• Birgit (9/5): Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Service. - Das großartige Frühstücksbuffett an dem nichts gefehlt hat. Der Strand war sehr nah mit eigenem Strandabschnitt mit unterschiedlichen Liegen. Das es teilweise zu laute Musik drum herum war und dass unser Zimmer zwar Richtung Meer, aber auch seitlich an der großen Straße lag, wo der Straßenlärm auch im 8. Stock noch ziemlich laut war. Wenn das Fenster zu war, war es okay und man gewöhnt sich wirklich sehr schnell daran. Wir haben es im Laufe der Woche kaum mehr wahrgenommen.
• Aleksei (7/5): 3 дня еще терпимо, но не более - Отличная локация и завтраки Дизайн ужасен - все абсолютно белое (стены, потолки и пол) включая цвет ламп и множество зеркал, которые умножают эффект перспективы и давят на психику. В столовой наоборот- все красное и с теми же зеркалами везде, кушаешь вдвоем, а ощущаешь себя как в метро с сотней людей вокруг. Кроме того в номере нет ни шкафов под одежду, другой какой-то мебели, вещи можно хранить только на полу или в чемодане.

• Sergei (10/5): Хороший отель с удобным расположением. - Очень удобное расположение. Приезжали на забег RUNTALYA, отель в 15 минутах ходьбы от места старта. В отеле красивая апельсиновая аллея, которая цветёт как раз в начале апреля. Рядом большой торговый центр и приморский парк. Персонал очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Кровати на подиуме - спорное решение. Всё остальное — ок.

• Cristian (8/5): Alles war gut. - Alles gut. Hätten wir uns ein Zimmer ganz oben gewünscht, vielleicht 958 und nicht 558. Egal, jetzt ist es sowieso zu spät. Beim Frühstück musste eine andere Musik "laufen", keine traurige Musik, sondern etwas in der Richtung Budha-Bar, chillout, etwas anderes. Regalen mit dem ausgestellten Essen "reduzieren", da braucht man nicht so viele. Lieber noch zwei offene "Eier Zubereitung" Stationen wäre gut gewesen. Wenn jemand 6 verschiedene Eiern Portionen bestellt, die Schlange steht und immer größer wird, zu warten. da hat man keine Geduld mehr. Mindestens 2 Stationen für Omelett und Eiern Zubereitung.

• Tetyana (9/5): - Uns hat fast alles gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Essen war lecker und mit viel Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wassertemperatur im Pool war, aus unserer Sicht, zu kühl. Und im Bad fehlte zum Schminken ein Vergrößerungsspiegel - ist, natürlich, für Frauen ein wichtiges Detail:).

I am a returning customer and last year they had entertainment twice a week now only one evening. Which was sad I was hoping to do some dancing like last year.

• ANDREY (10/5): Белоснежный красавец на Коньялты. - Как приятно возвращаться в отель, где тебе рады! Как всегда к твоим услугам чистейшие комфортные номера с отличным видом на море и завораживающие горы. Огромный бассейн с удобными и мягкими лежаками. Отличная еда и конечно же персонал👌. Апельсины на живописной аллее все еще не покраснели. А так хотелось сделать огненное селфи! Придется возвращаться!
• Helmut (9/5): Surpreendente! - O hotel é excelente! A localização é muito boa na melhor praia da cidade. A praia tem a água cristalina, morna e é calma; para os amantes da natação é um excelente local para realizar nado em águas abertas. Por detrás do hotel o hospede tem acesso gratuito a um parque aquático e a poucos metros do hotel há um aquário que vale a pena a visita. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, a limpeza do hotel é ótima, o café da manhã e o jantar têm muita variedade e a comida é saborosa, a academia é muito boa e completa, o ambiente da piscina externa é muito agradável, fiz massagem no spa e gostei muito. Todos os dias há entrega de água mineral no quarto sem custos adicionais, a limpeza do quarto é diária e realizada por simpáticas e diligentes funcionárias. O terraço com vista para o mar tem o seu encanto particular, pois também é super confortável pela presenta de um sofá cama. A cama é confortável, mas é muito baixa (um pouco acima do chão) o que dificulta demais para quem tem problemas nos joelhos ou mobilidade reduzida. O mesmo acontece com os colchões da área da piscina que são totalmente no chão. Sinti falta de cadeira no quarto, mas quando solicitei o hotel prontamente resolveu.

• jasmina (10/5): We had an amazing stay! Hubby organised a surprise bday dinner at the rooftop - Beautifully hotel with amazing breakfast and staff! Close to beach and the sea view was amazing. The rooftop restaurant with the amazing staff and the view! Can not fault anything

Odamda tuvalet aynasinda tras edilmis sakal killarina benzer killar yapismisti. Restoranda calisan sefler ve personel, aksam ve ogle yemegi sirasinda kenarda durup yuksek sesle sohbet ediyor, mac muhabbeti yapip, kahkaha atip guluyorlardi. Bu tip otellerde bunlara dikkat edilmeli diye dusunuyorum. Odadaki cift kisilik yatak nedense iki tane tek kisilik yatagin birlestirilmesinden olusuyordu buna anlam veremedim biraz rahatsizdi.
• Daniela (4/5): Schönes Hotel aber viel zu laut - Die Zimmer waren schön hell und der Blick auf das Meer toll. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Das Buffet am Abend war klasse mit vielen tollen Geschmackserlebnissen und einer sehr großen Auswahl (alleine das Dessertbuffet war eine Pracht). Auch die Getränke und das Eis an der Poolbar waren sehr gut! Leider konnten wir den Aufenthalt nicht genießen, da die Musik am Pool viel zu laut war. Als Höhepunkt spielte ab 16:30 Uhr ein DJ, der einfach seinen Laptop abstellte (dann selber verschwand) und unfassbar laute Musik abspielte. Das grenzte an Körperverletzung. Wir mussten flüchten, weil es nicht auszuhalten war. Den Balkon konnte man auch nicht alternativ nutzen, da die Musik bis dahin hallte. Die Beschallung der immer gleichen Musik ging dann bis abends/nachts. Völlig unverständlich, da abends niemand mehr am Pool war. Auch eine Beschwerde brachte nichts. Sehr schade. Ansonsten hätten wir gerne mehr Punkte für das Hotel vergeben.

• Serhat Demir (8/5): a pleasant stay with several fun facilities. - the hotel is very clean and well maintained. breakfast is delicious. there are many facilities like aquapark, spa, pool, etc. personal preference of course but mattress could have been more comfortable.
• Rob (9/5): - Loved the swimming pool area. Never busy, always relaxing. Rooms are interesting with white and red colour scheme. Great day bed on the balcony. Reception and bar area was modern and a good place to hang out. Hotel location next to Beach Park with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Cockroach in the bathroom when first arrived. Odd rule of not being able to take food and drink into the hotel. I understand not take aways or drinks by the pool, but all food and drink seemed draconian.

• Emilija_Pijevcevic (6/5): Good looking hotel with not so attentive staff - Well, hotel is good and as it is in the photos, maybe better. It is well designed and thought through to have everything handy. It is very clean in the corridors and common areas. However, my room smelled on bleach very agressively. It was so bad that I have actually slept on the balcony. I reported it on the reception, but they didn't do anything about it. As it was short stay and balcony was nice, I continued to sleep there.

• Tatiana (5/5): Very noisy - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel hosts weddings on its premises. We could put up with the loud music playing until midnight, but after that, they spent a couple of hours dismantling the stage, tables and decorations, which was very noisy. This should not be allowed late at night. I would not recommend staying at this hotel with small children.

• Melih T (10/5): - En sevdiğim otel ama her sene geldikçe sahada kötüye gittiğini görmek üzüyor! Hillside Su döneminden beri gelen biri olarak yazıyorum. O zamanlar Eren Talu’nun bembeyaz, minimal tasarımı; balkondaki daybed’ler; odalarda renk değiştiren ışıklar ve hatta resepsiyondan odaya getirilen canlı japon balığı gibi detaylar burayı ikon yapıyordu. Bugün ana hatlar duruyor ama bakım ve hizmet standardı bariz düşmüş. Zemin: Eski epoksi kaldırılmış, yerine konsepte uymayan parke gelmiş; bütünlük bozulmuş. Yatak: Çift kişilik yatak yerine iki tekli birleştirilmiş; gece açılıp araya düştüm, gerçekten rahatsız edici. Banyo: Duş yenilenmiş ama eskisine göre daha iyi değil; işçilik ve ergonomi zayıf, “bozulmuşluk” hissi veriyor. Oda donanımı: Eskiden odada maxi bar vardı; artık standart şeyler var mini bar gibi Bu oteli hâlâ seviyorum fakat ricam, tasarımın orijinal ruhuna ve kalite standardına yeniden sadakat. Zemin, yatak konfigürasyonu ve oda donanımı başta olmak üzere, küçük ama doğru dokunuşlarla eski “Hillside Su” hissi geri gelebilir. Kalbimde puanım 2000lerdeki yine 10/10, ama lütfen seneye geldiğimde memnun kalayım 🤣
