Daniela (5/5): - Personalul foarte amabil. Nu mi-a plăcut deloc curățenia din cameră...Noi avem si un bebelus, iar pentru el nu a fost tocmai ok pt că punea mânuțele peste tot. Am avut si igrasie in baie, iar in 3 zile nu a fost nimeni să facă curatenie.

Tinatin (10/5): - Host was amazing, he helped us with heavy suitcases and also gave us very useful instructions on transport. Location is simply amazing, very close to the Sultan Ahmet and all the restaurants that tourists might like, but the hotel itself is in the cozy little street free from all noise. The room was small but clean. Shower and internet were very good.

Iryna (8/5): Очень приятные люди, благодаря которым хочется вернуться в этот отель. - На самом деле по соотношению цена/качество можно было бы поставить и 10, если бы не одно «но». Отель расположен близко к достопримечательностям. Комната, хоть и небольшая, но уютная. Кровати удобные. Полотенца меняют ежедневно. Персонал очень приятный. Всегда быстро реагируют на вопросы, помогают во всем. Единственное «но» о котором я писала раньше - это плесень, обнаруженная нами в комнате за занавеской. Надеюсь, персонал просто не заметил этого. Иначе, не могу понять, почему не обработали ее соответствующим соедством.

La habitación estaba a la punta arriba del todo. Hacia demasiado frío, aunque pusieramos el aire acondicionado caliente la habitacion no se calentó en toda la noche, y la cama que habia debajo del aire se asfixixaba del calor porque solo daba ahí de manera directa.

Marta (7/5): A simple, quiet stay with friendly staff and good location, but payment arrangements could have been clearer. - It is a simple but convenient hotel located on a quiet street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not speak English, but communication was efficient using Google Translate. One drawback was that the owner asked me to pay in cash, which was uncomfortable given that the booking was made through Booking.com. It gave the impression that this was intended to bypass platform commissions.

Muhamad Husni (8/5): A good place to stay for short term with the good price. - The staffs (a guy and Larissa) are good, friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to the main attraction in Sultanahmet but the road is quite hilly and bumpy. If you come by public transport and carry a lot of big luggages, it is a bit difficult and feels far. Either you bring less stuff or get taxi to reach the hotel to make it easier. Although the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area but the small road makes it busy at times when there are a lot of vehicles passing by and maintenance work is being done. There was no lift / elevator to go to the rooms from lobby since it's a small and cute building. If you come along with big and heavy luggages, so difficult to get up to your room.

Omar (1/5): Mon séjour a été un véritable cauchemar : hôtel insalubre, inconfortable et mal géré, qui a complètement gâché mes vacan - La localisation ⸻ J’ai réservé cet hôtel en me fiant aux avis, mais j’ai été très déçue à mon arrivée. L’établissement manque clairement d’entretien : propreté insuffisante, mobilier abîmé, fils électriques apparents dans la salle de bain, matelas usé et lit inconfortable. L’insonorisation est inexistante, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. L’isolation est aussi problématique : la chambre était froide et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. À mon arrivée, ma chambre n’était pas disponible en raison d’un surbooking. Avec des enfants, j’ai dû accepter une chambre beaucoup plus petite, inadaptée à notre famille. Ma fille a même dû dormir par terre. Malgré mes démarches auprès de Booking dès le premier jour, je n’ai reçu aucune solution de relogement ni de compensation. Le propriétaire, qui avait promis un dédommagement, ne donne plus de nouvelles. Enfin, au moment du départ, on m’a clairement suggéré de laisser une note maximale sur Booking, ce que je trouve déplacé. Seul point positif : la localisation. Pour le reste, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.
Laras (7/5): Nice location and view, but beware for the stairs - The host, Ahmet, is such a warm and friendly person. He is fast respond and he communicate well (even though using translation). The hotel is so close to Sultan Ahmet mosque and Hagia Sofia, just walk for 10-15 minutes. The room is on the highest floor (4th floor from the ground) without elevator. It was a huge set back since we are families with elderly. But, still the room's view and amenities are something worth the money. It has huge space and windows with direct view to the sea and Sultan Ahmet mosque. It has stove and microwave...with kitchen amenities if we want to cook your own. The bed s are comfy and it also has refrigerator. The nearest train station is Cankurtaran. We can basically go anywehere from there. - The freezer in refrigerator was melting down on our first night and waer flooded a little near the sink and bed. One of our bag was the victim. - The hot water seems take a longer time to settle. I took a cold shower once since the hot water did not came out. - The stairs was narrow and it will be difficult to bring heavy luggage to the highest floor with this situation - The room seems quite old and need refurbishment

Завдяки персоналу, зокрема Ларисі, номера чисті, білизна свіжа, цукор та чай завжди є у наявності. Паркувальні місця лише біля стін готелю. Мало паркувальних місць, вузькі під'їзні дороги.
Calin (7/5): Overall decent but we had a personal bad experience - The place was very well positioned, at 10 minutes walk from Sultanahmet. The cleaning was good, towells were changed daily and also the room was cleaned daily. Parking was decent. The staff did not speak English (or French, or other common international foreign language). The roof was relatively small upon entering. There was no elevator. The room was relatively small and felt a little crowded. Initially, two of the towels were not clean, so we asked to change them, which they did. The bathroom furniture was old and visibly used, and the WC broke during our visit. We couldn't flash directly; we had to fill a bucket and use it, and soon enough, the shower also failed due to the water pressure, and we were left with just a cord. All this for two days. We did not receive any compensation for this and did not get another room or the WC fixed.
Marius (8/5): A fost destul de bine ! - Aproape de punctele turistice ! E cam neplăcut să urci cu bagajele scara îngustă ! Puțin cam înghesuit în cameră, dar una peste alta a fost bine !

Aggarwal (10/5): Welcoming Warm Cozy room. - Room was neat and welcoming with towels folded in swan figures. Toiletries, hair dryer, towels, electric kettle and tea coffee pouches were all in place. Hot water in bathroom was available. Windows had good view . Air conditioner working well. Furnishings clean. Laundry facilities available ( payable separately). Wi-fi worked fine. As we reached a little early, they let us check in 2hours early, as soon as the room was available. They were kind enough to store our luggage for 5 days as we went to visit another city. Kindly note, It's not a wheelchair accessible place. Entrance has steps down and rooms also require climbing to various floors.

elisabetta (10/5): - Questo hotel è più di un semplice hotel. È famiglia. Il proprietario, suo figlio e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati sempre gentilissimi e mi han fatta sentire a casa e al sicuro sin dal primo giorno. Ahmet il proprietario mi ha fatto anche fare un giro turistico per le vie del centro ed è stato sempre di grande aiuto, per qualsiasi cosa, a qualsiasi ora. Ho alloggiato per un mese qui con la mia gattina e non ho mai avuto problemi. L'hotel è pulito e confortevole. La zona è centrale e si raggiunge piazza Sultanahmet in pochi minuti a piedi.
Miriam (9/5): Clean + conveniently located + friendly staff = value for money. - Absolutely friendly staff at reception. He made us feel welcome despite our delayed payment due to the bank system being down for a day or so. A big thanks to Larissa too, who cleans the rooms and kindly helped us at check-out Nothing.

Sharifah Fara (5/5): Not suitable for family stay - Nothing worth to mention.... A little below average to be honest. Suitable for bagpacker looking for a place to crash on. The staff, I believe his name is Omar. Unfriendly, and unhelpful at all. We came with family of 9, with all big suitcase and everything, but he did not even offer to help bring some of our bag but busy scrolling his phone. No elevator and steep stairs. Dangerous to bring luggage up. No friendly communication with staff. And the location not strategic, hardly to access as we use big transport. We need to walk around 10mins through the hilly and rocky roads.

A szoba tisztasága.A szoba elfoglalására 3 órát vártunk és még így sem végzett a takarítónő,mert telefonozott és kávézott a szobánkban-így a munkája nem haladt.

Ayaz (10/5): - Fantastic place to stay as it’s close to all the major tourist attractions. Good communication with the owners before arrival. Friendly owner who’s always willing to give advice. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels given. Will definitely stay there again when next in Istanbul. Thanks to Ahmet and his son for looking after us.

Islom (10/5): Overall: very good, we liked the hotel. - The best location as it is close to all touristic attractions. I also liked the owner of hotel, Ahmet, he is not only friendly but very helpful to guide you through Istanbul.
Aitana (8/5): Good value for money, great location - Really well located hotel, and good value for money. The manager Ahmet was lovely and gave us some good recommendations. We had an issue with the hotel we had originally booked so we booked this stay very last minute, the manager met us at nearly midnight to accommodate us. On our last morning, the cleaner came into our room at 9:30am (check out was at 11) without knocking. Wifi was a bit slow sometimes.
