- Camper28903783435 (8/5): Great room with balcony in central Napless - Very spacious room with lovely high ceilings and balcony with great views. Air con system very efficient and quiet. Room cleaned by lovely lady who was very helpful when we first arrived. Bath, shower and plenty of hot water/fresh towels. A very comfortable stay overall. The French bed is very comfortable and spacious. The only issue is to be aware that check in closes at 9pm.
- carolsW8476SF (2/5): Total Scam keep Clear - Nothing but a scam, rude staff, rooms not even at the same location we booked and our party were not in the same building, dodgy area. Little short of theives.
- walesdutchy (2/5): SCAMMERS!!!! - Disgusting! We booked this hotel for the location but faking out before that the location is not the one stated and the lifts are broken a lot. This would not be an option for my partner as he 66 is not great with stairs we tried to contact them to ask about this but never got a response. When we found out about the 200€ that and cleaning costs we realised this is a scam place and not worth going to. Please don’t book this palace if y like to keep sane and enjoy your holiday and hard earned money. These people like to take al your money of you and be rude in the process. If you think it’s cheap: ITS NOT! They create extra costs just to make it more expensive.
- Gregory (2/5): - I booked a hotel room and then I walked from the ferry terminal and when I got to the hotel room at 8:30 p.m. there was no one there to greet me even though the booking went through at 8:00 p.m. I didn't get an email or any notification from the hotel saying that they would be closed when I made my booking. This was a horrible experience for me walking through the streets in Naples alone solo and no one was there from the hotel, no lights were on, no one knew where the hotel was even though I mapped it to the location
- edenw112 (2/5): DO NOT BOOK, dirty hotel with poor facilities - Our experience at this “hotel” was poor from the start. To start our trip you are directed to an apparent block in the old town, however you have to walk 15/20 minutes from there to the companies office where you are greeted by rude and unprofessional staff. You are not greeted or welcomed merely ushered to the front and immediately told to give them more money (€200 to be exact) I have never witnessed this in a hotel before, from there the unprofessional looking and rude staff then give you a long list of instructions and make it very complicated to get to your hotel. Again another 15/20 minute walk back to your actual “hotel”. Now the hotel room itself was situated in a very good location (the only redeeming factor). As soon as you enter the room you are greeted by a stench of sewage which covers the whole room ‘not a great start’ the room itself is small, cramped and lacks basic facilities. The room and bathroom does not get cleaned daily and towels and bedding are not changed (what the cleaner actually does is anybody’s guess). Not to mention there is an ant infestation which led me and my partner to be covered in bites daily. The shower is also coated in black mould. To summarise this “hotel” is barely worth 2 stars; and how it is graded 4 stars is completely beyond me. I would urgently recommend management look into this and it is simply unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!
- Nizar (2/5): Fraudulent non hotel listing - This is not a real hotel with 24 hour staff front desk check in with English speaking staff This is just some amateur person with rooms pretending to be a hotel not disclosing what they are until check in day when an international traveler is ambushed
- Bilby06 (2/5): Worst hotel I've stayed in. - Do not stay here. Charged an extra 200 euro deposit on arrival, which is not stated anywhere prior to booking and I am fighting to get it back like others. They also took another 110 euros tax off me instead of the 85 advertised on my hotel voucher. I don't know what the extra charges where as none of them good speak English and where rude to tourists. Located in a scary neighbourhood over looking a square where obviously the local alcoholics hang about. So very intimidating especially if your walking about yourself at night. Always someone out there shouting and swearing. The room was a good size but the commonal area was a mess. They're deposit process alone process was dodgy as they are supposed to only to keep a wee after the trip and instantly give it back to you not months afterwards. I wish I had read reviews before hand before booking but lesson learned. I hope noone else does the same mistake.

Non è possibile avere contatti con la struttura, che fa capo a CLA.PA Group srl, perché al numero telefonico riportato sul sito non risponde mai nessuno. Inoltre, e questa è la cosa più grave, su Expedia il costo di due camere per una notte era di 148 euro circa, mentre, al momento del check in on line, ho dovuto pagare ulteriori 150 euro circa oltre a una cauzione di 400 euro (200 euro a camera) che mi restituiranno solo fra 30 giorni!!!! Inoltre non sono chiari neanche su dove si trova la struttura essendo un albergo diffuso. La mia era in una pessima zona napoletana vicino alla stazione, ma in fase di prenotazione non era chiaro dove fosse la location. QUESTA È UNA VERA TRUFFA! FATE ATTENZIONE E NON PRENOTATE LE DIVERSE STRUTTURE CHE FANNO CAPO A QUESTA ORGANIZZAZIONE. DOVREBBERO ESSERE ALBERGHI DIFFUSI MA DI HOTEL/B&B NON HANNO ASSOLUTAMENTE NULLA!!!! Successivamente darò informazioni sulla restituzione dei 400 euro di cauzione
- Ali (2/5): - DO NOT BOOK! SCAM! The property owners are scammers. They ask you to check in online and leave you passport copy and credit card details on an unsafe website. Additionally, the code they send you to initaite the self check-in process was not working. When you attempt to call the property no one answers your call claiming that their operating the front desk from 9 to 4pm. When you arrive at the property, the area is unsafe, the front door of the building is unlightened and dark, and there is no front desk! There will be some people who might be assigned by them to pretend to help you to find the property. They opened the door for us and took the elevator so that we can follow them. But following a stranger into the dark at night felt unsafe, specially that we had all our valuables with us.
- Jenna (2/5): Horrible service. Don’t stay here, save your money - The room was clean, spacious, had a patio, large shower/shower head, and was renovated modern. Location is near a lot of restaurant options. The bed was not very comfortable and there were no bed covers. Just a sheet over the mattress which is not very sanitary. The sheets kept sliding down so we would be sleeping on the actual mattress. I could see previous guests hair left behind. It was really gross. However, when booking this hotel the location is listed near the port. Read the fine print because the it is not near the port. It is about a 15 minute walk from the port. We arranged a shuttle through the hotel to bring us to our hotel… Big mistake! Instead the shuttle brought us to their front counter which we didn’t realize was a 15 min walk from where we were staying. They then refused to drive us to our rooms after we paid them for the shuttle service. I explained our bags were heavy and my foot was injured and this is why we paid for a shuttle to our hotel.. so we didn’t have to walk. They didn’t care and told us to walk or pay for our own cab. Lastly the photos are deceiving. We thought we were paying extra to stay in a nice hotel but it was really just a room in a sketchy alley and apartment. Would not recommend staying here.

So the location of the room doesn't correspond to reality, plus they block your deposit for the 14/30 day for no reason!? not even a rental agency does it... you pay €80 for the room and they block you €200... what can I say!?

- mph60 (2/5): BEWARE of Clapa Group Naples - BEWARE : They take a 200 Euro deposit. A nosebleed ruined the pillow. The mattress, we checked and took photo was PERFECTLY clean. Now they claim the full 200 Euro and tell lies. A pillow costs max 20 Euros. A total rip off. Second issue: they changed the locking system from keys to codes without advising the customers. Two got locked out, had to call the police, kept us all awake until 3 am. Same for us the next day. Very unprofessional.

- sherif (6/5): Attention aux détails!! - Il faut bien lire les conditions, nous sommes arrivés a l'adresse de l'hôtel sauf qu'il faut ensuite aller récupérer les clefs a la reception qui se trouve a 15 minutes a pieds de l'hôtel, avec des bagages c'était super comme balade😡!! J'ai appelé la réception pour demander si il etait possible qu on nous ramene les clefs devant l'hôtel, on m'a repondu que c'était absolument impossible pourtant quand on arrive a la reception on tombe sur 4 personnes qui n'ont pas l'air si occupé que ça, pour ne pas dire qu elles ne font pas grand chose! De plus, le ménage est facturé en supplément et le check out se fait a l heure pile, ne comptez pas dépasser 10h!!!
- Alain (2/5): Awful, hidden costs - This place has few hidden SCAMS. Firstly, at your arrival you will be asked for €10 exit cleaning fee!! Something I have never heard of, have you? Secondly, the room is 15 mins walk up hills from the reception. Be aware if you an elderly or got bags or if it’s late at night. The name on the booking does not match the hotel name so you will be walking around like a fool trying to find the reception Check out by 10am! This is not an hotel really as it has less comfort than an Airbnb
- rosanne5h (8/5): Lovely hotel, would recommend - We stayed at HG boutique hotel Toledo with 2 persons in the end of June 2022. The check in went smooth and was at a separate reception location, about 10 min walk from the actual hotel. They offered to bring us to the hotel by car, but we chose to walk. The hotel was located in the middle of the city centre, which was very nice! The room was clean, with a nice big bathroom and balcony overlooking the centre. Check out was very easy, as we only had to leave the keys in a basket. Overall we were very happy with the experience staying at HG boutique hotel Toledo!

- emilymR6013HJ (10/5): Fabulous hotel and fabulous experience - I am SO impressed with this hotel - everything was so easy. I was able to WhatsApp reception before and during with any enquiries. The room itself was stunning - very clean and beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was strong enough for Netflix. There was also a balcony which was a nice bonus. Checkout was so easy too. All you had to do was leave the keys in a basket outside your room. This hotel is such a steal as it is so amazingly priced. I can’t recommend it enough.

- Ellison (6/5): interesting Experience but OK Overall - I want to preface this entire review by saying that overall, the stay was good and I couldn’t complain about the super cheap price. I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early departure from Naples. I booked it due to the low price and proximity to the metro. When I arrived to check in, reception was very nice and staff were very kind and helpful. Maybe I didn’t read all the details of the property in advance, but I had to pay a $5 cleaning fee (no big deal) but I found it weird that this wasn’t included in the price - doesn’t every room need cleaned? Then they asked for a credit card to put on file for a $200 retainer fee in case of damages - super weird to me when the cost of the booking was under $30. The next surprise came when I was walked outside to a hotel van for them to transfer me to the actual place I’d be staying. In the car I was handed 6 keys (yes- that’s right 6 separate keys to access the room). It was a bit of a headache to be dropped off on a random street with directions to the door you needed to enter and 6 keys to find your way. The location was fine - on a super busy local walking & shopping street. The “hotel” was a hallway of rooms. My room was clean and comfortable, and a good option for a short stay, however walls were paper thin and I could hear other guests talk, listen to music, etc. easily without trying and with a closed door. I feel that all the trouble was worth it due to the cheap price, but it was not a relaxed or chill process.
