- Venditti (1/5): Schifo schifo schifo - Niente, infatti come sono entrato sono uscito e ho dovuto prendere un altro hotel e tra l'altro avevo prenotato una camera e mi ha dato tutt'altro, era sporchissimo puzzava bel frigorifero c'erano cose da mangiare con la muffa tutto sporco e non so come una struttura del genere sia ancora su una piattaforma come booking, non lo augurerei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico di alloggiare in una struttura del genere e non so come sia possibile che non siano mai andati dei controlli. Invito booking a rimuovere questo truffatore dalla piattaforma Niente, infatti come sono entrato sono uscito e ho dovuto prendere un altro hotel e tra l'altro avevo prenotato una camera e mi ha dato tutt'altro, era sporchissimo puzzava bel frigorifero c'erano cose da mangiare con la muffa tutto sporco e non so come una struttura del genere sia ancora su una piattaforma come booking, non lo augurerei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico di alloggiare in una struttura del genere e non so come sia possibile che non siano mai andati dei controlli. - Riccardo (1/5): peggio che dormire per strada - era relativamente vicino all’ultima fermata del tram luogo poco raccomandabile. non è un appartamento ma una stanza da letto, bagno e cucina sono condivisi con i proprietari; il pavimento era talmente sporco che era appiccicoso e infangato, il letto non è stato pulito, la cucina era inutilizzabile, il bagno faceva ribrezzo e l’acqua puzzava, si sentiva tutto e il cane presente nella struttura era molto aggressivo, i proprietari sono stati poco ospitali e maleducati

Déjà il faut s’quitter de la taxe de séjour en ligne via un numéro sur whattshapp. Logement insalubre sale sans papier toilettes ni eau chaude. Une chambre pourrie où il fait froid, pas de draps propres mais des draps qui sentaient la cigarettes. Lits inconfortables. Sale très sale dans la salle de bain où on a pas pu prendre de douche ( pas d’eau chaude et douche qui fuit) et dans la chambre. Habitants irrespectueux qui faisaient énormément de bruits et ont invités des gens jusqu’à 3h du matin. Musiques et hurlements. Insécurité au maximum. Nous avions réservés pour deux nuits nous sommes repartis tôt le lendemain dès la première nuit.

The covers are visibly dirty,the neighbours were loud and since there is a window for some reason between rooms you can hear everything.

Me quedé con mi abuelita una persona bastante mayor, Salí con alergias, no descansamos nada ya que la huésped de alado hizo ruido toda la noche, mucho frío porque el cristal de las puertas a una terraza estaba roto, la terraza en hiper mal estado, no había sino 1 sola conexión de electricidad, no funcionaba la ducha de agua caliente lo que para mi abuelita en especial fue hiper hiper terrible bañarse con agua súper fría, aparte se me apagó la luz de la habitación y no regresó más, supongo que porque se quemó el foco, fue una noche muy incómoda la verdad, sin antes mencionar que no conocí nunca al anfitrión…

- Edward (7/5): I had a great time especially as I returned daily from Roma without expectation but just to sleep - I found it strategically located close to rental cars like Europcar and IDrive. Lidl supermarket was well within a walking distance and helped a lot then of course the metro was just right a few minutes away. The drains in the bathroom, the hot water was slow, the ventilation can be better with redesigned window, a fresh wardrobe cabinet should be returned.

Sono stato aggredito insultato e minacciato al telefono dall’host, che mi ha chiamato ‘cogl*one’, mi ha accusato di non voler pagare la tassa di soggiorno (???) e mi ha detto con tono minaccioso che poi avremmo parlato da vicino. Sono stato costretto a lasciare l’alloggio per motivi di sicurezza. Ho dovuto prenotare altrove. Ho segnalato l’accaduto all’assistenza clienti di Booking e sono ancora in attesa del rimborso dei miei soldi. Ho girato il mondo e non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere. We complained for not having hot water for days its so stupid. That people was not even interested to check. Special thing is they give us keys but the door isn’t even locking

- Ganesh (1/5): IMPORTANT, URGENT ACTION REQUIRED! - There is nothing to like about this place, the only positive for me is that it was near to my workplace. I stayed here for 10 days and this place is an absolute scam, the house was nothing like in the pictures. The house was not clean, the bathroom was not clean at all and there were dirty clothes hanging all around(and even the towel they gave was very dirty). The kitchen and the vessels were all sticky and oily and not at all usable. Although there were signs of no smoking in the house, All the people in the house were smoking cigarettes and weed inside the house. The housemates were very loud and especially at night it was really hard to sleep(and they were not some random guests, i managed to speak with one of them and he said that they were living here for two years so they are people permanently living there). And worst of all they stole my perfume, when i was asking it to the person responsible for the b&b, he just doesn't reply to me any more. I really don't want anyone to lose their money or stuff in this worst place. Please take necessary actions and take down this place from your listing. Thankyou.

- Karim (2/5): Very poor - the apartment is near to rebibbia Station where we can find meters and busses the owner takes from me 12€( he said for taxes)and then when I verified in booking the price is included taxes and fees and he didn't accept to give me my money back, the apartment's equipment are sooo old, there's no window on the room... at night u couldn't sleep cuz of the nose of other rooms😶 it's been the worst experience, don't recommended
- Timi (1/5): Bad - The accommodation was filthy. Greasy plates and cutlery.I booked the accommodation for 2 persons, but the owner only provided 1 towel. We didn't get the room we booked (which we had a photo of). The plaster was leaking. Instead of a duvet, we were given a sheet to cover ourselves with. I would only recommend it to anyone who wants sleep somewhere for a cheap price, although it is overpriced for the conditions.

The other guests were nice though but that was about the only good thing.. Wasn’t clean, not as it looks online at all, stained walls, aircon was extremely loud and didn’t go lower than 31 degrees. Very painful check in procedure too with no tips on contacting the owner, only found out we had to use watsapp from other negative reviews online.

- Alona (1/5): everything is terrible don't move in there will be a lot of problems - Nothing Hello, we rented an apartment from you. A lot of troubles happened. First, we moved into the apartment and there was a lot of garbage there, especially in the kitchen, you said that the cleaning lady would clean the room, but this never happened. The chair in our room was a broken TV, also the floors. everyone was incredibly dusty and dirty, the bedding on one of the beds had not been changed from the previous tenants, and during the 6 days of our stay the cleaning lady never came into our room, but on the second or third day of our stay in this apartment a woman came to us and took our leaving only one bed If only it all ended there. I walked around the apartment and saw another tenant in the next room from us, although the website did not say that we would have a common kitchen and toilet!!!Then it turned out that there were other residents who were constantly coughing, turning on music even at 3 am, screaming, running around the apartment at night, knocking constantly on the walls, which is why staying in the apartment was simply terrible. in the kitchen, when we wanted to cook food, it turned out that there was no power button on the stove, there was no frying pan everything is terrible scratched on them it is simply impossible to cook. The hose in the shower is broken and does not work, shower all dirty when we went to the toilet the floor was constantly flooded. As a result, instead of a good rest, we got constant stress because it was unbearable to listen to the screams and noise of the neighbors and an incredibly dirty room and all this for 400 euros
- Natalia (5/5): Terrible communication, a fairly comfortable bed, overall lower than expected - The bed was comfortable. The check-in was really cumbersome. First I came to the indicated address and called the person in charge 1.5h later than the check-in time...so I assume the from and everything was ready. This person was really informal tending to be rude and demanded that I had to pay for the traveller taxes again (which was already included in the booking fee). As you cannot cancel and I needed to stay I told him/her (sorry I could not identify) that I would pay and I did the money transfer (being the total paid amount similar to a normal price in Rome=not cheap). This person told me I should wait until they receive the money and then I had to go and find the key into a box, exchange photos like ten times with this person (instead of them coming to give you the keys and indicating where your room is). It happened to be that our room was not even located in that building but one in front, which was kinda ok. I also received instructions through a Video via WhatsApp of how to enter the building and access the room, which was located in a shared apartment. The person on charge asked me to send a picture back of the room I found with the instructions, but it was the wrong place. Then she/he started insinuating that I was slow at understanding and I decided to video call to make things easier for both sides. This person then realised that the instructions were not correct and just told me to go and open another door, but there was a couple there already in bed, I felt terrible. At the end I just received the room this person told me not to go to, as they messed up the bookings, apparently. All the surfaces were full of dust, the balcony was dirty and full of rests from other guests (I suppose), the bed was comfortable enough although the upper blanket had some stains) Apart from this. They don't even explain what can you use and what not. There were two bathrooms, both not in the best cleaning status, but let's say ok.

Room wasn’t advertised, no window in the room, had a curfew for noise but other “guests” didn’t pay attention and were screaming past it, didn’t feel like we could use the facilities since they were always being used by the owners family, we got a knock on our door to speak to other guests to explain the situation they were dealing with. Very very over priced for the tiny room we had. Couple hours in there was people wailing crying for a while and it happened on multiple occasions. There was a camera that wasn’t disclosed in the listing that pointed directly to our room.

The lock to the room wasnt always working, no soap in bathroom, no bed sheets in price (at least we didnt get them), really slow and not automated check in process that costed us waiting nearly 1 hour outside of the building. No info about 6€ per person tax, booking tells you payed full price but its not True. No way of closing a Window if you want your ac to work ( the tube with hot Air is going through the Window) wich is counterproductive.

The guy providing the instruction to enter the place was not clear enough, had to wait outside for a long time before entering the place. Stinky towels, people live there and they cook and make noises very late.

The bed had disgusting stains, there were bugs flying and it smelled really bad when we arrived. We had issues with our locks since the keys were really old. We could not open the door at night when we came to our room because we had trouble with the keys.

- David (1/5): I am very disappointed! - I was cheated. I paid more than the normal cost even when I complained of it. My money was not refunded. I was shocked. It was my worst experience ever. I was forced to pay extra money even when I presented a proper document and he (the manager) acknowledged that he will refund the money, till now he did not. I am very very disappointed!

The window that have there is to another room that you can hear EVERYTHING, literally, it was horrible. The walls are all dirty, all the house was dirty. The shower was broken and when I asked for them to put a new one they made me wait hours. And they tried to overcharge me at check in, we supposed to pay 84€ in city tax and they charged 98€ 🤔 We just staid one night because we can’t got anywhere else at the time we arrived and it was unacceptable. It’s VERY far from Rome

- George (5/5): Passable - The apartment was very acceptable for our needs in the end, however when we arrived there was just one bed in the room which wasn't ideal since I was travelling with my Dad. However, the staff were pretty helpful in getting it sorted. It's a slightly weird setup and we struggled to get in to the apartment on arrival and also had to climb a high wall to get in on our second night there which was ok for us but is something worth noting if it might not be possible for some! Beds were comfy enough and the room wasn't too warm. Bathroom was shared but pretty clean. Shower was a handheld shower head. Location was pretty convenient for the end of the tube line into Rome, about 20 mins total journey from Rome central station to the apartment.

- Zahra (1/5): It was the worst and I can't emphasise that enough. - Nothing Easily the most disappointing travel experience I've ever had, and I travel frequently - atleast four times a year. The host only spoke Italian, which made communication very difficult as he couldn't understand us. Despite insisting on using WhatsApp to communicate, he failed to reply to our messages there either. The bed was unbearably uncomfortable, forcing me to ask for an extra sheet just so we could sleep on the floor, which we did not recieve. My mother, who was travelling with me, developed back pain as a result of the poor sleeping conditions. To make matters worse, the pillows had an overpowering smell of sulphur. I had to layer my clothes with an excessive amount of perfume just to make the air breathable. Furthermore, the bathroom, which had no lock, was shared with two other bedrooms. This forced us into a sort of surveillance routine to ensure privacy while one of us was using the facilities. Overall, it was a terrible experience that I have no intention of repeating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
