- Isabelle (8/5): Hotel confortable et bien situé pour rayonner dans tout Venise et ses îles - La situation géographique à coté de la gare ferroviaire et des principales stations de vaporetto.Trés pratique pour se déplacer dans tout Venise et ses îles. L’hôtel était calme, propre et le personnel trés sympathique et très réactif. Un peu plus de variété et de qualité pour le petit déjeuner. Notre chambre était spacieuse mais donnait sur une ruelle donc pas de vue et un peu sombre.

- gms555 (10/5): Fabulous Hotel - but now an IHG hotel so be aware of this - This was an extremely stylish hotel, friendly, wonderful room - though a little small, beautiful breakfast rooms and outdoor dining area, great food. Short walk to train station and ferries, lots of dining nearby. A wonderful Venice experience. I note that IHG has taken over this hotel since I stayed - I personally will never stay at IHG hotels again because of past experiences, let's hope The Venice Times can keep up their previously wonderful standards.

- saracas2016 (10/5): Great hotel in a great location - Excellent hotel, in a great location. Really close to Grand Canal and the train station. Minutes from Piazzale Roma for transport. Room was clean and modern, and good size. Breakfast was nice, continental but also had sausage and egg. Big shout out to Alberto and Laisam. Both were exceptionally friendly and always chatted with us, which was lovely as it made it a more personal hotel. Also they both gave us plenty of advice on best places and how to get there. Two lovely guys credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Atendimento dos funcionários nota 1000. Principalmente o Alberto. Que nos recebeu muito bem. Acabamos ficando mais um dia porque gostamos muito. Funcionários do café muito gentis, tb faziam de tudo para nos agradar. Quarto ótimo só um pouco pequeno mas isso nao foi problema. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes. Adoramos.

Fomos especialmente bem recebidos pelo querido Alberto, sem dúvida o italiano mais simpático que alguma vez conhecemos. Deixou-nos logo à vontade, esteve à conversa connosco algum tempo e deu-nos imensas dicas sobre a cidade. Seguimos praticamente todas as suas sugestões — só ficou uma por fazer por falta de tempo! Se um dia voltarmos, sem dúvida que iremos ficar novamente hospedados aqui, recomendo totalmente a estadia. - Por último, o pequeno-almoço foi bastante bom, completo e variado, para além de estarem sempre a repor os alimentos.

The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still nice and quiet, making it a great base for exploring Venice. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to assist with any questions. The hotel itself was very clean and well looked after, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was good, mainly continental but with some hot options like bacon, sausage, and eggs. There was also a great selection of pastries, so plenty to choose from each morning. It was really convenient that we could leave our bags at the hotel, which made things much easier around check-in and check-out times. A nice extra touch was the toiletries—the body wash and creams provided were really lovely and felt quite luxurious. Overall, a great hotel experience and we’d happily stay again!

- KaterinaK (9/5): lovely and clean hotel securing a great stay for exploring Venice - clean, comfortable, felt secure, lovely breakfast and pleasant breakfast area. hotel smelled really good and fresh in all areas, location was very comfortable as: - it is next to the train station and car parking area (so no need to carry luggage in Venice) - there is a big nice bridge exactly opposite the hotel's alley so you just jump in the centre in a few steps cleaning service entered my room despite having the "do not disturb" on, other tan that all was good

The breakfast was food and service at the breakfast was nice I am third trimester pregnant with frequent Braxton hicks contractions. I live in Italy but to be closer to the airport we decided to take a hotel. I mainly took this hotel because of room service availability since I cant walk or stand long. And once we arrived they said on fridays there is no room service or bar open since its off season too. Nobody informed us of this, which was very disappointing. We essentially paid 300eur for one night at the hotel with no services. We asked partial refund and we were declined. The lady said we can just ask what we need and she will try to bring but thats not efficient since we need to start thinking where we want, the pric etc. what if i want fruits one moment, a drink another, a meal. We expected to get it all in house by getting room service or going downstairs.

Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich, bester Kaffee! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Morgens sehr früh war das Personal zu hören.

- Sigrid (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt! :-) - Extrem freundliches Personal! Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt, obwohl wir sehr spät am Abend eingecheckt habe. Auch das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend - danke dafür :-) vom Frühstück selbst waren wir auch sehr positiv überrascht! Toll, dass es frisches Obst gab! Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, Bett ist auch bequem und die Lage ist TOP! Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig, man hat die anderen Gäste in der Früh am Gang gehört.

La colazione ottima e varia.Il personale oltremodo gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità .Hotel veramente a due passi della stazione Santa Lucia.Da li puoi raggiungere i vaporetti in due minuti e spostarsi agilmente in ogni punto della città .Che dire ...sicuramente hotel dove voler assolutamente ritornare.

In Croatia, it would probably get no more than 3 stars. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options. There’s no minibar in the room, which is surprising for a 4-star property. On top of that, the sheets are uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, it could be much, much better.

- Liudmila (9/5): Great clean and modern choice by Piazza Roma - We needed a clean, warm and safe hotel near Piazza Roma (bus station) for our last night in Venice to get to our early morning flight from Marco Polo by bus. Even though it is a min away from the waterbus and train station, it was quite in the room. This hotel was a great choice with welcoming staff, hotel umbrellas for the rain, modern and pleasant design of lobby and rooms. They prepared us breakfast to go since we couldn't enjoy the included breakfast in the morning. Big room, has main facilities and a comfortable bed for that type of night was perfect for us

- Beata (10/5): Tolles Hotel für Kurzaufenhalte - Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer und Bad schön renoviert und eingerichtet, modern, jedoch mit dem venezianischen Charme. Frühstückssaal mit Hauch von Luxus und gutem Buffet. Das Hotel liegt zentral am Canale Grande, jedoch in einer Seitengasse, was den Lärm von der Fußgängerzone komplet abhält. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und eng. Im Bad konnte mehr Ablagefläche vorhanden sein.
