- shellymS9301JF (2/5): Yuk! - What a horrible place! Entered the room and didn’t want to touch anything. Turned around and checked straight out. Not somewhere I’d recommend
- Olle (4/5): - Hade bokat 2 nätter, stannade 1 natt.

- Nick (3/5): - This is the type of hotel that charges by the hour and really shouldn't be listed on booking.com It's OK if you want to be close to all the nice working girls. Nana train station is also not far away. There is no pool here. Payment is by cash only. It has one of the slowest lifts in the country.
- Joannerankine (10/5): Hotel lovely can't say anything bad about it all staff happy to help filling came out in plane coming over from England the rest - Lovely hotel can't fought it really enjoyed staying for 2 nights pool was lovely reception staff was brilliant clean rooms
- tafa (1/5): siamo scappati perché sporco. - assolutamente nulla schifo ovunque.
Non ci sono minimamente le condizioni igienico sanitarie per poter soggiornare in un posto del genere.
- Inspire16442983385 (6/5): The welcome is good - Stayed at the hotel many times staff are very friendly.the breakfast is not that good now just about the same every day and mostly cold.the welcome
- ronald b (10/5): - Had everything I want in a room: good bed and pillows, great WiFi, quiet, location is fantastic, price was good and staff was efficient and helpful.
- V6354HVians (8/5): Great staff - Stayed at nana november 24 a little outdated but great location and great staff, price good for location, good resturants and bars locally
- Exploration628689 (4/5): Bad experience - For my return to this hotel after 3 years (I have stayed there several times in the past), I am very disappointed with the reception given by the evening receptionist : not a nice person who got angry when I asked basic questions.
Moreover, having booked and paid in advance via booking.com, I had requested in advance by email a room overlooking the skytrain: my 2 emails remained unanswered
and on arrival I did not have the type of room I wanted.
I will not go back to this hotel anymore !
- B4261WDmarkb (8/5): Returning guest and happy with my one-night stay. - I am a returning guest and very happy with my one-night stay in a standard room at Nana Hotel. I booked one night at this hotel as I am a solo traveller with my flight arriving in Bangkok in the late afternoon. I wanted a cheaper option for the first night’s stay, prior to moving to my nearby (and considerably more expensive) longer term hotel. The room I was provided with was large in size, clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The breakfast was included in the booking and although the cooked dishes were not very warm in temperature, the food was okay and I appreciated the coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful, plus the hotel has a hair / nail salon and massage shop. The hotel is located opposite Nana Plaza and is on Sukhumvit Soi 4 which has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment…plus other areas of interest are within walking distance: Benchakitti Park and shopping malls.
- MartinaRubens (2/5): A nightmare - The receptionist was extremely unfriendly, demanding a full pay in advance. They never did this before. The reason: I had only 3 bags (15 kg!!) Had I arrived with a large suitcase, no problem to pay when checking out, she said. What a joke!
At least I wanted a quiet room for paying the full price (THB 1,690) so I got a corner room on a high floor..... only to learn that this was the noisiest room, facing the night club. Sleeping before 5 AM was impossible.
If you want peace of mind, don't go. If you enjoy night life and banging girls all night long, its OK.
- BSonsie (8/5): Do yourself a favor and look at the Menu for dinner here before going out. - Very friendly staff, cleaners do an excellent job.
Hotel close to Skytrain. Nana Plaza.
The meals in their restaurant excellent, and good value for money especially in this tourist area.
Rooms clean, renovated, Has a safe and security to enroll your “guest”
Large out door swimming pool and Spa.
Breakfast included with room.
All rooms smoking rooms, which might deter some staying.
Only misses a kettle and cups, so bring your own
- kenny52 (2/5): Appalling - I reviewed this hotel 2020 and said most relevant point was the comfortable bed .
I booked again because of that reason!
However, how wrong I was ,the bed i got was as hard as a rock ? When I complained I was shown 6 other rooms with same bed ? I explained I have a spinal injury and can not sleep on a hard bed .none of the reception staff including acting manager did not care about my injury and swore they do not have any comfortable beds in hotel , one of the bellboys even said to my face ,it is only one night , no big deal ?
I asked the manager had they taken out all the comfortable beds and replaced them with old mattresses and she could not answer. The manager was not available at any time to talk to?
This was totally unacceptable. They did put extra bed cover which helped a little bit but they do not have mattress toppers .
Positives ; great swimming pool ,friendly staff (apart from reception and bellboy ),nice restaurant, good location. Good breakfast
When I booked through Agoda my only request was comfortable bed ? If they truly dont have soft beds they should have told Agoda and given me a chance to book another hotel
- Leticia (3/5): Poor -
- Bimlesh (1/5): CREP - 2 bottles of water was left outside my room everyday No water, very rude female staff. She doesn't have any communication skills. Total bullshit
- Ali (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (2/5): No, just no. - Worst hotel i've stayed at in Bangkok. Luckily only had to do 2 nights here.
Lady working the front desk at night was rude and unhelpfull.
- SENTHAMIL SELVAN (4/5): Unpleasant stay - Not a very good hotel to stay, I booked by mistake. The lady at the reception gave a room where the aircon was not working, then after half an hour of trying by their technician failed to make work, I was given another room. Should have given it first. They also not care about the guests as the locality is very busy and also they allow other gustes for short time like 3 hours. No break fast available, totally it was very unpleasant for me to stay there.
- John (6/5): - The property is old and small simple rooms but it’s right in the middle of everything
- Sudheer (2/5): - Horrible experience staying at this hotel. Hotel staff checked me out and left my items in the storage. A complete dishonest
- medicusmiki (10/5): Wonderfull - Hotel is Fantastic! Good position and very profesional and Lovely staff! Breakfast was ok! Swimming pool is super! Massage center with profesional staff was also fantastic! I was 7 times In this hotel and always was increadible! Coming again
- Mikhail (2/5): Not recommended to stay here - ‼️ WARNING ‼️ Basically this is a short time hotel. Not recommended for family’s or couples. Street (it’s an alley) is frightening at night. No security and dirty, dirty, dirty!!!
- Ploenphit (8/5): Conveniently sited and very client-friendly - Client-friendly with ever-helpful staff. Rooms clean. Breakfast buffet includes variety, with noodles and rice, but potato is seldom available. The swimming pool has plenty of space and there's a jacussi for those so inclined. Food and drink service is available at the pool, if requested. Sited on Soi 4 off Sukhumvit Road, with plenty of good little Thai and seafood restaurants within walking distance. I uased always to stay at the now-defunct Narai Hotel on Silom Road; the Nana gives me everything that I need, including a good pool, and is less expensive.
- Rishi (7/5): Very Nice - Good hotel in prime location for single 👌.
Staff is nice helpful 👍
Must book this hotel .
In 1000 baht it is very nice ... Best location 7- eleven just touching to hotel .
Clean room .
Good reception poeple.
- แคทรียา (1/5): Bad - I don't like No have TV and the AC is not cooling 😑 and too much expensive and the rooms are very small
- James (4/5): BEST RESORT, STAY. - Location to Nana area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Refrigerator in worm worked. No hot pot in room. Shower handle was just a screw?Difficult to turn, hard on the fingers. T v did not work. Reception area has the smell of mildew.
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Waldemar (8/5): Basic but good location - Ok. Standard service. Basic room for sleeping only. V good location with 7/11 around the corner. But as in most cases with budget hotels you can hardly find the hotel name/sign from the street. The biggest problem was to realise while booking that my PayPal which I've been using for ages crashed and there was no phone number to call hotel.
- Kalpesh18 (5/5): Passable -
- Alizan (1/5): Bad -
- 996wmj (10/5): Nana Hotel is excellent. - Nana Hotel is our favorite hotel in all of Bangkok along with very affordable room rates. The staff always treat us really good. I like how rapidly they resolve any request. Their laundry services are excellent. Housekeeping staff are very efficient and proactive. We also enjoy Nana Hotel's excellent restaurant with a variety of western and Thai food. The hotel is located within the entertainment district and is within walking distance of public transportation and Terminal 21 mall.
- PatrickH284 (4/5): Disappointing is an understatement! - I booked online over their website but of course no booking on arrival which ended up costing me more. I booked this hotel strictly for location and this was a mistake. It would have been great if their website said the pool was closed for renovation but that would have been too sensible! It seemed like the whole hotel was under renovation as the ceiling was exposed on level 8. I thought my room was dirty, certainly not as clean as I would have expected. I put out the do not disturb sign for my lady friend who wanted to sleep but of course they woke her up to clean the room. Best avoided.
- coggins196 (10/5): Nana Hotel is a great place to stay in Bangkok - A very pleasing hotel. from the moment I checked in and left the staff were kind and always helpful. The hotel is near all amenities and entertainment areas so you do not have to travel far for night life and night shopping if you do not want to. The Nana hotel rooms are lovely to stay in and the air conditioning system is very quiet. There are toiletries in each room and towels for you and guests as it is a guest friendly hotel if you wish a friend to come over for a drink(s) or chat(s) in your room. The cleaning staff do a very high standard of cleaning and clean every day to rid the hotel of any hot weather bugs or flies which might creep in due to the amount of wood furniture the hotel has in the building. Room service is always available but I think the prices of some food on the room service list should be a bit lower.. The toilet / bathrooms have showers and baths so you can choose how to wash. Security is of a high standard at this hotel and they make you feel safe and secure while staying at this hotel. The TV channels are good but only 82 compared to some hotels that have 150 channels but who wants to be watching tv in your room all day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot and they make a great coffee in the cafe area where you can seat and relax. Lastly my favourite thing at this hotel was the breakfast which is included in the price of your stay at this hotel. This hotel provides a top quality breakfast. I did not miss a day as the breakfast was cooked well and ate well. The high quality of food and amount of choice was perfect. I only wish they could cook omelettes like they do in a 5 star restaurant (get the omelettes cooked right for that top standard) but it is still worth eating.
- Tomasz (8/5): Perfect location, clean room. 50 m from all the attractions though quiet. - Location, price. TV didn't work.
- Ian (2/5): - This was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Looked like my room had not been cleaned in months. Elevator looks and sounds like it is going to break at any moment. Staff was rude and won’t answer calls from Expedia. I was there for 5 minutes and had booked a three night stay. Staff was unwilling to work with me on this. I asked if I could get a refund for the second and third night and they could charge me for the one night even though I wasn’t staying and they could have it available for another guest. Wouldn’t work with me on this and I booked another hotel and when I was leaving the hotel staff asked me for the key. I said I will give you the key in three days since I paid for them and you won’t refund them. They wanted the key so they could keep my money and rent it to someone else. I stayed near by at nicer hotel and went to this hotel next day to see if it was occupied by someone else. My key didn’t work so I went to hotel desk and they wouldn’t reprogram my key for the room I paid for. So obviously they rented it to someone else even though I had paid for it. Very shady place and management. Don’t ever stay at this hotel.
- bhunesh2019 (8/5): Value for Money . decent place - This is first time they have given early check in normally in thailand you dont get early checkin . very decent and good hotel at prime location. rooms are old styled but spacious. good connectivity. breakfast if also good mostly European styled.
- Jose (6/5): Good enough, but since we arrived early morning, we were charged as an extra night. - There was no breakfast at the hotel Too small elevator and not on main road location, inside an alley
- Ploenphit (10/5): Still a nice place to stay - My third or fourth visit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent, attractive swimming pool. Old-fashioned (but that's good), with large reception area. Buffet breakfast reasonable, but less good this year (why no potato except on three days out of 28?). Lots of small restaurants nearby, all good. Plan to visit again.
I CAN FIND NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT TRIPADVISOR, SO USE THIS WAY OF REQUESTING THAT MY REVIEWS BE AMALGAMATED. AT PRESENT, THEY ARE SCATTERED UNDER AUTHORSHOPS OF TIM SHARROCK, TIM S, DR TIM SHARROCK, DR J T R SHARROCK, ETC. PLEASE AMALGAMATE. THERE'S ONLY ONE OF ME.
- Neil (1/5): Worse, dirty, good for other hotels with the same amount of money! - No breakfast Need clean bed without bugs!
- Deepak (5/5): Passable -

- aarony620 (10/5): A Very Good Stay - Check-in went smoothly and although I only stayed here one night, I found the hotel to be good. The room was clean and comfortable with large bed, a safe deposit box, coffee making facilities, a good selection of English language news / movie channels. The bathroom was clean with a bathtub and shower with good water pressure. The breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of Western and Asian food. The hotel also has a swimming pool and is located a few metres from the nightlife. I was pleased with my room and the price I paid for it. The only drawback was the noise from the bars located nearby the hotel, therefore it would be advisable to get a room on a high floor at the back of the hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes.
Pros: Good breakfast, swimming pool, welcoming drink, coffee making facilities, safe deposit box, clean room and bathroom, location.
Cons: Outside noise during the night.
- SteakFox (8/5): Great value for money - The refurbished rooms are great -- much bigger than the room sizes you get in newer hotels -- even if the foyer still resembles a Middle Eastern souk and the corridors smell of cigarette smoke. That said, the overall experience is actually great value for money and I would have no hesitation staying there again.
- J6736MDjohn (2/5): Poor old nana - Poor old nana, it will be the last time I go there, so old and run down now, staff are old, guests are old.
Best buffet breakfast still, though. It's a pity, though, the position can't be beaten, no beer in the fridge, no coffee making facilities, disappointed.
- Andrew (10/5): - excellent stay at this hotel.
- Abd Khir Amin (4/5): - Doesnt look like the pictures. Not coming back.
- Cleve (8/5): This place was fine. - This hotel was fine. It was clean the staff was friendly. The only thing I suggest would be to have a coffee maker in the lobby. Others might not, but I like a cup of coffee in the morning. I have no complaints. Liked the place and would stay there again.
- Laszlo (10/5): Amazing place in Bangkok Nana - This hotel is amazing place to stay .
- thanisorn (4/5): Brothel - Bathroom was used uncleaned and used, not wel ventilated. The only thing that was clean is the sheets on the bed. I booked 2 rooms 1for 2nights. And the other 1 night. I stayed 1 night and booked somewhere else, for me and my colleague.
(Payed 3 stay 1)
- Robert (2/5): worst hotel customer service ever - terrible stay...i would never stay here again...they ran out of my room type so i got downgraded for the first night.
staff was never around and sleeping on duty.
wifi did not work.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location for the bar scene.
Cold air conditioning and a lift.
Nice bed and pillows with nice linen.
Cleanliness is the only disappointment but it should be remembered that you rarely see a vacuum cleaner being used in Thailand.
Small cold bar fridge that had moisture and mold on the botton.
Previous guests unfinished crispy food left in an open container on top of the fridge.
I shouldn't mention because im sure they just missed seeing it.
I hate having to say bad things about this hotel because its not that bad and the staff downstairs are very nice.
If only they could clean the lift i probably wouldn't have mentioned the fridge or food.
Good shower and Hot water.
The hotel is ok and maybe I was just unlucky.
Wish them success.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great spot but dont remember the price.
Bit basic but refreshed hotel.
Good A/C, Hot water, Bed and sheets.
Room and bed was clean in the beginning.
Staff downstairs were great but nobody cleaned the room for 6 days and the towels were only changed once.
A guy knocked on my door and asked for a cigarette and said he'd clean the room tomorrow but tomorrow never came.
I'm sure they regret and if I'd asked reception I'm sure things would have been sorted promptly.
Lastly the lift is small and very slow and while i think its pretty new it looks quite grubby.
Depending on the price and what your looking for the room served its purpose fine and the location it the best if your looking for bars and girls.
Its ok.
- MONTY (6/5): Good hotel, bad clients. - When I checked in I was pretty happy, clean good internet, decent staff. However, a fight occurred in the hallway, with a Arab man and women fighting a thai man. I opened my door because I heard a woman screaming. Thing is the Arab woman and man were fighting a thai guy ( and they lost). I had to change rooms as they saw my face. Arabs and Indians frequent this hotel so it is a bit different I guess
I am trying to be positive on this but after that I would not stay there again even though I am a very seasoned traveler. It is a bit of a shame as the property itself is decent.,
- Russ (2/5): - They never cleaned the room. I was booked on the wrong date and they would not work with me. I ended up paying for a day I could not stay at the hotel plus all the days I did stay. Shower didn't drain. Power to TV was off for 2 days. Once they had my payment I didn't matter to them anymore
- Xu Dong (8/5): Pleasant without the bells and whistles - Great little hotel in a prime location. Single room, well priced and staffed 24 hours a day. Very friendly staff with limited English but enough to get by. Strong wifi, good AC, basic toiletries all made the stay worthwhile. Housekeeping and water on-demand but never an issue. Bed as hard as a rock and bed topper was not the same size as the mattress which killed my lower back. Easy access to restaurants, bars, food, and the Nana BTS station. Overall, recommend!
- Blue (4/5): - The bathroom was wery dirty and they never cleen or nothing in my 3 day stay. Staff, sleeeping around in the lobby sofas day or night or occupied whith a smartphone. The room looks ok.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good value for money New hotel hard to fing.U go soi 4 nana around hooters oh right side than 7/11 on left and right after 7/11 its hidden in a small lane.Great location near nana entertainment and Sukumwit business. If it had also swimmingpool ...but for price its great
