• Nina (8/5): - We liked the location near the beach which was without waves and sargassum as the hotel at the other location had…we did not like the room since it was near the street and there was an unpleasant smell around the rooms in this department…but you can get the room near the sea and it is beautiful…the breakfast was delicious and we like the restaurant on the beach…everything was clean

La habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda para nuestra estancia. Tuvimos un incidente desagradable que dejo en la sección de "No me gustó" Las instalaciones agradables, aunque también hay cosas que detallaré en "No me gustó". El personal (Recepción, restaurante y mantenimiento) es amable. Cuenta con acceso directo a la playa. Una de las noches de nuestra estancia, se empezó a quemar el calentador de la habotación contigua. El olor a "algo se quema" me despertó y me alarmé al ver humo entrando por la parte inferior de la puerta. Abrí la puerta de la habitación y el pasillo cubierto de humo. Abrí ventanas y llamé de inmediato a recepción para notificar lo que estaba ocurriendo. Mandaron a mantenimiento y controlaron el evento. Lo que llama la atención es que no sonó ninguna alerta por la presencia del humo. Tuvimos que salir de la habitación sin que alguien del staff nos facilitara otra habitación mientras hacían las reparaciones. Regresamos a la habitación cuando vimos que ya habían "solucionado". A la mañana siguiente, después de desayunar, entramos a la habitación y descubrimos que no teníamos agua. Nuevamente, nadie nos notificó que nos iban a quitar el agua para reparar el desperfecto de la habitación contigua. Llamé a recepción y me comentaron que no estaban enterados de que estuvieran reparando la habitación contigua. Les tuve que pedir que nos acomodaran en otra habitación o que nos dejaran entrar a otra para poder bañarnos y continuar nuestro día. Amablemente lo hicieron y sin poner peros aunque hubiera esperado que fuera iniciativa del personal. Respecto a la alberca, el personal no está atento al desastre que hacen los niños en la alberca. Había niños comiendo papas adentro de la alberca y niños entrando llenos de arena a la alberca. Incluso una señora tuvo que pedirnos que ayudaramos a su niño que se estaba hundiendo. Un desastre. Entiendo que es responsabilidad de los padres, pero un poco de control a los padres, no está de más para cuidar la imagen de sus instalaciones.

Во время нашего пребывания я отмечала свой день рождения, и отель сделал этот день ещё более особенным, номер был красиво украшен, а нас ждал приятный сюрприз. Это было очень трогательно и сделало наше путешествие незабываемым. Спасибо за прекрасные впечатления!

Muita areia na praia excelente local para curtir praia e descansar. Para quem quer fugir do sarcaso, essa é o local.

• Debbie (9/5): This was by far the best staycation and I want to come back. - The property was great. It was calm and quiet. The room was also very spacious. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location is great in that it's still on the hotel zone but away from the craziness. The food at the restaurant was also amazing. The TV's were not connected to the internet or there was an issue. Maintenance came out and they were able to fix the TV in the bedroom but the living room one never connected.

• Valerie (8/5): Value-price with direct access to gorgeous beach - Beachscape Kin Ha is perfectly located near Playa Delfines, one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, right by the Nichupté Lagoon. The setting is truly stunning, with white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise water, very little sargassum, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, while still offering plenty of bars and restaurants serving excellent food nearby. The hotel itself has a charming village-style concept and offers very good value for money in such a prime location. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated and could definitely benefit from renovation. The bathrooms are also quite small, and the pool area is rather simple compared to other resorts in Cancun. That being said, if you are looking for an affordable stay with direct access to a gorgeous beach, in a relaxed and well-located environment, Beachscape Kin Ha is a great choice. It’s somewhat outdated and simple. No resort vibes but a direct access to a quiet and beautiful beach.

Breakfast was delicious, lunch was delicious too Wish we could’ve left breakfast with our food, I didn’t feel well one day and just wanted to eat in my room but I had to stay in the restaurant although I paid for inclusive breakfast. Lunch/ dinner was pretty pricey but we were able to walk elsewhere for food. Seats on the beach are not managed so finding a seat is pretty difficult with people holding chairs for hours.

• Christian (7/5): Gut, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! - Die Lage in der Zona Hoteles, der Strand, die Anlage mit viel Grün, sehr schönen Villas, auch architektonisch (keine Klotzbauten wie in der Nachbarschaft). Staff sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet ok. Bei uns nicht inklusive, preislich aber sehr attraktiv. Unsere Suite war “hintenraus” zur Straße gelegen und daher war es wegen des Verkehrs ziemlich laut. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass man bei der Buchung hätte angeben können, ob man View Richtung Meer / Park haben möchte. Aber das müsste man bei der Buchung einbauen, ist ein deutlicher Qualitätsunterschied! Die Suiten zum Meer / Park hin sind viel schöner gelegen und ruhiger.

Uiteindelijk na 20 uur reizen kwamen we op de kamer en was er geen bed voor onze zoon en moest nog in de holst van de nacht een conciërge beddengoed brengen terwijl wij zelf op bed moest opmaken. Schandalig dat ze wel meer dan € 100 extra rekenen maar er niks voor doen.

Heureusement, nous n'avons pas trouvé de trous sur nos habites pour le moment...

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy cómodas y en buen estado. Las sombrillas en la playa están muy bien ubicadas. El desayuno es delicioso. Recomendado por calidad, amabilidad y buen precio. Todo estuvo perfecto.

• Tim Harwood (3/5): Nice room but some really ignorant and rude staff. There are better places than this in Cancun. - The breakfast was good and the room I had was clean and well equipped. Some of the staff were rude and over-bearing. The security guy when I was leaving suggested I might be leaving without paying as the taxi arrived, after I had checked out . Some staff - i.e. the egg lady at the breakfast station - were really nice - but the ones around the pool and beach sun loungers were absolutely awful and spoilt my entire holiday. I would not recommend this place based on such experiences and for that reason.
• Luz María (7/5): Agradable - Es un hotel pequeño, por lo que no se llena de gente, me encantó que se puede estar tranquilo/a y relajarse sin ruido ni multitudes. La cama tiene buen colchón y sábanas, estuvo muy cómoda. El hotel tiene salida directa a una playa preciosa, de arena blanca finísima y mar turquesa. Es bastante baja eso si, sin olas ni profundidad para nadar mucho, pero aun así muy rica. El hotel cuenta con sillas de playa y quitasoles, siempre tuvimos uno disponible. La habitación estándar no es muy bonita (decoración muy básica).

• Daniela (8/5): - LOCATION, RESTAURANT FOR DINNER, CLEANLINESS AND THE STAFF FROM THE RESTAURANT AND THE ASSISTENCE OF THE RECEPTION, THEY ARE GREAT. EVERYTHING WORK'S WELL. IF I CAN DO SOME RECOMENDANTIONS, THE BREAKFAST NEED TO BE FASTER REPOSITIONS AND WHEM SHOW THE ROONS IN THE INTERNET, IS BETTER TO EXPLAIN THAT THE APARTAMENTS, HAS MORE THAN THE FIRST FLOOR.
• Morgan (6/5): - Gutes Wohnung/Suite, Strand wirkte recht nett. Gartenareal um die Wohnblöcke sehr schön gepflegt. Dieser Ort scheint eher "abgelutscht" zu sein. Nichts war schlimm, aber nichts war auch richtig gut. Gym war gerade so ausreichend. Personal "gerade so" in Ordnung (Dienst nach Vorschrift). Das Areal um den Pool herum wirkte etwas verbraucht. Frühstücksarea (gar) nicht nett. Fotos sind "hochglanz", womit die Realität nicht mithalten kann.
• Jean (9/5): Excellent - La première suite donnait sur la rue bruyante ä excès ,le lendemain , après avoir payé un supplément immortant $1000. Canadien pour les 13 jours restant. MAis heureusement après vive discussion et compréhension avec le chef Juan , il nous a proposé une suite donnant sur la mer avec ascenseur le ##5214. Nous étions ravis qu’il nous restait treize jours. Nous pensons revenir en mars prochain, est-il possible de réserver pour un Mois ( du 1 mars au 31 mars 2027 et qu’on nous garantirse le 5214.. Somos huéspedes repetidos et nous croyons etre epprecies du personnel, Víctor et Juan À la réception et accueil ,Alexis et Gabriel à la piscine, Polo et Valentin, Cindy et Gregorio à la cuisine et tant d’autres. Un personnel amiable, aidant et exceptionnel. VOtre hôtel a du succès grâce à eux et elles. Nous sommes des personnes de 80 ans et nous nous souhaitons que du bien pour notre jubilacion. Avec Booking , nous avons des rabais car nous sommes devenus Genius Or, mais je pourrais réserver directement avec la reservation de l’hôtel directement avec réduction pour Un mois et svp tenir compte du taux de change canadien par apport ´l’américain et à l’européen . • tiphaine (6/5): Pour ceux qui ne cherchent pas la tranquillité la nuit c’est parfait !personnel affable - Petit déjeuner parfait . Seul hôtel de la zone hôtelière de Cancun qui semble être à taille humaine . Le personnel est très bien et la chambre vieillissante mais avec toutes les commodités. La chambre : elle donnait coté rue et extrêmement bruyante de jour comme de nuit . LA CLIMATISATION Faisait beaucoup de bruit ainsi que le matériel extérieur pour entretenir l’ensemble !!! Des travaux à côté de la chambre toute la journée…C’est vraiment dommageable sachant que les chambres côté mer, elles, semblaient de bien meilleure qualité

• Claudia (9/5): Excelente estadia. - Instalações do hotel são muito boas, lindos jardins, piscina grande, praia excelente, com boa faixa de areia. A mobília do quarto era um pouco antiquada, mas as camas eram confortáveis. Banheiro de bom tamanho. Gostei de tudo.

• Isabel (8/5): - The location is great, this hotel has a great beach perfect for families as the ocean is calm and shallow. Its a small property with one pool, so its good to relax, its comfortable. The decor is kind of old, service wasn't great, very slow in the beach and also for the room cleaning one day they arrived close to 1pm. Staff wasn't very friendly.

• Monica (9/5): Posizione perfetta - L’aspetto migliore dell’hotel è senza dubbio la posizione direttamente su una spiaggia splendida, con un mare meraviglioso. Ho apprezzato molto lo stile delle casette immerse nel verde, che crea un’atmosfera rilassante e molto caratteristica. Il ristorante dell’hotel, con vista sulla spiaggia, è anche molto buono e lo staff molto gentile. Le camere risultano un po’ datate e avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione per essere all’altezza del resto della struttura.

• Yvonne (8/5): The Kinha Suites was a great place to enjoy a few days relaxing at the start of a busy trip. - Beach was perfect. Room was basic but clean and with very comfortable beds and pillows. Pool area very nice. Breakfast had a very good selection of dishes. Noisy busy road.
• daniel (8/5): Ótima opção para famílias que buscam tranquilidade - Cozinha completa com utensílios no quarto. Quarto grande com 2 televisões perfeito para famílias. Hotel tranquilo com tudo por perto. Ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários muito prestativos, nos disponibilizaram uma cama extra pois o sofá cama não era suficiente para 2 pessoas. Quartos talvez poderiam ser modernizados.
