Staff was very kind and helpful. Our bed was actually 2 single beds joined into one, which was a bit uncomfortable. Shower water pressure could be better.

Room is really clean, spacious and bright. We stayed in the two double beds room, which were comfy. Decor is really modern. TV channels are interesting. Everyone is always so happy and eager to help out. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever encountered in our travels. A lot of offerings like croissant, eggs, yogurt, fruits, cereal, etc. The servers Jessica and Ivy are especially sweet, quick and nice to see before we start our days. The cappuccino also rivals those that we pay for outside the hotel. Great comfortable stay overall.

Staff is super friendly and helpful - Loved our stay here - it’s on a street that’s like a mini Chinatown and super safe with many vendors right outside the door in the morning and evenings. Very close to the mercato centrale and 8 min walk from the train station as well as closeby to many other popular sites. Nigel at the front desk was super helpful and kind and had such an interesting life story. Ivy and Jessica were so helpful during breakfast and even remembered our coffee orders in the morning!

• lialP9236PE (10/5): One of the best locations in Florence and amazingly welcoming staff - Giantly thankful for the excellent location of the hotel, for the infinite kindness of the receptionist Leiann who explained the entire city in just 3 minutes and shared the most evocative map and hints. Super clean place and with a very vibrant atmosphere. Anyone can walk freely to the Dome, Market and to the lovely restaurant Nuti with homemade pastas. Would love to return one day!
• 659kristell (10/5): A gem in Florence - We had a really great stay at Globus Urban Hotel in Florence. From the beginning, everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it a nice place to come back to after a day out in the city 😊 The staff were all very kind and helpful throughout our stay, and it really made a difference. A special thank you to Kristel at the reception. On our first day, we had just arrived and were looking for a place to have dinner. She immediately helped us and, in less than 10 minutes, managed to get us a reservation at a very good restaurant. After a long trip, that meant a lot to us. She was always smiling, very professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! ❤️

This is our 5 visit to Florence & this hotel experience has made very enjoyable. The hotel couldn’t be any closer to all the main attractions especially the indoor food court which is a must. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The two women serving breakfast were so sweet! They were so appreciative when we gave them a much deserved tip. If you’re looking for easy, environmentally friendly hotel in Florence, this is the spot!

Café da manhã excelente, fomos muito bem atendidos pela Jessica e Ivy. Hotel próximo aos principais pontos de Florença, fizemos tudo a pé. A poucos metros do Mercado Central e da Tratoria Zaza. Todo os funcionários da recepção e demais funcionários também muito simpáticos e solícitos. Voltaria com certeza! O toalheiro não estava aquecendo, foi o único ponto de atenção na nossa estadia, mas que não impactou em nada.

• daniellewF8456YJ (10/5): Excellent Florence home base for our family of four! - The Globus Urban was perfect for our family trip to Florence. It was walking distance to/from the train station (where we went in and out of to Rome), centrally located to the main sites and quiet in the evenings. Leiann made the check-in process seamless and was a joy to see every day, offering to help with navigation and calling cars for us if we ventured out further. The daily breakfast (which was included) was fantastic with great variety, a clean dining space and an efficient and pleasant team! Overall a great experience for our family of four and would easily recommend to other travelers.

Leiann checked us in and did a great job. We called her first as needing parking. She was very helpful. Parking was just a few blocks away

Lady at the front desk was rude! Everything. To arrive at the location at 19:30 after a long day of traveling to find out you have no where to sleep because they had ‘technical Difficulties’ with your room is in heard of. Not ti mention the extremely rude Asian lady at the front desk.

En el baño secador de pelo, zapatillas y kit beauty. Es de dimensiines reducidas pero muy bien aprovechadas. El drsayuno está muy bueno y bastante completo. Te sirven el café en mesa. La habitación no me la limoiarin porque vinieron a las 15:15h cuando habíamos subido un rato a descansar. No creo q sean horas de hacer las habitaciones deberian hacerlas antes de comer.p

La struttura è nuova, gli spazi sono accoglienti e funzionali, tutto lo staff con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è stato estremamente cordiale. La nostra camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per il soggiorno. La colazione è superlativa: oltre alla gentilezza dello staff, la qualità dei prodotti è ottima, con una buona scelta di prodotti per chi segue una dieta vegana. Dalla porta della nostra camera filtrava la luce del corridoio in maniera estremamente fastidiosa.

Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff Mia and Ivy were great, breakfast had a good assortment with fresh fruit, delicious pastries and good coffee. The rooms were clean, the beds were really comfortable and kids loved the Disco lights is in the shower. When we checked out we received a beautiful little bookmark created by Kristel to remember our stay which was lovely. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Lo staff senza parole per la gentilezza!!! Mi hanno addirittura portato in camera un vassoio con i calici per brindare quando mi hanno visto tornare in hotel dopo la laurea…. La colazione è stata superlativa, tutto buonissimo !! Ha superato le nostre aspettative !!! Niente assolutamente

• kimberleybW2180WI (10/5): Family break - Hotel very clean, good position and the staff extremely kind. Mia and Ivy on the wonderful breakfast were fantastic and always ready to help. The only negative thing I can say negative about Florence is the Eletric scooters and how fast people go making it dangerous for people on the road. The Hotel can’t do anything about that but it was the only negative impact on our stay as one of our kids got knocked over with one.

The location is fantastic, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the hotel has a warm, modern feel that instantly puts you at ease after a full day of exploring. What really made our stay special, though, was the kindness of the staff. A very special thank you to Ivy, the barista, who completely made my morning. Before I even had a chance to order, she sweetly brought me my cappuccino just the way I like it. It was such a thoughtful and genuinely caring gesture. Despite ongoing tension with my mother-in-law throughout our stay, that small moment of kindness had a big impact and turned my entire day around. It reminded me how powerful true hospitality can be, and how much a simple act of thoughtfulness can mean. I’m incredibly grateful, and I’ll always remember that moment. Thank you, Globus Urban — and especially Ivy — for making our stay even more meaningful.
