A környék kiváló, rendezett utcák, Victoria station mellett, minden könnyedén elérhető metróval, üzletek az állomáson késő estig nyitva tartanak. Közvetlen busz a reptérre. A szálloda felújított, hangulatos, klimatizált szobák, amik rendkívül jól felszereltek (vasaló, hajszárító is van). A tároló szekrényt akasztókkal és a bekészítést emelném még ki. A szobák fűthetőek. nincs ilyen

• Karin (7/5): - Jättebra område Frukosten kunde varit bättre. Den var bra första dagen, men sen blev den sämre och sämre. Det mesta tog slut och sista dagen var det inte fräscht. Tror det var samma vattenmelon som hade åkt fram o tillbaka alla 3 dagarna.

• Carlos Daniel (4/5): Sobrevalorado en booking. - Ubicación y limpieza. Desayuno decepcionante lo pagues o lo lleves incluido, no merece la pena para nada. Es el peor desayuno que me he encontrado en alojamientos en Londres. La habitación fue pagada cara y nos metieron en un sótano interior sin apenas luz y ventilación. Cuidado con alojarse en este hotel.No repetiré y no lo recomiendo. La nota de booking diría que no corresponde a lo que nos encontramos realmente o a la estancia asignada.

• Yvonne (7/5): Toplocatie - De locatie is top! Vlakbij metro- en treinstation Victoria, dat een directe verbinding heeft met St. Pancrasstation. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, maar in de omgeving ontbijt gehaald bij de Pret a Manger of bij een van de pubs gegeten. Het theater van Wicked en Hamilton zitten op 5 à 10 minuten lopen, ideaal! Hoewel je midden in de stad zit, is er erg weinig lawaai van buiten. We hadden het raam continu open en nergens last van. De kamer heeft airco wat erg prettig was. Op onze vertrekdag konden we onze bagage in het hotel achterlaten (in een kamer achter slot) en 's middags ophalen, zo hadden we ook op de laatste dag in Londen nog onze handen vrij, dat was erg prettig! Het bed was aan de kleine kant: het bed was sowieso erg smal. Het bed leek smaller dan ons bed thuis en wij hebben een 140 cm bed. Het bed was ook kort, mijn man (186 cm) paste qua lengte niet in het bed. De kussens vonden wij ook niet zo lekker liggen en in het bed zaten 2 hardere hobbeltjes. Het licht van onze kamer was nogal fel en wit, dus wij kozen ervoor om 's avonds alleen het bureaulampje en nachtlampje aan te doen en het werd pas laat donker, dus we hadden licht van buiten. Als je in de winter verblijft, is dat licht misschien wel vervelend.
• Maresa (7/5): Absolutely no frills - Location is great! Staff was helpful with requests. The in room sofa beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The location can get loud at night. Breakfast is overpriced. Layout of rooms is odd. It is a difficult hotel if you have mobility issues. Even with a lift, you may have to navigate several flights of steps. No business center (ie printing, etc). No fridge in room.

Not great attention to detail on service - Near Victoria station, within walking distance of Buckingham Palace On arrival discovered flush would not stop flushing. Notified the reception who were already aware. Disappointing that this was not fixed when it had been discovered. Reception offered to move us the next day, we would not accept this as would mean going without sleep over night before running the marathon. So they moved us quickly to another room which I assume meant someone else had the room with the broken toilet.

• Association MASHA (7/5): - l'accueil, la situation. Merci à la jeune fille qui nous a refait une carte de la chambre car nous étions parti diner sans la carte. Très souriante. personnel très accueillant nous étions au 2ème mais il fallait descendre 1 escalier pour arriver à notre chambre, on a trouvé un peu bizare

Great location from Victoria station, and great restaurants in Belgravia. Being in the basement the light through the window was limited. It was also a bit weird walking through the kitchen dining area to get to the room.

Aqui o hotel ganha mais que 5 estrelas, especialmente o Stanlay, rapaz prestativo, se desdobra para ajudar. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, não compromete a estadia, mas pode melhorar. Outra coisa que faria a diferença seria ter uma opção para adquirir alguma água ou refrigerante e snacks no hotel.
• Hélène (7/5): Chambre très bien équipée et propre, superbe salle de bain, mais insonorisation à revoir - La chambre est spacieuse, propre et équipée. Le lit est confortable (mais les oreillers sont très gros). La salle de bain, rien à redire c'est parfait. J'avais demandé une chambre à l'étage, et nous avons été logés au niveau -1... Nous avons fait cette demande des mois à l'avance. Grosse déception car AUCUNE insonorisation. On entendait le métro passer et les gens circuler dans le couloir, donc aucune intimité. Le monsieur qui nous a accueillis le soir n'était pas très souriant et accueillant, contrairement à la dame que nous avons vu la journée. Elle était très gentille.

On floor one we could hear (feel?) the trains rumbling beneath us. The floor above us creaked a lot so it felt quite noisy a lot of the time.

Y me hicieron perder tiempo en asignarme la habitación. A ellos les pagué la diferencia del monto que salió un poco más que el original.

• amylG5562JK (8/5): Good hotel if you're watching Wicked - A great little hotel l, just 5 minutes walk from Apollo Victoria (Wicked). Room was clean and perfectly usable for an overnight stay. Super shower! Breakfast was ok, continental with a few choices but perfectly adequate. Friendly staff, would recommend for a cheap break in Theatre Land.

• Paule (8/5): Really nice budget hotel in the centre of London - This is a budget hotel with minimal facilities, and the room was a bit small. We booked this hotel as we were only in London for one night, it is in a really good location and at a good price. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. You are 5 minutes on foot from Victoria station, almost next door there is a lovely pub which has a good atmosphere and nice food, it isn't the cheapest, but still good. Overall the hotel is what you pay for, small, clean, convenient, with nice staff, we would stay there again. A bit petty, but the room was quite small, and the breakfast was basic, more like a continental style.
