Due piani di scale per arrivare in una camera con vetro cemento e luce che entrava tutto il gg ! Purtroppo parlavano solo albanese Non erano disponibili al dialogo nemmeno in traduttore via messaggi whatsapp! Ho chiesto assitenza piu volte NEGATA

• Sandrine (5/5): Des nuits pas du tout reposantes - La situation La gentillesse du monsieur qui nous a reçu Les chambres propres et agréables Le « parking » consiste à une rue à sens unique, tout le monde s’y gare. Très difficile d’en sortir. Le « petit déjeuner » bien qu’ayant le mérite d’exister, reste très sommaire : 2 œufs au plat, trois morceaux de concombre et 2 morceaux de tomates avec un bout de fêta et des tranches de pain sans beurre ni confiture ou miel… Pas de café si on ne le demande pas, pas de jus de fruits non plus. Nous avons fait 4 hôtels lors de notre séjour et c’est le moins bon que nous avons eu. Clients bruyants et pas de volets ou stores occultants. Ici on se lève avec le soleil ! Environnement bruyant
• Amy (10/5): - A very lovely, comfortable room with good facilities. Free parking was provided and was only a 10 minute walk from the main square and areas of interest in Tirane. The host was very helpful in helping us find the vehicle access route and check in was easy and efficient. Breakfast was also served in the morning so we were ready for the next day of exploring the area.

Petit déjeuner réduit au minimum : aucun choix, aucune variété Lit non fait, pas de couerture , Draps troués , pas de de nettoyage de chambre le 2eme jour , douche pas pratique qui innonde toute la salle de bain . Lampe de chevet sans ampoule, la télé qui ne fonctionne pas ... Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !

• Catherine Elizabeth Angelique (1/5): - Jediná výhoda je poloha. Ubytovanie nezodpovedá štandardu 3 hviezdičkového hotela. Je to skôr ubytovňa ktorá sa tvári ako hotel. Majitelia mrzutý. Odchádzali sme skoro ráno a odmietli nám pripraviť ranajkový balíček. Pričom podľa recenzie jednej klientky im balíček pripravený bol. Ten pán čo tam vysedáva celé dni s otravným štekajúcim psom mohol zbehnuť a kúpiť aspoň croasanty a džúsy obchod bol cca 50m. Ďalej hygienické potreby šampón asi roky po záruke doslova nalepený vo flaške takže sme si museli kúpiť nový. Sprchovy záves nieje všetka voda vyteká von. Pleseň je jasne viditeľná v kútoch sprchy. Papuče majú byť jednorazové nie nejaké gumené šľapky čo malo na nohe xy ľudí. Na stenách a stolíku škvrny. V nočnej lampe nebola žiarovka. Ubytovanie neodporúčam.

Prenotazione fatta per possibilità di parcheggio privato è stato un disastro, per uscire bisognava fare spostare le auto parcheggiate dietro... Abbiamo dovuto fare noi il letto, nessuna pulizia in 3 notti ed ho dovuto chiedere la carta igienica... Bella camera, servizio scadente.

• Hayriya (8/5): - Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la place principale et du centre. Tous les sites touristiques sont facilement accessibles à pied. Le personnel est agréable, serviable et disponible. Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin et avons été très bien accueillis, sans aucun souci. Très bonne expérience. nous avons moins apprécié la douche : il manque un rideau ou une paroi, ce qui inonde rapidement la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très simple, sans boisson chaude (ni café ni thé).
• Yigit Cenk (5/5): - Odalar yeni ve temizdi. Konumu iyi otelin 10 dk merkeze. Odalar klimalı ve pekte iyi çalışmasa da mini buzdolabı var. Geniş balkonlu bir oda seçmiştim. Otelin girişinde geniş bir veranda var kahvaltılar orada yapılıyor. Orada yaşlı bir amca var 24 saat oturuyor sanırım orda sigara ve kahve içiyor :) Kahvaltı denilen şey çok yetersiz vermeseniz daha iyi. Serçe parmağımın yarısı kadar beyaz peynir verdiler. Kahve de gelmedi istemek zorunda kaldım o da ufacık bir fincanın yarısı geldi. 2 yudum! İşletmede İngilizce bilen birisini bulmak çok zor resepsiyonda sabit durmuyor kimse sanırım aile işletmesi çoğu İngilizce bilmiyor ve büyük sıkıntı yaşadım. Odadaki buzdolabı da pek iyi çalışmıyor.

• Stergios (1/5): Απαράδεκτο!!!! - Είχα κάνει κράτηση 2 δωμάτια μόλις έφθασα στο κατάλυμα μου είπαν οτι δεν υπάρχουν δωμάτια διαθέσιμα. Ο κύριος που μιλούσα στο κατάλυμα σαν να μην έγινε τίποτα μου είπε να ψάξω να βρω αλλά δωμάτια σε άλλο κατάλυμα . Δεν το συνιστώ!!!!!

• Suparna (9/5): Central location, helpful hotel staff and a lovely room. I highly recommend! - The owner and his mother were so helpful. We purchased the wrong charger for our trip and they let us borrow one of theirs for the trip. The room and bathroom were large and the beds were comfortable. We requested extra towels as we left the hotel one day and they waited until we returned and gave us some straight away. I also liked the decor of the room. No complaints about our stay.

L ' ultimo giorno ci hanno fatto trovare una colazione al sacco visto che partivamo prima dell'orario della colazione.Il prezzo mi è sembrato adeguato. Da migliorare qualche servizio. Magari introdurre il buffet invece della colazione servita. Consiglio una maggiore cura per gli arredi nelle camere e manutenzione.

• Anna (6/5): Ve finále ubytování 6/10 - Pokoj prostorný a čistý Snídaně velice skromná, personál neutrální až nepřijemný - kouření jedné cigarety za druhou během snídaně, problém s wifi pripojenim - personál měl sám problem se na wifi dostat, VELKÁ ZIMA v pokoji, bez topení, po nastavení klimatizace na 30 stupňů došlo k ohřátí pokoje po cca 6 hodinách.

Breakfast which was included in the price was a tragedy, I had to ask.
• malcolm johnathan grech (1/5): - the breakfast was horribile, just one piece of crossiant, one cup of coffee, if you ask for another one they charge you money, and some water, this is not the kind of breakfast that a three star hotel should offer during our 4 day stay, they never cleaned our room, we had to do it, no shower curtain, so whenever you take a shower the water floods the entire room, no elevator so we had to come up and down two storeys of stairs with luggages, plus the supposdely breakfast area, the employees were smoking in it, so cigarettes fumes were coming up into our rooms, not worth the visit and stay, its a total rip off, when we paid they didnt even give us the receipt
• malcolm johnathan grech (2/5): - there was nothing to like about it this is not a a three star hotel, breakfast was very poor, juat a piece of crossiant, one cup of coffee and thats it, its not like what they show on pics ob booking ,com site,there aws no lift and we had to go two storeys of stairs with luggages, they never cleaned our room, in our 4 day stay, we had to clean it by ourselves, bathroom was a disaster, no curtain shower, so all the time you take a shower the room is flodded with water,plus the so called breakfast area, it smells of cigarettes beacause employees smoke in there, therefore all the smoke comes up to the rooms upstairs, this hotel is badly advertised in here.

• Angelina (4/5): - Η τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία. Η κράτηση ήταν για δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι.Το δωμάτιο είχε ένα παράθυρο που έβλεπε στο εσωτερικό του 1ου ορόφου. Η χρέωση έγινε για δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι.Χωρίς ασανσέρ: κάποιος με πολλές αποσκευές ή κινητικό πρόβλημα θα δυσκολευτεί. Το κλιματιστικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα θορυβώδες. Πλαστικές σαγιονάρες αντί για παντόφλες.Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα να πλημμυρίζει. Το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν στρωμένο. Στην ντουλάπα υπήρχε ένα πάπλωμα με παπλωματοθήκη το οποίο χρησιμοποίησα. Το πρωινό σερβιριζόταν 8-10 π.μ. Στη ρεσεψιόν στις 8:10 δεν υπήρχε κανείς, οπότε έφυγα. Η βαθμολογία 7,4 στην οποία στηρίχτηκα, δεν θεωρώ ότι ανταποκρίνεται στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

• Stecher (5/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren absolut in Ordnung. Leider waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Das gesamte Hotel wurde nicht beheizt. Trotz der zur Verfügung gestellten Heizstrahler war es sehr, sehr kalt. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt eher unangenehm. Schade! Generell kann das Hotel aber mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfohlen werden!

• Lorenzo Natali (8/5): super carino, comodo, silenzioso a due passi dal centro - senza infamia e senza lode, avevo bisogno di un alloggio per la prima notte che non fosse distantissimo dal centro e che non costasse troppo e la mia scelta è caduta su questa struttura. accoglienza ottima, facile da trovare (non è sulla via principale ma nella vietta secondaria, facile da trovare) comodo, stanza e doccia grandi. la colazione era solo dalle 8 senza possibilità di avere un succo e un dolcetto in busta visto che la mia partenza il giorno dopo è stata alle 6. balcone grande. .

• fernando (9/5): Pieza amplia , cómoda y bien ubicada - Pieza amplia , buena disposición del personal que trabaja ahí, me gustó el desayuno y está muy bien ubicado Poco espacio para estacionar , pero amablemente te ayudan para solucionar (tuvieron que mover un par de autos para que yo estacionase)
