- Claudia (6/5): - Wir waren 2018 schon mal in diesem Hotel und die Renovierung der Zimmer hat das Zimmer und das Bad aufgewertet. Die Klimaanlage war anscheinend zu klein für das Zimmer (Zimmer 901). Die Anlage war so laut, als wenn ein Düsenjet im Zimmer landet. Selbst wenn wir sie ausgeschaltet haben war die Anlage aus dem Nachbarzimmer extrem zu hören. Der Frühstücksraum war so kalt, dass die Leute versucht haben in der Lobby zu frühstücken. Selbst das Frühstück wurde gegenüber 2018 extrem reduziert. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht und wir hatten schon den Level 3 Bonus.

- Lucefudge (10/5): Great for the money - Very happy with the hotel itself, free breakfast was also a win although we only had it a couple of times it had juice, tea, coffee, toast, boiled eggs, spreads waffles, bagels, fruit etc. air con worked well but was noisy at times, we had a renovated room which was cleaned every 3 days, only downside to this was we had to ask if we needed more toilet paper or towels etc, we also had a problem with dead bugs that were all over the floor every time we returned to our room so had to ask for this to be hoovered daily as there were so many, the elevators didn’t work the whole 2 weeks we were there so we had to use the service elevator instead which was fine but would have been ideal if all the elevators were working, parking was always available and plenty of space and also free! We were close to the parks and it was an ideal location but I would say we were at the not as nice end of international drive but for the price we paid I would not complain! Staff were friendly but didn’t ask how our stay was when we checked out, hotel smells lovely too
- Maria Paula (1/5): Horrible! Pésima experiencia. No se alojen aquí. - Nada! Pésima experiencia! Nos atendieron muy mal. Cobraron la totalidad de la estadía con la tarjeta de la reserva y no con la que ofrecimos a tal fin. No andaba el ascensor y nos pusieron en un piso 10. Teníamos que silbarle a un empleado desde un balcón para que nos envíe el ascensor de servicio si deseábamos bajar. Estábamos presos en el mismo edificio. Además había olor a podrido en la habitación. Obviamente quisimos irnos porque no había miras de solucionar todo esto y comenzaron a tratarnos mal, nos amenazaron con cobrar igualmente la estadía completa aunque la canceláramos y no nos querían devolver el depósito. Cómo si fuera poco al mencionar todas las molestias en recepción nos dijeron que la persona encargada no estaba disponible para atendernos y que como no sabían que hacer y no podían responder a nuestras quejas se sentían ofendidos y dejaron de atendernos. Vergonzoso. Nos amargaron las vacaciones! No vayan! Por supuesto cancelamos a nuestro costo y nos retiramos pero se rehusaron a devolvernos nuestro dinero. Horrible experiencia.
- Orkhan (8/5): - The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the mosquitoes make it almost impossible to stay outside. The parking was convenient, and the pool was nice. The hotel breakfast was basically nonexistent — besides waffles, boiled eggs, and bread, there was nothing else. Don’t be fooled by the “breakfast included” claim.
- M5826HPcindyh (10/5): Genuine Kindness - Barbie was wonderful, helping us through a very difficult situation since our daughter had broken her leg the day before we arrived. She let us use a wheelchair, then made sure we had adequate space for it in our room plus access to a working elevator.

- alanh209 (2/5): Could be a lot better - Rooms and hotel nice enough but Aircon unit very noisy, lots of mosquitos in the room everyday, we even bought a can of raid! Rooms would be better without adjoining doors as some people have no idea how to have a conversation at a reasonable dB level, rooms 'cleaned' every 3 days but that essentially means the bed being made and new towels, floors were quite dirty with bugs etc and your bare feet get dirty, breakfast time is also a circus again mainly due to guests standing in a long line halfway round the restaurant whilst one person puts a piece of bread in the toaster then everyone waits for them to be finished before the next person puts a piece of bread in and so on, these are the commercial toasters with a conveyor so can take multiple slices of bread at a time if only people had some common sense, Ended up buying cereal etc at supermarket just to avoid the breakfast farce, pool is nice,never too busy, could probably use a few more sun beds, separated our trash into recycle/ non recyclable, the bin was emptied and all the recycling just left in our room. Would look elsewhere next time

- Cristian Lucas (5/5): - La ubicación muy buena, el personal muy amable, la habitación y el baño eran grandes y con todo lo necesario. El hotel en sí mismo, es muy lindo y cómodo. La limpieza y el desayuno de lo peor. Apenas ingresé a la habitación y me saqué el calzado, estuve 5 minutos y me dí cuenta que tenía la planta de los pies llenos de tierra. Deben barrer para sacar la suciedad superficial pero no deben limpiar profundamente. Por otro lado la bacha del lavatorio estuvo tapada toda la estadía. Por último, y lo que menos me gustó, el desayuno. Si bien era continental solo tenía un poco de variedad de panes y wafles, con unas pocas opciones para untarlos. Frutas solo manzanas y naranjas. Otra cosa que tenía era huevos duros. Después de eso nada más. Siendo el hotel que es debería trabajar mucho en eso.

El elevador no servía, estábamos en el nivel 10 y teníamos que estar pidiendo el de servicio para poder bajar, en una ocasión me quedé atorada con los hijas de 3 años, el miércoles que entramos dijeron que tardarían 20 min en arreglarlo y salimos viernes y nunca pasó. El desayuno puede mejorar, los huevos son horribles.

There was a power outage few days before our arrival and the elevator was inoperable during all the stay. You had to call main desk every time to need to get up or down using one service elevator for a 12 floor building. El piso de la habitación el baño es sucio, no puedes andar descalzo.

Após 4 noites assim para só então providenciar um novo quarto. Ar condicionado muito barulhento e banheiro com odor ruim do ralo. Os dois elevadores com problemas, sendo necessário sempre ligar para recepção para alguém acionar elevador de serviço para subir até o andar. Café da manhã com vários itens que acabavam antes do horário final (panquecas, frutas, ovos) e uma longa fila para se servir

Réveillez-vous les amis la sieste est finie ! le client est roi, la moindre des choses c'est de lui expliquer correctement où se situe la chambre et de lui prêter un briquet quand il le demande. La climatisation dans la salle du petit déjeuner : prévoir une doudoune et un bonnet si vous ne voulez pas finir gelé devant la machine à pancake !

The location was also convenient for visiting the parks and nearby attractions. The breakfast quality was disappointing and had very limited options. We also spent two days without elevator service, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the pool was dirty and did not look properly maintained during our stay.

- wayne44h (10/5): Great renovations great value - I had been to Ramada many years ago and was disappointed. Wow what a change. The hotel has undergone some renovations and it is now a very welcoming hotel reception and the rooms are really lovely. This hotel offers Breakfast (pastries, cereal, tea and coffee) which is a bonus. Pool area is clean and although small is adequate and there is a Jacuzzi. The main reason for picking this hotel was price and you won’t get better value anywhere on International drive in my opinion.

Le pire est la climatisation qui fait un bruit énorme et empêche les gens avec un sommeil léger de dormir ! Les ascenseurs sont toujours en panne ainsi que la jacuzzi. A soir aussi que l'exposition au soleil pour Le côté piscine est intéressant qu'en matinée. Le petit déjeuner est une horreur... manque de goût des aliments, et presque rien a manger. Du pain, des céréales et des pancakes sorti d'une machine. Aucun personne ne cuisine, tout est en boîte. Une honte pour un petit déjeuner.

- NASTASSJA L (3/5): Hospedagem no Ramada Plaza Orlando - A única observação positiva é a localização. As instalações são ruins, principalmente o elevador antigo e com falta de manutenção. Logo na chegada, só havia 1 elevador funcionando, o segundo já se encontrava quebrado. Resultado: o único elevador em uso também quebrou e o deslocamento passou a ser de escada durante toda a estadia (o hotel tem 12 andares). Não tomaram providências para o conserto. Foi muito desagradável ver idosos tendo que usar o elevador de carga para deslocamento. Não recomendo que façam reserva no Ramada Plaza da International Dr. Nunca mais retorno a este hotel.

Only 1 of the 2 lifts were working for our week long stay which created long queues throughout the day. Could do with better system at breakfast as 1 queue for everything too much. In reality, it’s an old and inconvenient hotel. - Renovated room Good value Old, noisy, and unrenovated air conditioning One of the two elevators is closed—not because it’s broken, but presumably to cut costs—so the wait times are long. The laundry room only has one washer and one dryer, so it's unavailable while others' turn. When I checked in, I was told that housekeeping would come in every day, but I stayed for three nights and they never came in once.

- vanderahii (8/5): Excelente Localização e Custo benefício. - Localização Excelente. Ótimo custo benefício. O café da manhã, apesar de ser americano, tinha até uma boa variedade. Quarto amplo, espaçoso e limpo. Andar alto e calmo. Ficamos na segunda torre, que apesar de ter 3 elevadores, 2 sociais e 1 de serviço, somente um estava funcionando e isso foi um incomodo. Se for ficar em andar baixo (1 ou 2) evite ficar nos quartos próximos as arvores. Havia muitos mosquitos de noite nas lampadas do corredor, e quando entramos no quarto estava infestado. Nos colocaram la inicialmente, apesar de termos reservado andar alto, porém reclamamos e nos trocaram para o 10 andar em menos de meia hora e tudo foi resolvido.

LO BUENO : - Esta cerca de Casi todo lo que necesites especialmente de Universal Studios y sus parques - Hay transporte gratis a universal eso si EN UN SOLO HORARIO DE IDA Y DE REGRESO. no es que tengan buses pasando cada 10 minutos. - Estacionamientos Gratis PEROOOOO hay pocos asi que si llegas muy tarde a eso de las 9 en adelante YA NO HAY ESPACIO, en mi caso me pude estacionar en otras areas o buscando con calma. - el personal Muy Amable.. - No cobran RESORT FEE, Generalmente los hoteles en este area cobran un costo adicional por noche de 35 a 50 por ser Resorts o algo asi. en otros hoteles siempre me cobraban eso. - La habitacion tenia una nevera, microndas y una salita cool para estar y comer. - la piscina esta abierta desde el amanecer al atercer, algunos les lei que habia que pagar extra, yo siempre vi la puerta abierta y cuando pregunte me dijeron que claro que podia usarla. - las vistas al lago de noche son TOP. tiene de frente unos parques con unas luces que se ve todo bien cool LO NO TAN BUENO: - Si el desayno incluido es tu factor de desicion PUES AQUI NO ES. es basicamente, Pan, Queso Crema y Cafe. Aveces habia huevos, pero nunca entendi huevos de que porque estaban MALOS. - Los parkings son Limitados, aunque siempre encontre estacionamientos incluso en los locales mas cercanos, pero NADA COMPLICADO, todo super cerca - La limpeza no es diaria, pero en mi caso no me molesto. - Hay un bloqueo a tu tarjeta por gastos supuestamente si danas algo, pero ya hay cosas que se ven malucas asi que me da miedo me las quieran cobrar a mi. - Esta un poquito lejos de los parque de Disney, pero ya toca priorizar. RESUMEN: 9 DE 10. A MI ME GUSTO, SEGURO REPITO SIN DUDARLO. Lei muchas cosas malas y reviews malos que no le hacen justicia al lugar. que fue muy corta la estadia hahaha

Only down is the poor (free) breakfast and one of the two elevator not working. That's was challenging getting up and down from the 9th floor before going to the park while maintenance and cleaning were using the same elevator with their cart. Any happy with this hotel .

Una máquina para panqueques dañada por lo tanto las filas súper largas, Desayuno muy malo, aseo cada 3 días, habitación en primer piso cerca de parqueadero se escuchaba bastante ruido.

Room didn’t match booking (got 2nd floor instead of high floor), dirty window, bad smell, and overall poor cleanliness. Deluxe room was outdated with an unclean bathroom. The luxury suite was worse, dirty carpet, strong odor, weak AC, and broken coffee machine. Breakfast was basic and crowded, pool not clean and closes early, and service was unfriendly at check-in. Not worth the price, better options available.

- Kris (6/5): Really good stay, Ramada a decent base for Universal and Disney parks - Location was good, room was huge and clean and well renovated, breakfast was good Room on 8th floor of 12, only 1 lift working for entire tower, absolute chaos. 20 minute waits to go up or down at the wrong time. Needed some help from a night shift worker at 1am, she couldn’t be bothered and told me to do it in the morning. Breakfast was good but food ran out early.
