- Yasmin (4/5): I came across three staff members all which could not say good morning back or even a hello or even a simple smile. - Property was clean. I like the garage for the vehicle vehicles. I feel that I was very secure. Parking is advertise as $12 a night when you get there they tell you it’s $25 for a special event, but they don’t advertise that online she said cause we have a note at the desk and I told her they should put that online if I’ve known I wouldn’t have stayed there. It was too pricey. I would have canceled, but I would’ve got charged so I had no other choice..

- SarahBeth9909 (5/5): - Good location The description did not mention overnight paid parking. That's not an issue necessarily. There was a sign at the front desk that said $25 for parking. Fine. When I signed the sheet though, it said parking was only $12. The front desk attendant just shrugged her shoulders and said I could call management. I feel this was deceptive.
- Bobbi (9/5): - The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety. There is only one place you're allowed to smoke and it's not covered...it happened to be raining during our stay.
- Dinah (6/5): - Location
- Zegereda (9/5): -
- Paradice (5/5): Breakfast was good. - I like the breakfast. I love when they offer the waffles. My room key failed 3 times in a 1 night stay and that's annoying. The whole second floor smelled like Marijuana even though its supposed to be a no smoke building. The last straw was the window view outside was blocked buy a few HVAC systems.
- Sanchez Navarro Solis (9/5): - Excelente ubicación, transporte público en la esquina del Hotel El desayuno siempre lo mismo, no me gustó el huevo como de cajita y pocos lugares para sentarse a desayunar, se llena mucho
- Ronaldjayrald (8/5): -
- MAHA (10/5): -
- Kristian (2/5): U definitely get what you pay for 😂 - Nothing really The breakfast was ok the staff was sneaking and creeping around the room was simi clean seen a few bugs and the room was beyond dusty and I'll add my neighbors harassed me which was very annoying.
- Frank (8/5): A very clean and well run place. Good for a short stay if you’re on a budget and not looking to spend too much time at t - Fairly prices clean and convenient It was exactly as expected for an economy property. No complaints
- Jamie (8/5): - Super convenient. Breakfast was fresh as was the coffee. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean.
- Shilan (3/5): -
- Stansbury (1/5): - Totally unsafe, the desk man who checked us in wasnt wearing a name tag, held my ID until I was leaving and had to look through my wallet and then ask for it. We paid cash and he didn’t give a receipt and then when I asked his name he told me and I tried to snap a picture of him and he hid behind the desk and then came out screaming on the side door.
I should have left right then and there, i stayed one night and slept with my clothes on and bags pack with my kid in my arms. The room had a window onto the rood which didn’t fully lock. Hookers were knocking at the door, 2 times they came, some guy in the hallway tried to lure me in to his room.
I didnt even care that the dresser was missing the drawer….. got the f out at 6am. Everything totally unsafe

- Waldyn (8/5): Just where we needed to be. - It was very handy to where we needed to be. The room was clean and the facility was safe. It was very reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly, There was some noisy construction. Air temperature was a bit hard to control.
- Johanna (7/5): Great value, excellent location! - Great location, very clean, friendly staff Thin walls. I could hear the people next door even when they were speaking at a normal volume.
- Cassandra (3/5): - room was clean & comfortable staff was not helpful
- Priscilla (10/5): Loved our stay and would stay again - The night manager was just delightful, welcoming and accommodating. There was a restruant next to us and others within walking distance. I am not crazy about LA but felt plenty safe to walk. The breakfast in the morning was buffet and had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, juices, fresh fruit and more...in LA thats a major savings right there! Everything was clean. This did not diminish our stay one bit but there was a poorly patched ceiling near the curtains that needs to be looked at....thats it!
- DIARRA (8/5): - The room is ok the parking is se ure
- Ramiro (8/5): Stay was excellent for what I needed. - Friendly staff, clean facilities, parking area.
- Melitza (8/5): -
- Douglas (8/5): - todo estaba muy limpio muy bonito, solo el desayuno estuvo un poco escaso y no rellenaron las cosas, pero por lo demas muy bien.
- Chappelle (9/5): Better than expected overnight stay. - Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean room and quiet placement. Comfortable bed. Nice bathtub and good hot water. Only problem was that the bathtub stopper was broken I made up for it stuffing a washcloth in the drain. Didn't want to complain because it was late and everyone had been so nice!
- Johanna (6/5): -
- Manuel (10/5): - Good service There friendly
- Ok ok (8/5): -
- Fabiola (8/5): - El desayuno no nos gusto tanto, era muy repetitivo No hacìan el aseo diario del cuarto
- Lloyd (8/5): - Good location with the bus stop close by and a 10-15 work to the supermarket.
- Szilvua (8/5): - A teggelinél kevés volt az asztal.
- Jane (8/5): I’d stay here again, especially since it’s so close to where my niece lives. - Breakfast was fine except I’d like whole wheat & rye bagels to be available. Breakfast: Coffee in motels is never good so my husband & I always travel with our own to make in our room.
The pillows were awful - lumpy except for one but wasn’t supportive enough. The bed & sheets were great however. The NOON checkout is fabulous. Great having the sofa chair, ottoman & moving eating table especially since I wasn’t able to find any space to eat at breakfast which was fine as I preferred to eat in my room.

- Gonzalo (9/5): -
- Matthew (2/5): Will watch everything you do. - Clean and quiet Stayed w my boyfriend. He got breakfast and brought it back to the room. The hotel manager called the room accusing my boyfriend (who checked in with me when we got there) of trespassing and said he’d been watching our room (which I was naked in) via the hallway camera which literally looks inside our room.
- Chandramohan (10/5): - Good breakfast, good service, room cleanliness
- Amenda (10/5): Safe, comfortable, restful. - My room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was awesome, the only thing was I don't think you should have to pay for parking, even though it was 12 dollars. But I understand because our cars are safe in a gated under ground parking facility.
- María Isabel (9/5): -
- Jeffery (5/5): Ehh - Good breakfast I’ll admit and it’s wasn’t in a bad location it was pretty close to the grove and near Hollywood so wasn’t bad of a commute? Accidentally booked two rooms only needed one and neither the hotel or booking.con did anything most likely won’t book through them again and will not stay with this chain either sorry
- Jeffrey (7/5): -
- Jose (8/5): - Everything was right, very recommended hotel. Would come back. The only thing is that the parking inside the hotel is by paying, which is hidden cost. You gave to pay for the parking, which is kind of a hidden fixed cost, because most people visit LA with a car and parking in the neighborhood is not easy.
- Zepeda (8/5): -
- Juan (10/5): -
- Salvador (5/5): - it had bed bugs
- Juan (10/5): -
- Ricardo (8/5): - Great location! Excellent value for money! Perhaps breakfast could have a couple of things more suitable for gluten intolerant people
- Renee (10/5): -
- Lauren (4/5): Weird parking policy - The location and size of rooms Customer service and there was a surge charge for parking. There is no mention of this on the website but when you check in they change parking from $12-$35 a night depending on demand. I asked why my parking was $35 when it was $12 the night before and didn't get a clear answer. It was weird for a Thursday, the hotel wasn't even busy. Won't be back for the sliding scale parking pricing.
- Malisa (10/5): -
- Ashim (7/5): -
- Michael (10/5): Great stay and staff overall. - The place was so clean. I always bring Clorox wipes and clean the room and I didn’t have to for this room. Lobby was also clean and cleaning staff super helpful. The beds and pillows could be more comfy.
- Christy (1/5): Convient for location, however, will not be staying here again. - Location - Staff
- $50 charge for being only 45 minutes early
- Tiny, terribly uncomfortable pillows
- Parking price increase due to event in area $12 to $35
- Jeff (5/5): Close to stadium - Close to Dodger stadium which is why we stayed there. They allowed us early check in. Noisy rooms on sunset blvd. Ants coming in through the AC.
- Charlene (9/5): Clean, comfortable and worth the money - Walkable to everywhere N/a
- Sandi (8/5): Good location, good service, the rooms are nice and very clean. - Breakfast was ok but the dining area was small and crowded. Other than that it was ok. Small dining.
- Yazmin (10/5): -
- Anthony (8/5): - P I paid $60 cash deposit
No paperwork
I booked room for 2nd nite at 8 am
Communicated with front desk rmplo
Attempted to show here the information and give her the email and confirmation #
She refused to take
I want back to room and fell asleep
She entered my room swinging a big stick
Cursing me
Screaming at me
Throwing my suitcase in floor
Dragging it down hall and down stairs
Holding it hostage
I'm in my underwear
I collect what I can and call police
When she saw them arrive she returned my suitcase
Horrible
Horrible
Horrible
When I called to speak with manager
He defended her
Saying there's 2 sides of story
And he defended her actions professional
And no chance getting my deposit
Unhelpful unbelievable and traumatized

- Cynthia (8/5): Good Place to Stay at a Decent Price Point - This hotel was very clean. I was impressed with the size of the room, and I appreciate the grab bars in the shower. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. I asked for a room away from street noise and they did give me a quiet room. The room was very clean. It was a short drive to Dodger Stadium and that made me happy. I got a good night sleep. I ate a few things at breakfast, and it looked fine with many choices. I just was not hungry. I arrived 15 minutes early and they would not allow me to check in unless I paid an extra $20. That seems weird if the room was ready to be occupied. I was happy they had secure parking, and I assumed the charge was $12 as listed on the webpage. But there was a sign upon check-in which stated they would increase the parking charge when there are local events. I wasn't expecting to pay $35 to park at the hotel. Please update the website so there are no surprises.
- Michele (10/5): Wonderful - Clean friendly N/A
- David (8/5): -
- maureen (8/5): - The staff was very helpful
- Mario (10/5): - Very quiet and spacious room. No funny weird smell in the rooms or the whole location. I don’t like the Indian smell to which there weren’t
- Lea (8/5): - Unique is hiring a receptionist who is so unfriendly and unwelcoming in behavior. She should go for a training on how to smile and be welcoming. Just seeing her face makes me want to find another place. The rest of the staff though are very friendly and hardworking. Heads up, the parking eate is not $12 per night all the time. I was charged $35 as I was told that the rate is dependent on any event that is happening around the area.
- Brenda (8/5): - Breakfast & AC are good to have.
- Jacqueline (1/5): -
- Sandra (8/5): - We were on third floor and the halls were extremely warm. AC worked fine but was noisy.
- Rolanda (8/5): - The AC was loud but worked. A lot of the staff didn't understand English. The breakfast was good and the eating area very clean. The front desk and the lady taking care of the breakfast area were very helpful, spoke good English and we're extremely friendly. The underground parking is secure but the hotel entrance to the parking lot is not secure. The area around the hotel is sketchy is why I wouldn't stay here again.
- Felipe Nolberto (9/5): -
- MR DAVUT (10/5): - It was very clean and friendly staffs
- Elaine (10/5): - Need better breakfast options. Otherwise we would recommend & absolutely go back for future stays. Antonio at the front desk was professional & very accommodating. His customer service was exceptional! Thank you!
- Irmina (9/5): - very near kaiser LA
- David (10/5): - I like this place. Staff is nice. The room is nice and I love the neighborhood
- Alexi (10/5): - Room was big and comfy as well as clean. Food was yummy and staff was friendly and helpful
- Marisol (10/5): - We liked this place because it was really closed to Universal Studios, the reception and our rooms were clean, the AC was working good, there was hot water, and the breakfast was good too. It was not fancy but was perfect for the purpose.
- Audrey (10/5): - Front desk gentleman was professional & polite as well as friendly & helpful! Room was clean, towels well stocked. Pillows were a bit small but we always bring our own. Overall great stay & fairly priced & located!
