Is definitely a different world there, busy and chaotic but nothing too bad! We didn’t mind the craziness. The host was responsive but the internet didn’t work for me so I had trouble getting a hold of her. The place was clean and comfortable I did not like the lady that checked us in! She couldn’t wait to run away! We had to take two elevators up and I’d never seen an elevator like that, she never cared to explain it to me before going up. so after her and two of my kids went up to 4th floor, I lost the only dime I had trying to figure it out so I had to walk up 4 stories with all the luggage. No effort to come down and help from her. And while staying up there she yelled at my 6 year old map obsessed kid for trying to grab a map from the table outside the apartment! The rest of the trip my kid was scared that the mean lady is going to come and yell at him! And the internet never worked after the first hour!

• Σμαράγδα (10/5): - Everything was clean, the host provided us with very detailed instructions on how to find the property. She also let us stay a few more hours after the normal check out time. Highly recommend, it is the best place to see real authentic Italian lifestyle. The breakfast was also nice :)

• Gema (8/5): - La habitación era muy grande, tenía cocina, nevera, horno pequeño ( no tenía microondas) , una mesa grande para comer y balcón. La ubicación era muy buena cerca de la estación, metro y 10/15 minutos del centro historico. No nos pareció una zona insegura, es sucia pero había presencia de policía y militares por la zona día y noche. El desayuno era en una cafetería cercana y las opciones eran café y un dulce. Falta un poco de mantenimiento en la habitación, la ducha de nuestra habitación estaba oxidada y la percha para las toallas también.

Noi abbiamo trascorso tre giorni sempre fuori a visitare la città e ritornare la sera presso la struttura non è mai stato un problema.. per la vicinanza dell stazione. Letto e cuscini comodi. • Radka Pešlová (8/5): Hlučnost nás omezovala, ale jinak jsme byli velmi spokojeni. - Ubytování bylo v těsné blízkosti dopravního uzlu nádraží Garibaldi, což nám skvěle vyhovovalo. Pokoj byl prostorný, orientovaný na východ (okna šla zadělat proti světlu), malý balkónek. Klimatizace topila. Přijeli jsme pozdě v noci a i tak nám ubytovatelka vyšla vstříc. Ubytovatelka byla velmi ochotná, milá a okamžitě reagovala na Whatsapp. Výtah do 4. patra se platí ve výši 0,1 Eur. Počet Eur jsme dostali "na uvítanou" podle počtu dní. Dostatek ručníků. Úklid šlo domluvit den předem (nepotřebovali jsme). K dispozici mýdlo, a sáčky se sprchovým gelem a šampónem, dostatek toaletního papíru a fén. Snídaně v místní kavárně je jen croisant a káva (nicméně pistáciový croisant byl velmi chutný). Pokoj bez nádobí a kuchyně. Pouze malá lednička s vodou v ceně a plastové kelímky (uvítali bychom alespoň varnou konvici, nůž, hrneček). Vada nemovitosti (nebyla vina ubytovatelky): Velmi hlučné splachování, dlouhý nástup teplé vody a stěny domu propouštěly zvuk. Rozuměli jsme slovům, chrápání i zvonění budíku, i ve 4 hod. ráno, vyvážení popelnic bylo velmi zatěžující.

Лифт неожиданно платный, 10 центов за подъем, но мелочью для лифта обеспечил хозяин. Завтрак обычный итальянский подавался по талонам в кафешке на углу (различные варианты кофе+круассан), вполне вкусный и свежий. По первому впечатлению показалось, что посуду не помыли, а просто сполоснули, пришлось помыть еще раз.

Also the location is super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks for the stay At first I thought it was not a nice street but in the end everything worked perfectly. It's not dangerous. Also, I would say you have to pay 10 cents for using the elevator, but it's not a big deal.

Very helpful & friendly host that guided us and make sure we arrive at the location without hassle. Unit is comfortable with hotel-like amenities. Breakfast is great too & good hospitality. Should come back again sometime! Drainage a bit clogged mayb due to higher floor in a building like that, but alls good.

• Stefano (9/5): Nice for a couple of days - - The location is great, literally at 2 mins walk from the Central Station - The detailed explanation of Serena who contacted us with details of how to arrive and how to organize the check-in - The zone around the central station is just very dirty and full of weird people which are sleeping in the streets and from time to time screaming like crazy. This happens to be a drawback of being close to a central station, not the appartment itself. But it is something worth to be mentioned - The bathroom was not very clean, it could be much better than it was.

Air conditioning working perfectly. We only had to empty the water tank once. All kitchen and bathroom supplies available. Elevator needs 10cents for each trip (condominium decision). Bathroom needs some renovations. Pillows too hard.

No complaints at all! - Clean and spacious room and an operational kitchen with everything you need. 5 minutes walk from Napoli Central station and metro station. Plenty of food points around. The host, Serena, was extremely helpful. We were sent a short video of how to approach the building from train station. On arrival, we were given a piece of paper with all the important information about the public transport to approach the various attractions along with a comprehensive map which made our trip so much easier. The old style lift. Couple of times have to use the stairs because the person who used the lift earlier didn’t close the door of the lift properly and the lift got stuck. The neighbourhood was a bit noisy and rough but this is what you expect close to the train stations.

Just like any area near a major train station in a big city, it can be very mixed and one needs to be careful of traffic and pickpockets. Breakfast coupons provided for use in café on the street corner. One needs to pay to use the lift, but owner provided coins for 3 lift usages

• Hyde (10/5): Perfect - The apartment was very clean and spacious. The hosts really accommodated to our six day stay and even provided us with extra towels etc upon arrival. Everything in the apartment was exceptional and the kitchen was also spacious and had all the basics to cook if wanted. The stay includes breakfast less than a street away which was also very pleasant. We were definitely not disappointed at all with our stay at Naples at Rifugio di Garibaldi and would recommend it if you want to stay at Naples. The only thing that could be improved regarding the apartment are some of the utensils in the kitchen but apart from that our stay was perfect.

• Terrence (9/5): Once again, it was excellent. - Excellent. Three blocks from the train station, the rooms were spacious and very reasonably priced. Great balcony. Serena and Sara and staff were very accommodating. Stayed a couple days also on return to Rome from Amalfi coast because needed a rest and it felt like returning home to my own apartment.
• Ana (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great and walking distance from metro and train from where you are easily connected to ferry’s to Capri and Ischia, train to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Sorrento etc. Also is near the historic centre of the city. The room is spacious and the breakfast includes a free coffee and bagel in the restaurant next to the building which is a nice way to start the day. The cleanness of the room was an issue and the bed pillow was too hard, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The walls in the building are very thin so be prepared to hear your neighbours.

• Ervin (9/5): Great place to stay - The room is big enough for one family of 4 members, is a kitchen inside enough to cook. Air-conditioning working fine. The host are very friendly and very helpful, always promptly for everything. The location is a bit noisy but in the right place to get connected with the train and buses just for 2 to 5 minutes walking.

They came prepared with restaurant recommendations and places to visit in Napoli, that was nice of them. The neighborhood was horrible and litter litterally everywhere in mountains right in front of our house door.

• Vytautas (9/5): Superb - Hello to all. One woman is very honest to communicate. I have a daughter, she fed her daughter a juice drink. The house is ancient, very high ceilings, stairs, very interesting. The only downside is that you have to pay 10 euro cents for the elevator, you can walk up the stairs to the fourth floor, so I like to exercise.
