Margaret (5/5): We would be reluctant to stay in a Riu hotel again. - Comfortable room. We ended up paying twice for our room. There appeared to be an issue between Booking.com and this hotel. This occurred for BOTH our stays. It was extremely disappointing and actually embarrassing that the blame for this was attributed to the guest rather than the hotel’s administrators. Front of house staff were not interested in solving this and appeared to have little interest in making the guest comfortable. I took us over a week to get our money returned and this meant us making regular contact with the staff over the counter and through email.

Betül (10/5): Tavsiye ederim. - Tesis merkezi bir yerde olmasına rağmen konum olarak sessiz sakin bir bölgedeydi. İlk gün küçük bir sorun yaşadık ama çalışanlar büyük bir ciddiyet ve nezaketle çözdüler. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Londra çok geldim ama bu otelde ilk kez kalıyorum. Çok beğendim.

Carolyn (8/5): Good hotel stay - The hotel location was good. The building itself was nice. Room size was not so big but enough for a few days. Modern and clean bathroom facilities. Free filtered water was a nice touch. No elaborate kitchenette or microwave. No restaurant within the facility.

Yorumlarda temizlikle ilgili şikayetler görmüştük, ancak biz herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Oda biraz ufak ama giyinme dolabı büyük ve kulmanışlı o yüzden büyük bir sorun yaratmıyor.

De Schepper (6/5): Heel doorsnee voor veel geld - Dicht bij Westminster maar toch rustig in de buurt. Kamer zelf ok. Ontbijt kon veel beter voor de prijs die je betaalt. Veel dingen niet vers of goedkope versie. Directe buurt niet echt uitnodigend. Smalle gangen. Kamer in orde maar wel bizar en niet handig dat je meteen in de badkamer uit komt als je de hotelkamer binnen komt en daar door moet om naar de bedden te gaan. Voor ons te onpersoonlijk en te veel geld voor wat je krijgt.

clive (3/5): Nothing to recommend this hotel apart from the location - This is a good location for most of the main attractions in central London For what was offered this was very expensive. I upgraded the room as this was an important trip. The room was tiny, with a bizarre layout - for some reason you walk into the room through the bathroom to get to the bedroom and there was no separation beetween the two, so no privacy at all, we ended up using the lobby bathroom, 13 floors down. We booked a double aspect corner room with a view of the river; yes you could see the river, but there was a building blocking most of the view. Lord knows how small a standard room would be, but you could only just walk round the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was tasteless, facilities limited. The Bar was also very utilitarian, that looked more like a train station cafe (and not a cute one). Apart from the location, there is nothing to recommend this hotel. Very much 'Style over Substance'.

Chantal (10/5): Perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Westminster - Das Hotel hat eine super tolle Lage. Es ist lediglich 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Big Ben entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Bett ist bequem, es gibt genug Platz im Schrank um die Koffer zu verstauen. Das Waschbecken ist direkt im Eingangsbereich, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat - der Platz wurde einfach gut genutzt. Es gab sogar ein Nachtlicht im Zimmer, was wir super fanden. Die Dusche ist groß und die Toilette separat. Alles in allem ein tolles Zimmer und eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Gefallen hat uns, dass jeder einen Tisch zugeteilt bekommen hat. Ebenso gab es eine große Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen, Müsli und allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir persönlich waren nicht betroffen, aber ich möchte hervorheben, dass das Hotel auch für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen zb mit Rollstuhl gut geeignet ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders toll fand ich auch den Wasserspender auf dem Flur, wo man sich kostenlos Wasser nehmen konnte. Wir waren begeistert! Eine winzige Sache, die uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war der Geruch des Abflusses in der Dusche. Da könnte man eventuell dran arbeiten. Aber es war nichts, weswegen wir uns unwohl gefühlt haben.

Bruno (8/5): - The hotel location was key to the trip, great location near Pimlico and Westminster, could also walk from major sightseeing places and landmarks. The breakfast was good, a lot of options, but after some days it became a bit repetitive as they didn't had any other options between days. We had to contact staff because our shower gel was not being refilled on room cleanings. Also, the cleanings were mostly changing towels and organizing the bed, but no sheet was changed in the 1 week period we were staying. On a specific day, someone from the staff left a dirty wet pillow case on the armchair, on top of our clothes, which I reported to the staff but they didn't seem to care enough. The person who I got to, barely listened, as I had to repeat the same requests to the one who came to our room door.
