you need to do groceries run. If you don’t feel like cooking, Zion Hawker Centre is just 10 min walk away, and the food there is very reasonably priced, and tastes pretty good. Cafe across the streets also serve good coffee and food. Transportation-wise, there are bus lines available by the doorstep to take you to the city. The only downside is you have to walk a fair bit to get to the MRT station.

The location is great with the groceries and a few restaurants below and we love the space the apartment offers me the pool and play room. We felt like the breakfast this time was a little lack lustre. What was offered was fine and the staff were great but there was not that much variety so it doesn’t really stack up to other breakfast inclusions in hotels. Still appreciated it for the connivence though.

• lintangnurinam (10/5): Seamless Stay with Exceptional Service and a Special Earth Hour Moment - I had a lovely experience staying at Fraser Suites Singapore. On March 28, I returned to the hotel around 8 PM and noticed that all the lights were turned off. At first, I was a bit confused, but then I realized it was in support of Earth Hour. The lobby was beautifully set up with candles, creating such a unique and memorable atmosphere. I took some photos there, and one of the staff members kindly helped me take pictures. They also politely asked for my permission to use my photo for the hotel’s Earth Hour celebration, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is also conveniently located near a plaza, which was very helpful. At one point, I wanted to grab something to eat but wasn’t sure what time the plaza closed. I asked the receptionist, and they kindly informed me that it closes at 11 PM. Thanks to that information, I was able to quickly head over, get what I needed, and enjoy it comfortably in my room with the amenities provided. On March 29, my check-out process was completely seamless. The receptionist returned my deposit promptly without any delays or administrative hassle. They also kindly assisted me in taking photos at The Plant Nook, which turned out beautifully. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with thoughtful service and memorable moments.

Breakfast menu was ok, but could be more extended to more options.

The edges of the steps leading down to the pool are very sharp and the tiles are very slippery. My sister rolled over and bumped her head at the edge of the pool. There was only a small sign on the floor that the tiles are slippery. Hotel may want to consider changing the tiles or finding another solution.

• Ke (10/5): 在这里找到了回家一样的舒适。 - 人文环境友好，我寻求帮助总能得到及时的回应和解决。每次和工作人员碰面，都会友好微笑低打招呼，而且能感受到真心的善意，不是职业化的笑容，这个让我感觉非常好。在泳池游泳，天开始下雨了，工作人员还能主动给我们送伞，非常贴心。这让第一次到新加坡旅行的我们一家，都非常地舒心，有种回家的感觉。 酒店的硬件条件也很不错，有洗衣机和烘干机，和晾晒的衣架和室外阳台晾衣处，非常方便。 冰箱很实用，让我们在20-30度的冬天，感受到了冰凉的舒爽。 工作区很方便，还提供了不需要转换插头的插座，办公很方便。 主卧里面的厕所和洗手间的地漏，酒店已经用胶带封上，但是还是会有味道，这个是美中不足的地方。但是我们旅游每天回来的时候，都很晚，倒床上就睡着了，所以没给我们带来太大的问题。另外，淋浴间的水温和水量都非常好，热得快，出水量巨大。
• 451jiahuiy (10/5): If I could give it 7 stars I would! - Raihan made sure our stay was tip top from the moment we arrived till check out. We arrived early morning after a 13-hour flight with two little ones. She very kindly offered us complimentary breakfast while we waited and also an unexpected room upgrade. During our stay everything was perfect with very responsive and friendly staff. Highly recommend it over a hotel for families. fantastic area and location near local food options and Great world city mall and train station.

• Nic1072 (10/5): Great experience and pleasant stay at Fraser Suites - My husband and I have been staying at the one bedroom apartment for almost a year. We have a great experience as the staff is always friendly, be it the front desk, servers at breakfast and the lady Liu Sia who does our housekeeping 3x a week. They are really helpful, go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay and environment and always polite.

• Nawaf (8/5): A clean and welcoming hotel with exceptionally friendly staff and a fantastic kids’ zone that made the stay especially e - The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — from the reception team to the breakfast staff and the cleaning crew. Everyone was helpful and kind throughout our stay. The hotel also has a kids’ zone on the third floor, which my children absolutely loved; they could easily spend 1.5–2 hours a day there playing arcade games and interacting with other children. Another big plus is the convenience of the building itself, as it has a restaurant, a grocery store, and a bakery located on the ground floor. The booking stated that the apartment could accommodate six people, which I don’t think is accurate. One bedroom had a king-size bed suitable for two people, but the other two bedrooms only fit one person each due to the very small bed sizes. Then, they provided an extra bed and place it in the living, and the sixth person ended up sleeping on the sofa. Additionally, the walls and doors inside the apartment were very thin, so we could hear each other clearly at all times.

• David (7/5): Great service but broken room amenities. - Customer service was good, all around. Facilities outside of the room were good. The pool and exercise facilities were also good. The location was great as it was close to FairPrice and across the street from Killiney's and a very short distance away from Orchard Rd (by car). My only complaints were: 1) the AC in the master bedroom was not working. I tested the AC in that room vs AC in other rooms by setting them all to the same 18 degrees, and I had feedback from the other 2 people staying with me, as well as two other guests that came to visit, and everyone, including myself, could tell the AC was not working in the master bedroom. I raised this complaint and while a maintenance guy came, it was not addressed or fixed. The maintenance guy said it was working by using a temperature gauge, but the fact remains that the room's temperature remained high. 2) My other complaint is that something in the kitchen was not working. It was likely the plumbing. There was a bad smell that persisted. I avoided it by staying away from the kitchen. But, it was an issue throughout my entire stay. Generally, the service was good. But, the plumbing and the AC in the room was not working.

• Pushkala Rani V (7/5): Good clean stay but poor behaviour from staff - Cleanliness and location Behaviour of some staff - Raja at the reception - the way he responded to us specifically while checking out to bring back the luggage - we never experienced such arrogance from any of the staff here in India. Very minimal options for breakfast for Indians. Not a great stay with these kind of staff.

As 5 star rated it's extremely unreasonable for paid money, breakfast very poor, only 4 Asian kind of food including soap and pasta and very small area for the only hotel restaurant it's about 40 m2 and if you decide to dine outside there's only in front of the hotel entrance, cleaning is frustrating ,imagine that they only cleaning 3 days weakly!!!!! so think carefully if you family you will clean your self most of the days. Very bad smell on the balcony came from the floor draig where they have the washing and dryer machine, honestly all our clothes washed at the hotel should be re washed again at home because of the musty smell. they didn't provide microwave which used popularly with the tourists , So what do you think is that way how to be treated as 5 star service's????
• RukshnaK (8/5): Long stay at Fraser suites - We are a long term guest couple living in Fraser suites since May 2023. For us its like livim in a home away from home. In particular the Housekeeping staff who keep our room spotless clean and dry from humidity and take specail care of each and every of our needs. I would like to mention Jackie, Althej, Li Sha and Cynthia here. The front desk is always smiling nd friendly and helpful towards all our needs. Karen is a suepr star as are her entire staff. Its heartwarming to step into the cafe for breakfast and meet the cafe staff. Everyone smiles and jokes with us and makes us feel so warm inside. Xavier, Kylie, Claire and Suman in the restaurant and both the chefs make sure all we need is provided, dietary ristrictions and preferences always flood the breakfast buffet whenever we eat.Special care for our completely vegetarain guests. I would like to add, anyone considering a long stay here will be happy and taken excellent care of

• Stephen (6/5): Pleasant enough staff but wouldn't rush back. - The location was reasonably close to Orchard Rd, a quick taxi ride. The pool was lovely as was the gym area. The room was a lot smaller than the pictures made out, whilst it offered a large bed this meant you couldn't fit a suitcase on the floor in the same room. The breakfast area was tiny & we had to wait for a seat most days plus the buffet breakfast choices were quite limited.
• Jennifer (9/5): Wonderful home away from home - The lay out of the apartment is very family friendly and spacious. Location was excellent with local supermarket NTUC Finest just underneath the apartment and eateries like Nam Kee Pau, Redhill 85 noodles, Thai food right next to the supermarket. Apartment is 10-15mins walk to Great World City MRT (Brown TEL of MRT) which is only 1 stop ftom Orchard road. There are buses across the road from the apartment which takes you to Orchard, Sommerset and Dhoby Ghaut /Harbour within 20mins. Overall this is a very convenient location to explore Singapore. The floorboards had dips in them and not even especially just outside the bathroom.

• Joelle (9/5): Very pleasant stay at Fraser Suites. Thank you! - We liked that the room was serviced everyday. Room was clean quiet and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool and the games room. Free Breakfast on the last night was a nice touch. Washer and dryer in room was great. Bus is conveniently out the front and very easy to use. Train is within walking distance. Small supermarket, cafe and restaurants all within the same complex. Kitchen would benefit from a Microwave.

• genevieve (10/5): staff were outstanding! - the staff were amazing. our 1 year old got very sick when we were in singapore and the staff went the extra mile. they helped contact hospitals and doctors for us and arranged transportation. when we returned back from the hospital, they came upstairs to check on us. the cleaning staff/housemaid was also so kind - she was so hardworking and concerned about our little boy. the staff were too good to be true, thank you so much! in addition, the layout of the apartment was great, it felt like home. the balcony was very spacious and the kitchen was so clean. bed was very comfortable too! n/a
