• Verified traveler (6/5): Worse than anticipated - Front desk staff (several different ones) were less than helpful. They seemed to be unhappy with their job and frustrated, overall. Beds were uncomfortable. Carpet was gross.
• 848patrickb (6/5): We got what we paid for. - I was not sure what to do expect based on the reviews. It turned out to be ok. Not the greatest place and not the worst place. I was in town for a volleyball event with my daughter. The room was clean and provided us with beds and a shower. It was dated and needed some TLC but at the end of the day we got what we paid for.
• nefertitie2021 (2/5): Definitely Don't Try and See For Yourself - You Will REGRET IT! - On Friday June 27th at around 6pm, I arrived at Stay Sky Suites to check in to my reservation that I made through Hotels.com that same day due to a mix-up with a previous reservation for that day.  I had the most unpleasant experience with one of the front desk staff when I was informed at check-in that my room would not be available for the entire stay and that I would need to change rooms with 3 young children in between my stay. Since this was a birthday trip, and there were plans to decorate the room, it would have been incredibly inconvenient to uproot my party in that manner - especially because my reservation was made earlier that day long before check in or before reservations closed, it would have made better sense to inform either myself or Hotels.com that this would be my only option.  Upon check - In, after being informed of the inconvenience, I asked the agent if there would be any additional accommodations that can be made. I was then informed that "my poor planning is not the hotels responsibility since I arrived so late after check-in begins" Please note: Check-in is documented on both hotels.com site as well as stay sky suites site to begin at 4pm and I arrived for check-in at 6pm after driving through  thunderstorms  and traffic for 3 hours. I was only informed to contact the property if I was arriving after 10pm.  I asked for the agent's name and he let me know that he is the night auditor and his name is "Blue Balls." He then informed me that I am no longer able to check - in as he deleted my reservation. I asked him to let me know what the reason for cancellation was and if I violated any policy (I will admit I did get agitated and raised my voice once I was blamed for 'poor planning' and 'arriving too late' at 6pm) I then ask for the legal information to contact, with my lawyer on the phone, he tells him he can't give him any number he "knows nothing." After much kerfuffle and confusion, I called Hotels.com and let them know what was happening. When they tried to contact the agent I was working with, I watched him pick up the phone and then hang up without answering. They called a second time and when asking the agent what was the reason for cancellation, he chose not to cooperate or provide any information. Thankfully, Hotels.com switched our reservation to a nearby and comparable property at no extra charge. The gentlemen, realizing I was sharing the incident with legal as well as Expedia, suddenly had a room available for me to "check out and see if I like it" but it will take him up to 4 hours to reinstate since he canceled it and Hotels.com has to update it. They never received any notification of a cancellation, so it was revealed he was simply flexing and chose NOT to service me simply because he was annoyed at my balking at the change of rooms in the middle of my stay with 3 small children. Once he found I was being relocated, he took the key back and shrugged and said "I tried to help you" This was at about 7:30pm...an hour and a half after I arrived and asked for his help to adjust this issue that I did not put myself in from the beginning. I attached his photo so that you will be able to recognize who Mr. Balls is. As someone with over 10 years in hospitality, including the night audit, I am certain, not being at the desk when guests arrive, not wearing any identification on your person, lying about your name, hanging up on guests as well as the OTA's the property works with, and blaming guests for the hotels own missteps, are ALL considered unacceptable forms of behavior by their staff.  I also noticed there was water leaking from the light fixtures in the lobby without any 'wet floor' signage present. Several guests arrived after and also were not able to check in to their rooms due to similar issues. I don't know if there was something with rooms control or availability, but it is clear this hotel needs a refresher on proper communication and check in procedures. I am sending this review to the front office manager, Cindy Gonzalez as well, whom I was informed by a front desk agent named Ricardo was to contact.

• Yesenia (6/5): - The stay was ok the cleanliness was ok. The staff was nice. The main issue was the A/C did not work when we commented that the A/C was not working they advised they were not able to help.
• Branna (4/5): - Property seems outdated. No air in hallway. Carpeting throughout building was filthy. Room smelled old, pull out bed was hard and didn’t come with blankets and upon asking the front desk for blankets was told they didn’t have any, but that they could provide an extra set of sheets. Thankfully I always travel with my own pillow and comforter or the stay would’ve been even more miserable. Only stayed the 1st night because we were already charged and told it was non refundable otherwise we wouldn’t have checked in at all. We finished our trip a different hotel.
• elainegT6151CB (6/5): Not bad, mini apartment style - I gave this place 3 stars, because my room at least was clean tidy comfortable and the refrigerator and full kitchen and living room with dish washer is pretty cute! Even a kitchen table!! The price was good for a suite sized room. No problems checking in. However, and I do think it’s just never gone back to normal after the Covid lockdown downs; No room service unless requested and no one on staff in the PM so fresh towels? Got to go down to the front desk. Can’t get coffee refills for the morning, because there’s NO housekeeping NO maintenance at night. They don’t give free breakfast or any breakfast even though they have a beautiful dining room for for some awesome Belgian waffle makers and a hot bar! But I knew that beforehand (no breakfast). No biggie, we went and got some oatmeal, couple of eggs and instant coffee and milk for the morning. Pros: the pool is open until 10pm so if you have kids-that’s a plus. I don’t so it was awful for me. You cannot hear any noise from other rooms. The last hotel Sheraton had me in a conjoining(?) room and I heard screaming toddlers my whole stay. So this was nice. I like the price I got through my vacation club membership, I like that it is a mini apartment, I f you stay here keep in mind to ask for extras of coffees or shampoos that you need and to request housekeeping first thing in the morning.

• jacquelineflett1566 (4/5): Don't stay here if you love a clean, tidy and friendly hotel - This hotel has gone down a lot in my estimation, we used to stay here before the lockdown and it was great back then but on our last trip in 2022, it was dirty, staff very unsociable, beds never got changed in 21 nights we stayed and no vacuuming had happened either. We know this because the sheets had a click and a fabric knot that never changed EVER so no laundry services. We deliberately left some fluff on the carpet, this stayed there for 21 days. Rubbish was left outside elevators. No free breakfast and very poor overall. We now stay at Rosen Centre, 100% better. The total opposite of this ONCE good hotel.
• Daniel (2/5): - Stains everywhere, bad odor, poor customer service and an employee decided to use a key card to access our room in the moddle of the night without consent while we were sleeping which is NOT normal. Gelt very unsafe and will not be returning
• Ann (6/5): - Had to request additional hangers. Only 4 hangers for 2 women staying for 14 nights. Furniture is very tired. Needs serious updating. Towels only changed every 3 days. Staff I interacted with were friendly. I would not recommend to anyone due to the worn and tired furniture. Kitchen worktop had burn stains and was badly chipped.

No breakfast was provided, the hall and room carpets were stain spotted and in need of cleaning or replacement. We stayed at this hotel couple of years before covid19 and was very satisfied with it and expected at least the same this time, it was not
• Kathryn (4/5): - There are much better options in the area. The pool and hot tub were good. I did overhear a conversation between reception and a pest removal company representative, which means that there is an issue, but they are doing something about it. What bothered me most is on one occasion they printed off two sheets with no issue or cost. When I went back to ask again, they told me that it is $1 per page. They wouldn’t allow me to add it to the room bill, they wanted payment right away. On another occasion I asked for clean towels, but had to go back to my room to get dirty ones to exchange for fresh ones. In general I will say that the front desk attendants do not smile. I will not be returning.

• KentIslandHelen (2/5): DO NOT STAY - just look at the picture of the chair and ottoman alone! - Huge red flag when I sent three separate messages to this location and didn’t receive any response. When I arrived, it was a little out of the beaten pathway on a little sketchy road. Front desk, totally inhospitable. Hallway carpet gross! Entered the “apartment” to see a sofa chair and ottoman that couldn’t possibly have been changed in the last 30 years. You have to wonder how many years it takes to turn chair arms that black. I can’t imagine anyone sitting on it. You could put this on the curb and say free and there would be no takers. The little baby is sitting in a frame that doesn’t fit it. The keyboard on the cupboard is on the floor the cupboard under the sink look like it had been chewed by a dog. I pulled back the covers and there’s a clump of hair and the covers are totally wrinkled. When you look at the photo I posted please note how wrinkly it is, and I had not sat on it yet. I called down to the office on the nasty room, phone and ask for housekeeping to bring me new sheets. They said they didn’t have housekeeping, but they would bring me sheets. I said that would be fine. I waited and waited and waited. I finally called back down to the front desk and they said oh we don’t have any sheets. We tried to call your room, but your phone is not working. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I made reservations at another hotel and I checked out at six in the morning. I hope I save someone else from having the same experience just awful.

• Jan (8/5): - The building could use some updates, which it appeared they were doing work in some rooms while we were there. Carpet on the main floor was nasty, but our floor and room was much nicer. We booked the Exec room with a queen bed and ended up with 2 beds which was great, but the room didn’t have a safe. Asked the front desk, and they didn’t have one for us so that was disappointing as it was listed as part of the room. Otherwise, parking was good, close to lots of restaurants, bars, activities on I-drive and area, beds were comfy, pool looked nice.
• mayreta2023 (2/5): Terribleeeeeeee - I arrived at 2 am and due to a mistake on their part they did not give me the room. I spent 2 hours trying to resolve the problem. They wanted me to pay for the reservation again, which I did not accept because it seemed absurd to me. Do not go to this place so you do not have bad experiences.
• Dormanique Kadell (8/5): - It was a good stay. Carpets need cleaning and my boyfriend found a roach in the bathroom.
• Joenny (4/5): - Outdated, toilet flushes every minuut for 7 days straight, no one could fix it. Package had delay due to snowstorm, staff excepted my package after I checked out and now dont want to give me it. Entire hotel smelled like weed. Pool was closed the whole week. Good location but not worth it. Won't go back
• Holly (8/5): - Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day. Pros: Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets were all soft and nice. I saw one particular man working at all hours so was super impressed by him, he was even the one to bring us TP when we called down. Big props to him! Hot tub was nice and pool area was clean. We would definitely stay again but would want to be assured the water was warmed up!

• Kayleigh (8/5): - My husband and I stayed here for EDCO. staySky Suites is a no-frills hotel with a lot of space including full kitchen. Pool area was nice. Very basic and modest accommodations, we would definitely stay here again.
• amberkW2582UD (2/5): The worst customer service I've ever encountered. - I tried calling to book a reservation and was hung up on by their reservation line. The on-site line does nothing but ring, and now their reservation line will not answer. If you value being treated with respect I suggest you find another hotel.
• Dulce (6/5): - Housekeeping was amazing! When we asked for things they were quick to get them to us. A couple of reasons I won’t rate this property 5 stars is because 1. When we showed up, they changed our room from a king to a 2 double queen bed bc the AC wasn’t working. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Nothing was done to compensate in the difference of rooms. 2. When we got into our double queen room there were sandals in the room from the previous guest and also a big spider web on the ceiling above one of the beds. Other than that, it was good price for the stay. Just would’ve been nice to have a heads up on the AC issue or have another king room ready for us. We went for EDC weekend and shuttle was not even two mins away. I’d probably stay here again but this hotel needs better communication with their guests.

• subhodipg2019 (2/5): Beware - look at reviews before booking here - Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If there was a rating below 1 star, I would have given it & I'll tell you why: I had booked for 3 nights thru booking.com. The property in which the flat was in, is at a very good location. 12-15 min walk to ICON Park, many shops & reataurants nearby. Having said that, I've finished all the positives. So now for the problem issues: 1. The outside corridor (3rd floor) had a stink all 3 days. Dont know what it was, maybe disinfectant, but unpleasant as hell. 2. The magnetic accesa card would stop working after 2-3 uses. I know well the common excuse - keep it away from your mobile - I kept it miles away from my mobile. But no use. I think the lock itself might be the problem, was damaging the mag stripe. 3. No tea/coffee/salt/sugar etc provided...maybe i was expecting too much. 3. Totally inflexible on late check outs. Check out time is 10.00 a.m, check in at 4.00 p.m. I had requested check out at 12, flatly refused. Apparently, 4 hours is not enough for the housekeeping to clean a small 1bedroom flat! 4. The young lady receptionist - oh man, she was something else. Her grim, sullen, unsmiling face was the exact antithesis of what a receptionist's demeanour should be. Uncooperative to the extreme - would not look you in the eyes while talking - a "sorry, not possible" reply ready almost before I could finish my question. From the very beginning she was hostile & uncooperative, I've no idea why. Maybe she doesnt like Indians... Anyway, since I didnt get late checkout & there was time before my flight, I requested her to store my luggage for a couple of hours. While checking in, the then receptionist (a jolly, helpful guy) had told me that would not be a problem. But this lady point blank refused, since the flat I was in was owned by a 'private owner'. So they would not take responsibility for stored luggage. Only when I offered to pay, she went in for 5 seconds to "talk to her manager" and then said ok, and the charge would be $30. Since I had no other option, I had to agree. Grumpily, she opened the storage area & told me curtly to close the door after I finished!! What a lady! She alone would have been enough reason to rate the flat 1 star, let alone all the other deficiencies.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Roach Motel - The hot water almost never worked, I found two roaches in the bathroom, and the air conditioner only served to keep the room lukewarm. The staff didn't help when we contacted them about the hot water problem either. Combine all of that with the moldy smell and sticky carpets and you have a certified roach motel.

The rooms are dirty, the bedding is very soiled, there's a bad smell in the rooms, and there are cockroaches in the bathroom. Your vacation could turn into a nightmare.

• KELLY (2/5): - This place is awful. Location is not good. The hotel room was dirty and very poorly kept. We were told they had no housekeeping. We called down for more towels and toilet paper 3 times, and never received them. After the third time we went down to the main desk and asked for them again and were very rudely told they had them down there for us. But never called to let us know that. No hot water for two of our showers. There is no safety features for hotel guest as far as a key to get up the elevator so anyone could come up the elevator to your floor and break into your room. Poor location with nothing surrounding it. Rude front desk staff. Pool and hot tube were dirty. The price draws you in but that is because it is an awful hotel, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

• Lindsey (6/5): Decent but could be better - The place was decent but could be better. The website said they had free breakfast but when I got there they did NOT. They only do room service every 3 days so I had to ask for more stuff like towels, wash cloths, soap, etc. We booked for 6 people but the room only had stuff for 4 people. Also could use a good deep cleaning.

• alexise866 (4/5): Great Location, but won’t be back - Thank you for taking the time to read this. I just wanted to tell you a bit about some of the things my family and I experienced during our stay from 3/21-3/23/24. The beds and bathroom were clean. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. The furniture is quite scuffed from use and the cabinets had some water damage, but were clean.Fridge was clean as well. We did notice that there was one of those toilet refreshers hanging from the closet door behind the door entrance which seemed odd. The problems we encountered were focused around the roaches. I was getting ready the first morning there and a small roach was crawling around the bathroom floor. I killed and disposed of it. Later did my 3 year old find 2 dead roaches under the bathroom sink and on the kitchen counter. This raised concern because we had snacks/food in the kitchen. Before leaving for the day, I put all the food on the dining table in a tote that we used to transport it up to the room. When we were preparing to leave this morning to check out, there were baby roaches crawling on our items so we had to throw away a lot of the food as we weren’t sure what opened bags they crawled into. Also a pipe had burst during the early morning hours in another room on our floor causing us to lose water because it had flooded into the hallway. We had no way of showering, flushing toilets, or brushing our teeth without bottled water we brought. I didn’t want to mention roaches upon checkout because other guests were nearby and I didn’t want to cause a stir. The front desk person also seemed overwhelmed with whatever the water issue was and said “goodbye have a nice day.” Upon returning home I noticed that the tote with the food that was sitting on the counter and dining table smelled of bug spray, which was alarming because we possibly touched/ingested those chemicals while eating our snacks and maneuvering around the room. I’m not sure what needs to be done better to mitigate this but we were disappointed with the roach situation. We don’t mind not having the fanciest/updated furniture, but with two young children and the possible bug spray contamination, we won’t be returning even with the great location.
• zafirahk2023 (8/5): GREAT just a few things needs cleaning - 9 day stay. Great location, great building. The apartment was good, we had kitchen to cook, couch to lay and watch TV and bathtub to relax BUT the carpet NEEDS a professional clean. We kinda cringe the carpet and the couch. We put sheets over it to use. The bed has to be replaced, big hole in the middle and the tub got mold on like the second day. But we had a good experience there. Really friendly staff, great pool. Walk to McDonalds, Ihop and like 4 min drive to Universal. If this place does the maintenance needed it will be like 6 stars. We felt very safe in the building. It's a older building but no bad smells nothing. Elevator worked great, clean pool and reception. It's a great place to stay as a family.
• Dien (4/5): - The hall way and the room we stayed were too stinky. We had to go to Walmart and bought 3 plug in air fresheners. This hotel pictures and room pictures were probably years ago when it was new that makes customers think they are going to stay in a nice, clean hotel. They are not going to change your bed sheets or clean your room if you stay there less than 3 days. And if you need clean towels or toilet paper dont ask the front desk before 9am because I was told by Ricardo "house keeping workers are not here yet". Stay away.
• X215TYdrewh (2/5): Worst Experience- Do not visit - The worst experience we have ever had. The hotel was dirty, musty and smelled like weed. The pictures are deceiving and do bot truly show what the place is like. There is no restaurant or bar like advertised. There was one room that was broken into with the lock on the floor and the door wide open. Lights barely worked, bugs in room. Overall awful
• Arigna (6/5): - The property is clean outside. Parking clean and safe. The room is clean and all bedding lining as well. The only downside, the furniture is old. However, all functional. I recommended for family with a small budget because is abordable. We stay there 8 days. I will give it a 3/5. The staffs are very kind, always available.

• voyagerZ5533OA (8/5): It was surprisingly very nice! - Not gonna lie, given the reviews, I was really nervous about this one BUT it turned out to be just perfect for us! We stayed in Room 320, if that makes a difference, which is a suite with a King size bed and a sofa with a pullout bed for the kid. Given that we had expected to see roaches and encountered none, we were pretty stoked (I know, I know) and quickly became extremely grateful for the amount of space we had, the clean sheets and towels, the kitchen, etc. In fact, we were always happy to return to our suite after a long day in/around Orlando! (We also met up with a friend who stayed at a different hotel; he mentioned seeing a roach in his room so I became even more grateful for our place.) About our suite: - SMELL: There was an "old home smell" when we first walked in but it dissipated as we ran the AC. I never noticed it again upon returning to our suite on following days. - CLEANLINESS: It was clean, except for the carpet which could have used another pass with the vacuum cleaner. There were loose threads here and there, and I stepped on a small heart-shaped piece of plastic on our first night, but nothing else after that. - FURNITURE: Upgrades would be nice but, honestly, I've seen way, WAY worse. The drawers were clean and easy to open/close, and had no smell. I had no qualms about transferring our clothes from our suitcase into the dressers, unlike various places we've stayed in in Lincoln, New Hampshire. - SOFA/PULL OUT BED: The mattress wasn't amazing but it was decent. I fully expected the extra sheets, blanket, and pillow from the closet to be smelly but they were absolutely not! One more thing over Lincoln, NH. - SHEETS + PILLOWS: Clean and comfortable. Zero complaints there! - BATHROOM: Pretty standard. There were two tubes of shampoo and no conditioner, something that was flagged by another reviewer (thank you!) so I brought our own. The hairdryer worked. There was extra toilet paper. The sink drained quite slowly, but that was it. - KITCHEN: Had all the basics, cleanest fridge ever, great to have so you don't eat out every day. At the very least, you can bring back leftovers. They pick up the trash every day once/day between 8 am and 10 am. For food trash outside those hours, I put them in a bag that I placed in the freezer. - AC: It worked perfectly. I wear ear plugs to sleep so the low rumbling sound didn't bother me. Other family members slept fine. Other considerations: - It's a great location. It's just a couple miles from Universal, it's within walking distance to a whole bunch of restaurants and attractions, and not far from the airport. It's also very quiet. - The hotel website claims that "staySky Suites I-Drive Orlando now offers round-trip shuttle service to Walt Disney World® Resort and Universal Orlando!" Don't believe that last part. Just use Uber to Universal. On the way back, if you're leaving at the same time as everyone else, take one of the taxis already onsite (same place as Uber pickup/dropoff). - We did not visit the pool, gym, laundry room, etc. I did see one visitor go to the gym area so I know it's used. - They don't clean your room daily but rather every three days. This was just right for us! Ex: We don't care to have new towels every day (bad for the environment), and we can make our own bed thank-you-very-much. Plus, having less housekeeping helps to keep prices low. - Wave to the person at the front desk and to the security guard as you walk by. They're very nice. Finally, I agree that the finishing touches just aren't there. You'll see cracks along the walls. The switch on your bedside lamp might feel flimsy (but the light makes the room feel warm and cozy). Your alarm clock might not work (or maybe ours just wasn't plugged in). You may see stains here and there. There will probably be scratches on some furniture surfaces. But it was a 3-star hotel that had all the things that our family needed and it was a heck of a lot more comfortable than many hotels we've stayed at around the US/world. It might sound crazy but we will probably stay here again!
• Tusharkumar (4/5): - Overall it was an okay experience. Mattress seems very old and cushion was comfortable to sleep. One of the Bed frame was making loud sound. Bathroom and room door locks were not working. Bathroom shower was very scattered and it was very hard to bath. You pay for laundry dryer and clothes were still wet. There was no water coming from drinking area near reception nor they jad any water bottles in their cooler. Good things were like receptionist communication was convenient and was available all the time. Pool was working.

• Inspiration192927 (4/5): Desperately seeking updates! - The rooms have clearly not been updated in decades. The room was dingy and had very old furniture. The bed skirt was ripped, the toilet ran continuously and the refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. I did not use the rest of the appliances. Also was planning on using the hotel provided showers amenities since we traveled light with carry ons only and had no liquids…but no conditioner. Overall really disappointing, especially since I DID do my own research before booking.

• khalid (6/5): - I went with my kids to fun spots and i choose this hotel for the price and location. So when we got there the location was very good for kids fun places most of them are less then 15 minutes away as well as food places. the room was good size and clean with a mini kitchen if you need it the only issue we had is the heater wasn't working but the manager was nice and offer me an other room but was in 5th floor and far from elevator so in general was good stay and quiet for the price we paid thanks to staysky condo hotel.

I want stay here because know at the front desk could tell when I would get hot water. They said sorry the day I check out Nov 17, 2023

• J5255YHangela (2/5): Horrible and nasty hotel - This place is horrible. Very dirty and infected with roaches. The pool and the jacuzzi are very dirty. The smell is only marijuana. I don’t recommended this place never. Need a inspection with the pertinent agencies and close.
• Daniela (2/5): - We actually didn’t end up staying at this property. The night we checked in, we immediately checked out. The only good thing about this experience was that Cesar and the staff were patient and understanding. The room we were given REEKED of cigarettes which, my party unfortunately has allergy sensitivities. We also didn’t want the cleaning staff to think we were the ones smoking in the room, so my fiancé and I walked downstairs to explain the concern. We were given a new room and, same issue, still reeked of cigarettes AND bacon. The room itself was also disgusting, the couches were stained with who knows what. The carpets felt sticky underneath our shoes. I hate to make this comment but honestly, both rooms literally could have been the set to the Netflix show, Dahmer, if you moved the couch to the right side of the room and added a fish tank to the left. It was very eerie. Another downside is the hallways and lobby’s have no AC running so it feels like you’re walking through a humid, hot hotel. It sucks to have to write a bad review but literally cannot believe they charge so much to have you stay in such conditions :/

• MARIA (8/5): - The hotel is in a good location near Universal studios with confortable beds and very quite. The builiding needs upgrades in the bathroom, needs more utensils plates and pots in the kitchen and the carpet needs to be clean. Other than that is worth the money.

• violetg671 (2/5): WOULDN'T EVEN LET OUR DOG STAY HERE ! - this hotel was horrible , dirt everywhere , our kitchen doors were hanging off , fridge smelt like Sewage , lift doors were scratched and graffitied , no bedding , we asked for no sofa bed but revived a very uncomfortable one , corridors were damp , blinds were broken ,stains everywhere , scratched draws, reception weren’t helpful , information leaflet said no breakfast and said no house keeping during our stay the pool was horrendous dirt everywhere and bugs at the bottom and the hot tub wasn't any better , hallways were foggy and smelt of smoke, we decided that we wouldn’t even let our dog stay there, so we left after an hour ,sofa had rips on , no microwave plate , wonky dishwasher, bathroom door handle hanging off, flickering light switch, insects on our walls , damaged areas everywhere muck on the toilet seat and inside, water in the pool was green with floating and sinking plasters, AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU DONT WANT ANY DISAPPOINTMENT surprised to see virgin recommends it and sells it.
