The breakfast was decent and the staff was pleasant The dinner food was not great, the coffee from the breakfast bar was weak. The rooms while they are spacious are a little tired looking. The bathtub shower seems like a hazard.

De maneira geral o Hotel é agradável mas detalhes como falta de manutenção e cordialidade atrapalham a experiencia. Falta manutenção de uma maneira geral, desde os pequenos detalhes. O Hotel é antigo e pede uma modernização geral, alguns funcionários são bem grossos e nao fazem questão de ajudar. O restaurante que fica proximo a piscina raramente funciona. O ar condicionado no Lobby e restaurantes é extremamente gelado, tornando-se desconfortável permanecer nesses locais.

- Charles (10/5): Greatly enjoyed the stay. - Impeccable, great staff and beautiful landscaping. Pool bar wasn’t open all days apparently because “ hotel occupancy was low”. But I paid for that but had to go hunting for pool towels, food and drink.

- Alejandro (8/5): - Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Buen trato del personal Solo funcionaba uno de los restaurantes y muy limitado en cuanto a variedad de platos. El último dia quise pedir un last check out porque mi vuelo salía tarde y mi mujer estaba enferma y me quisieron cobrar más de lo que había pagado por noche. Aún a las claras que el hotel no estaba a la máxima ocupación.
- Chris (9/5): Excellent stay with great facilities so close to the Brazil-Argentina border - Comfortable space to sit and lounge around both in the room and in the complex. The hotel was a little out of Puerto Iguazu town, but in a great position to easily cross into Brazil. Awful room in terms of nearness to lift (which had this buzzer go off once you (ie others arriving on the floor) AND there is a line of sight from the lift area directly into the bed, if the bedroom door is opened, terrible room design.
