- Bajzik (8/5): - A szoba mérete pont megfelelő volt. érkezésünkkor a szoba nem volt jól kiporszívózva. A különálló piros ágy is szöszös volt. Az ablak párkány belül nagyon piszkos. Alig volt víznyomás esténként. Minden nap. Alig lehetett letusolni. Nagyon sokára jött melegvíz,az is csordogálva. A takarító elvitte a szobakártyát az ajtó melletti tartóból. Amit pót kártyát kaptunk, az ajtót nem nyitotta.

I had originally requested one large double bed, my request was confirmed, but instead I got two separate ones. On the day of my departure, starting from 9 a.m., the housekeeping staff entered my room three times without knocking, using their key. It was really unsettling

- Lamin (3/5): Dissatisfaction - Clean and quiet at night … Poor service and communication between guest and receptionist.. requested double bed kingsize or topper incase of 2 small beds attached , it was confirmed but then i still had to be waiting for housekeeping to come fix that while i was tired and want to rest , and thats the second and third time same experience.. but i still come back because i like the hotel location expecting better service but still same issues .. then i will pay for breakfast and parking but it was not in the system when i arrived for breakfast in the morning, i had invoice with paid breakfast and parking but the receptionist didn’t put in system so i had to go back to room the bring copy of invoice.. really disappointing after coming to hotel duo many time i had to say something this time 😏

- Alena (9/5): - Požádala jsem o oddělené postele a hotel tento požadavek odsouhlasil. Byly jsme ale s kamarádkou ubytované v pokoji s manželskou postelí bez možnosti postele oddělit.
- Branka (6/5): Tolle U-Bahn-Anbindung, aber der Rest ist reine Wellness-Abzocke und Enttäuschung. - Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station, sodass wir zu Fuß nur 2 bis 3 Minuten bis dorthin gebraucht haben. Von dort aus gab es eine schnelle und direkte Verbindung mitten ins Prager Zentrum. Die Wellness-Abzocke: Wir haben uns dieses Hotel extra ausgesucht, weil es als „Wellnesshotel“ deklariert ist. Die Realität war jedoch eine absolute Enttäuschung und reine Geldschneiderei. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Man muss dafür extra bezahlen – und das sogar im Stundentakt! Diese Extrakosten sind bei der Buchung so gut versteckt, dass man sie nirgendwo sieht; es gibt keinen klaren Hinweis darauf, dass Wellness nicht inkludiert ist. Ich bin mir sicher, dass sich darüber jeder Gast ärgert. Bademäntel und Handtücher bekommt man logischerweise auch erst, wenn man diese Extragebühr bezahlt hat. • Armseliger Wellnessbereich: Für das Geld, das man extra zahlen muss, wird kaum etwas geboten. Die Ausstattung ist extrem dürftig: Es gibt lediglich eine 90-Grad-Finnsauna, ein Dampfbad und einen Pool. Dafür noch extra zu kassieren, ist absolut nicht in Ordnung. • Zimmer und Frühstück: Die Zimmerausstattung ist absoluter Standard, nichts Besonderes. Auch das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes und bot nur Standard-Sachen. • Atmosphäre und Service: Im Hotel herrschte ein riesiger Lärm, weil es überall völlig überlaufen war. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service: Das Personal war extrem unhöflich, kein einziger Mitarbeiter hat uns mal gegrüßt. Das Ganze wirkte auf uns total unpersönlich und unmenschlich.

- Andreas aus Neu-Isenburg (9/5): - Frühstück mega gut. U-Bahn-Station ganz in der Nähe (ca. 3 - 5 Minuten zu Fuß) Riesen-Hotel-Komplex, an der Lobby ist immer viel los. Orientierung war nicht so einfach.

- Palo (4/5): This was dissapointment - not terrible, but I was expecting more. - Hotel staff was nice, but that it is - not much else to praise. Location of the hotel is ok, but it is nowhere near Prague center - 15 minutes by car - around midnight maybe. During daytime it will be more like 25-35 minutes, reaching 45 in peak hours. Parking is a scam: +20 EUR per night for non-guarded lot is too much. Plus you do not get this info during reservation. Hotel is not that clean - it is not dirty, but not top notch clean. Breakfast is ok, normal, nothing special - breakfast room is very crowded and you will have a hard time looking for an empty spot to sit. Room amenities are minimal - no fridge, no usual bath utensils. Wellness is bad - steam bath reeks of mold. Room was too cold - heating was off, without option to turn it on. This is not a 4* hotel - it is more like a cheap tourist hotel, but with not that cheap price. Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel for any serious stay in Prague in this price range - you can have much more for the same money.

- Gabriele (9/5): - Wie immer gutes Frühstück Nachts teils extrem laut durch Jugendgruppen ausser Kontrolle. Türenschlagen, Gebrüll, laufen am Gang bis nach Mitternacht.

- Ścigacz (5/5): Rozczarowanie - Na plus śniadania i obsługa hotelu Na miejscu okazało że basen jest płatny dodatkowo - od godziny, a kręgielnia na full wiec nie mogliśmy skorzystać. Restauracja hotelowa, nas nie zachwyciła smakiem.
