• Staniek (6/5): - Duże pokoje, telewizor, lokalizacja Przez większość czasu na obsłudze jest starszy pan, który nie potrafi powiedzieć słowa po angielsku, hotel nie odpisuje na wiadomości na Booking, po 12 godzinnym locie mieliśmy nadzieję na szybkie zameldowanie i odpoczynek. Niestety, Pan w recepcji, który nie mówił po angielsku pokazywał nam ciągle jakąś kartkę, żeby zeskanować kod qr, dopiero po 15 minutach zrozumieliśmy, że każe nam raz jeszcze zapłacić za pobyt, który opłaciliśmy wcześniej przez booking. Niestety nie rozumiał i nie mogliśmy się dogadać. Pokazywaliśmy mu opłacenie przez booking oraz revoluta- nic to nie dało. W końcu przyszli jacyś mężczyźni, którzy mówili po angielsku i dzwonili do właścicielki, która dalej się upierała, że nie ma przelewu z booking. Musieliśmy ciągle wchodzić w revoluta i booking, przesyłać jej zdjęcia, ci mężczyźni jednak nam pomogli, bo z nią rozmawiali przez telefon. Dziwne, że tego nie ogarniają, bo wszędzie mają warunki booking i regulamin, który zatwierdzili i wszędzie działa to tak samo, że płatność hotel dostaje po naszym pobycie. W końcu zdecydowali się nas wspuścić z informacją, że rano musimy zejść do recepcji wyjaśnić sprawę. Zameldowanie trwało więc około 50 minut, stres i nerwy już pierwszego dnia. Po wejściu do pokoju zajęłam się pisaniem do bookingu oraz wysyłaniem maili do hotelu. Sprawę udało się wyjaśnić, ale niesmak pozostał. Mieliśmy tam spać na koniec pobytu jeszcze, ale zrezygnowaliśmy i wynajęliśmy pokój w innym obiekcie, bo baliśmy się powtórki z rozrywki. A szkoda, bo pokoje są naprawdę duże i piękne.

• Laura (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, nice and clean facilities, working AC The only annoying fact was that they don’t change your towels nor toilet paper throughout the whole stay. Also the water pressure in the shower was really bad.

• Terezie (9/5): Cozy room, equipped, easy to stay - Its a great place to spend first few days coming to Bangkok, to adjust to the city and rest after long travels. Well equipped room, cozy bed. The area is further away from everything that Bangkok is famous for You can kind of hear the sound of elevator coming up and down, that wasnt too pleasant
• Nerissa (10/5): Love how peaceful the environment of the place is! Would definitely book again on my next trip. :) - Loved the place! The admin was very nice with my requests, the room is always clean and is spacious for its price. You get free water too and more compartments to put your things. The location is a bit far from the city. If you are a foreigner, Grab is an option to go to the nearest MRT/BTS station.
• Khafizah (10/5): Great Stay! - We love the cleanliness of the stay, and informative front desk as well. Even they couldn't speak english, but they were very helpful in giving us direction by notes. They also have QR codes to enter the room, super tight security which is good! The room was big and spacious, we didn't expect that! They have balcony as well! We love our 2 night stay here at 44 Room Rama. One thing that we love also the laundry beside receptionist building, only by 30 Baht, we can do the laundry as well! It's kinda bit far from the city, and somehow it takes highway pass anytime we want to explore Bangkok. So prepare at least 100 Baht/day for roundtrip from this stay to explore the city.
