• Roman (10/5): We would come back again next time - excellent value for money! - The Appartnent was excellent, very clean and comfortable. With good location near Rialto bridge with all required cutlery Hot water was switched off - gas supply to boiler was closed. You have to know how to start it
• Jean Claude (5/5): decevant pour le prix - plusieurs points a revoir d'urgence : robinet dans la salle de bain mal fixé, plafond de la douche moisi ou sale, dans la cuisine des prises murales mal fixées ou en mauvaise états, néon ne fonctionne pas, saladier fendu , juste 4 petites cuillères , manque vraiment de matériel de cuisine, dans les chambres matelas sans alèse et pas confortables, climatisation très bruyante donc impossible de s'en servir, odeur épouvantable dans 1er placard ou est entreposé le matériel de nettoyage . Tous ses points sont vraiment a rectifiés au plus vite , je regrette d'avoir loué cette appartement le prix n’étant pas justifié.

• Hein (5/5): Super Lage, kurze Wege zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider keine Basics in der Küche. - Die Lage war sehr gut! Nur 3 Minuten von der Rialto Brücke entfernt und dennoch ruhig. In der Umgebung gab es auch viele Cafés und Restaurtants. Es waren leider keine "Basics" in der Küche verhanden, nicht einmal ein Trockentuch?! Wir hatten erwartet, dass wenigsten etwas Zucker, Milch, Tee, .... verfügbar ist. Diese Sachen in Venedig zu kaufen ist nicht einfach. Zudem würden wir empfehlen eine Kapselkaffeemaschine anzuschaffen, denn Kapseln gibt es überall zu kaufen und sind leicht zu handhaben (leider nicht so umweltfreundlich :-( )

• Julie (1/5): Run, don’t walk, as far away from this rental as possible! - It was located in a good area When we first got there at 9pm we were quietly walking up the steps. When we turned the corner a woman was standing the and shouted “people live here” We stated we were aware. She yelled “you’re not welcome” and slammed the door. From that moment on our stay was uncomfortable. The smell in the apartment was moldy and we finally found the culprit. The mop head with mold on it that was in the closet. We finally had to place it on the balcony. We then looked at my son’s bed and there was blood on the sheets! I wrote the booking agency and they simply said “sorry.” We spent the entire time uncomfortable and looking for someplace else to stay. I am currently fighting for some money back
• Angela (7/5): Venice stay close to Rialto Bridge - The location was excellent. Very close to Rialto Bridge and within walking distance (about 5min) from the water taxi stop. There were lots of nice restaurants and shops close to the apartment. The hosts were great at providing information on how to access the accommodation, providing easy to follow and detailed directions. The light at the top landing next to the property door was not working which made it tricky coming up the last flight of stairs leading the accommodation. The bathroom tap was loose and was nervous that the tap would come off and potential cause a leak. The bed is one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in.

• Ian (8/5): Great authentic Venetian house in the middle of Venice close to markets. Loved it. Winter visit. - Location on the canal and very close to central parts of Venice but very quiet (winter). Easy walking. Close to fish market and fresh food market made cooking at home an easy treat. Authentic Venetian home. Coffee close by. Had a little bit of an issue with neighbour downstairs. Language difference made communication difficult. We thought we were model tenants so feel she might have a problem! Would be 10/10 if the neighbour wasn't there or hadn't been confrontational on one night.

• Clifton (10/5): Perfect! - Excellent location! Very close to everything and far enough away from the busy tourist area. We left a window screen open during the night and got eaten up by bugs. Completely our fault!
• Irit (9/5): Superb - The location was fantastic.Close to the vaporatto and interesring places.The flat was very convenient.The flat is close to restaurants, coffee houses and food places.we got quick help by phone when we needed.We recomend warmly the flat for visitors in Venice.
• Kamen (7/5): Nice place to stay if you are ready to fight the reservation mess! - Very good location, close to Ponte de Rialto, also very clean and quiet place. There is a restaurant downstairs with very delicious pizza! The garbage rule is very discomforting. I’m in vacation, I don’t want to wake up between 6:30 and 8:30 and wait for a boat to collect the garbage. The staff isn’t the best. I made the online check in a week before the arrival. Two days before arrival they ask me to check in, I explained that I’ve already did it, and waiting to pay the city tax. Received the tax invoice and paid it, but didn’t get the code for the door. In the day of arrival I had to communicate with them again. So I was asked again to check in /online/. Same explanations, bla, bla, bla…. So then it turned out that I had not paid the fee for one of the children. I had to wait for an invoice again to pay and only then to receive the codes. They responded quickly, sent the invoice, I paid, after a while I received the codes. All this was happening while we were walking to the apartment, pulling the suitcases and at the same time I was talking on the phone to clarify once again whether I had checked in online or not.
• Sanjay (2/5): - Someone knocked out door on first day and telling that they are from apartment below the property and they have water leak from this apartment. How could I trust someone in a new place. We told them to contact the property owner, but we did not feel safe there after. They asked us to vacate the property next day in morning and gave us an alternate property away from this location Rialto. We had to pack everything in the morning and leave to another property. Rialto property did not have bath soap and toilet was not sufficient for 2 days. Kitchen did not have basics like salt and pepper, I had to go buy it just to have a simple breakfast at home. I totally forgot to check salt and pepper in apartment when we bought our groceries. The other property was not that good and far from Rialto. We requested full refund, and they agreed. Now I had lost half day struggling to pack and move. After that I had to change the plans and cut short my trip activities in Venice and was so stressed. Vacation ruined! Had to drop off the at Luggage storage facility and went out and then booked another place in evening, was challenging to get anything in reasonable price range on short motice. Now comes the refund, they did not refund the full amount and took the cancellation fee. I did not cancel, they did, why should I pay cancellation fee? Had to contact Expedia and they helped me get the full refund after few days of back and forth. So much pain and stress for a vacation we wanted to enjoy :(

Very good kitchen for when we are in and near some good restaurants when we were out. Close to the canal for transport It’s on the third floor up stairs and we had 5 suitcases. Luckily we only had to use them twice

• Graham (6/5): Pleasant - Property was well presented, very spacious and nice We were cold in the property. It was raining and wet and cold outside the property had air conditioning and heating in the rooms with remote controls but didn’t work. We were not allowed to touch or adjust the temperature. It was controlled by the owners in the lockbox. Ad says heating and air-conditioning, but doesn’t tell you you can’t use it.
• Richard (9/5): Quiet, comfortable, fully furnished apartment in Venice. - We appreciated the washer and full kitchen, a cold AC, and view of the canal. Four people easily shared this space. The furnishings made it very comfortable. We had some difficulty finding the place on the canal where we were to deposit our waste, but we figured it out by asking people. Even though there is a 10P noise curfew, on one night, some loud people in the stairwell woke the building at 2AM.
• Giancarlo (1/5): Bad - Very dirty... Live gay porn from front neighbors house. Ghetto apartment.. Of all the B&b I've stayed within the last six(6),this was the worst. No coffee,sugar, etc, or anything for breakfast.... All the other eight(8) provided such basic things... We had to go buy our toilet Pics to follow.... Oh yeah, did I mention NOT CHILDREN FRIENDLY what so ever.... Downstairs neighbors screamed at my 5 - and 3 year old 2 hrs after entering the apartment..... This property owner couldn't be reached to remedy the situation... We have an open ticket with booking for a full refund.... Neighbors in front walked either naked or with underwear in the apartment.... Conclusion HIGHLY DON''T RECOMMEND!!!!!! Everything 6
