Guest Reviews
- Huang (6/5): I guess it’s good value? - The location is pretty good. It’s near the 13 districts where you can easily find anything, and if you like walking, you can walk to a lot of tourist’s spots. But that’s about it. The paper cup in the room.., I don’t think it’s very nice. The bed is too hard for us. Room is not as big as we thought it would be.
- AlainH1959 (10/5): A very nice stay - A nice hotel, in a quiet street with very friendly and helpful staff.
We arrived at 10.30 thinking we would drop our luggage and check in the afternoon, the person at the desk told us: if you can wait 20 minutes, your room will be ready, and sure it was.
The room is comfy enough with good air conditioning (and we needed it!).
The breakfast is scrumptious, they make the croissants on the spot, and you have everything you can reasonably require.
- Z6004NFolafg (2/5): No customer care - in case of issues very unprofessional handling, better avoid this hotel - Poor customer orientation, Management just attentive on bad reviews but not on real customer care - booked and had to cancel due to accident, hotel chargef 1400 Euro without offering any mitigation whilst re-selling the room. Free of charge cancelation thirteen days prior arrival was not accepted as it should have been 14days in advance - the rules are the rules...dear customer 'not' friendly Management .And beside, communicating only in French as you did not like the topic , demonstrates to me that customer satisfaction is not in your DNA!
On all my trips through the world, with here and there smaller and bigger problems with hotels & bookings, this has been the worst ever hotel experience and the least customer oriented hotel & Management ever met.
- McKenzie (10/5): - We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience! The rooms were clean, there were supplies for coffee and tea, daily housekeeping, and a 24 hour desk person. If you're used to American hotel rooms you will probably find this to be small, but I think it's pretty standard for Paris. Nice location close to the metro and several restaurants and bakeries. Would recommend!
- Anne (8/5): - Had air conditioning. Was easy to get into even after late night arrival, 24 hour reception, easy check in and check out. Friendly, helpful staff. did everything expected. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really good black out curtains. Tiny bit of occasional noise from plumbing but not enough to actually disturb sleep or disrupt anything. Handy location for metro and buses and also restaurants nearby
- Ariel (4/5): - Rude staff at the front desk. The lady who served the breakfast buffer was nice.
- trong (6/5): - Too small that there wasn't a fridge in the room. The bed/mattress sinks in the middle made it hard to sleep as a couple.
- Dominique (8/5): - Bien localisé, à proximité de tous les services. Très petite chambre mais propre. Lit confortable, salle de bain et douche minuscule mais qui fait l’affaire.
- Oliver (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay. This was my second time there.
A small gripe is I would prefer the cups for tea & coffee to be a firm material rather than disposable paper/plastic cups.
- Daniel (6/5): - Was just for one night Te room was very small
- Stephanie (2/5): - The property was not of my liking. Some of the staff were quite dismissive and rude. Especially one of the front desk clerk. The carpet inside the room was filthy and the room smell like cockoroaches.Breakfast was disastrous. One day, we chose to have breakfast and eventhough we were the first ones to arrive, there was almost nothing to chose from. No scrambled eggs! There is n5 small refrigerator or iron inside the rooms. Will never go back to this hotel.
- Jennifer (4/5): - Maybe the rooms on other floors were better but we had a room on the ground floor with a window that was blocked out because it faced the garbage! The carpets were old and dirty and the AC unit barely functioned and smelled horrible. Worst room I've ever experienced, but atleast the bed was clean and comfortable. I'd recommend paying a little more for better.
- Alba (8/5): - It was nice. The breakfast was so great. I’d recommend this hotel.
- Vincent (6/5): - Easy to get to via metro. Clean, accomadating. Breakfast for 30 euros seems extremely expensive. Property smelled like paint fumes.
- Tiana (10/5): Great Stay - Great and friendly service thank you !
- Lies (10/5): - Lovely hotel with easy access to transport links, restaurant and shops.
Fantastic and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast
- Terry (10/5): Excellent three star hotel - Please see previous review. The hotel itself is a brilliant example of what a three star hotel should be. The staff are excellent. It’s all just fine.
- Terry (10/5): - I’ve stayed in this chain before not at this location. This hotel was an excellent example of a good three star hotel. Staff are excellent helpful The room was a bit larger than typical three star, and very comfortable
- Angela (8/5): - Niet mogelijk om een borrel te drinken. Aardig personeel en wel wat kleine kamer
- Cat (8/5): - A great little hotel in the centre of Paris. Close to the metro and lovely places to eat in Place d’Italie. Had everything we needed (Inc air con - an unexpected and welcome bonus!) and nothing we didn’t 🙂
- TamaryHonda (2/5): Disappointed - I forgot a t-shirt on the hotel room. I contacted by booking messages and email, Eglantine was very kind and polite, he told me that he would send my T-shirt for 35 euros, I believed him and I paid, but it’s june and my t-shirt never got to Brazil. He just lied to me and probably stole my money.
- 2013Iain2013 (8/5): Great location, good value - Reviews suggested that the lift might not always work and because of this we requested a ground or 1st floor room. We received a ground floor one which was a bit small but with a great shower/toilet room, coffee/tea facilities and TV.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and this makes a huge difference - thank you.
The real plus for this hotel is its good value and great location just off Place d'Italie beside both Gobelins and Place d'Italie metro stations and near bus stops with direct links all over the city.
The area is very pleasant and safe.
We opted not to have breakfast in the hotel and instead had coffee and croissants at a bakery on Avenue des Gobelins about a 3 minute walk away. Also near by are a Carrefour City supermarket, several restaurants and bars, and two cinemas. It takes about 15/20 minutes by bus to get to the Louvre.
We will definitely stay here again on the next trip to Paris.
- Juanita D (6/5): safe, clean, good location. - It is a basic room that was clean. We have stayed here before because we like the location. I booked it when travel was slow so I had a half price rate. I have not stated her on some trips, as it's too pricey for what it is.
- 722clementiner (8/5): Great value for money - Spacious rooms with functioning air conditioning. Option to leave bags in the entrance before and after check in times. Great location. Only negative is that the cleaners came into our room at 9am despite us not having checked out which we found a bit strange.
- JOHN (10/5): - AC was great during the heatwave. Friendly employees. My room didn’t face the street so it was nice and quiet. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Italie Deux is great for shopping close by. Would definitely stay at this Kyriad again.
- lori (8/5): - It was a clean and friendly hotel but far from wherever we needed to go. Very insecure walking home at night.
- Ojanen (6/5): Not too bad - Decent price for the location, although room was extremely small and not like in the pictures. Air quality was not too good but not the worst either, bed not as comfy as you would find in other hotels. Breakfast was not too bad for the price of 11€, but within a short walk there are awesome bakeries that deliver so much more in terms of quality.
Would recommend if you are looking for an affordable stay without intention to spend time in the hotel.
- Valérie (6/5): - A/C was a bit loud and unreliable (would stop working after a while); very dark room and hallway (lights would not always automatically turn on). Tiny safe hard to reach on the closet floor with no instructions on how to use it) However, very clean.
- brandonlD3784TP (2/5): Not good - The hote had no working windows in our room or air conditioning. It was 93 degrees. The carpet on the room was filthy. The toilet was so close to the wall you had to sit sideways the entire hotel was so hot
- Abishakeraana (10/5): Good place to visit - . The staff were always on your back removing plates before you finished. this was not good and a sign of lack of training for the staff. And Virat Sharma Service is very best
Breakfast in the morning there was plenty to choose from but thing like bacon eggs porridge poached eggs
- Timoteo99 (8/5): Good location, grab bars needed in shower - Just returned from a week in Paris. Kyriad Hotel is near Place de Italie. Location is excellent, Metro station within a 5 minutes, bus stops even closer.
The hotel is small, very quiet at night. We had a room on the 5 th floor, with a small balcony. The room was small, but adequate by European standards. The mattresses were firm, but not painful.
Cleanliness was fine, ample towels supplied. There is a TINY elevator. Front desk people were helpful, spoke English. Other staff spoke only French. The website suggest the hotel can help with tours and airport transfers: not so. They will call you a cab. Period.
TWO NEGATIVES:
There is a bathtub, that is VERY difficult to climb into and out of. No shower curtain, there is a glass partition. There are NO GRAB BARS, and getting into and out of the tub/shower was difficult.
The hotel needs to think about adding grab bars.
The second NEGATIVE is the breakfast, which is included. The breakfast is adequate, and fits the current mold: cold cuts, baked goods, cereal, coffee, juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon. Every day. No change. After a week there, we'd have welcomed an Egg McMuffin!
There needs to be some variety, please. How about sausage with fried potatoes for a change? Plus, after sitting there in a warming pan for 2 hours, the scrambled eggs eventually get dry and lumpy.
So, very good location, but issues that need to be addressed are shower safety, and more food variety in the breakfast room
- Daydream20027579291 (8/5): Great location, convenient to transportation. - Great location, near metro, bus. Buffet breakfast is ample, but ordinary. Bathroom needs modernization, with grab bars. Good overall value. In area with lots of restaurants and shops. Staff friendly and at reception all speak English. Location on quiet side street.
- Ivana (8/5): Comfy, good location, but needs upgrades - Room size was decent for Paris, bathroom size was ok but getting in and out of the shower is not the easiest if you are not small and slender. Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, comfy bed but it needs an update (get rid of the wall-to-wall carpets!). Air conditioning is also an issue; it is controlled centrally and turned off between 9 pm and noon...it can get hot in the room.
- 453alisonh (10/5): Return visit - Stayed here before. Great 5th floor twin bedded room with a lovely balcony. Beds v comfortable and the bathroom small but adequate. Tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated. Many restaurants around and a small carrefour which stayed open till 10pm. Several metro stations nearby to chose from. Someone on reception on night. I will stay here again.
- cansut652 (8/5): Nice stay - it was all good except the room was on the ground floor and you can see nothing from the window. I feel a little bit restricted inside. Room was cleaning every day and the bed was comfortable. Location was pretty good.
- Mozzelman (6/5): Nice small hotel on a very good location. - Good hotel. Rooms are small and can be cleaner.
But what the f*ck, it is in Paris 200 meter from metro Gobbelins, just perfect.
The rue Mouffetard is such a nice street, we visit at least every year.
Nice to eat, meat and drink in a tippical Paris way!
- Thirrin (8/5): small but comfortable - the hotel was in a good position, near the metropolitan. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfy. There wasn't a mini fridge in the room, but the shower was very large and good, not as the usually shower that wet all the floor. Oh, and the room had a balcony
- Amirchand (8/5): Great location with an average room - Having lived in Kyriad hotel in Rennes, I had a better expectation from Kyriad Paris. To start with the best points, the location of the hotel is amazing, absolutely in the heart of the city. The nearest Subway station is Place d'italie which is a great place and was safe at night too. The staff is very helpful and there are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. Now, about the room, I was excited when I booked it as the rooms looked really nice and good quality in pictures. But when I reached, the rooms were pretty small with close to no amenities (not even tea/coffee packets). The bathroom lookes old but clean and was probably as big as the room. Nevertheless, the cleanliness is good and they take precautions for COVID-19 as well.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Maybe didn’t have the best room - Room was dark with no outside light and couldn’t open the window. But the bed was comfortable and the vbathroom clean
- David (8/5): Rugby weekend - Well received on arrival. All was ready for us. Rooms comfortable and my bed v much so. Good facilities. Good breakfast and good value. Helpful staff all round. V handy for Metro at Place D'Italie. Good bus routes nearby. 10min walk to lovely Rue Mouffetard. Reception manned all time which was v good. Would certainly come here again
- Elizabeth (8/5): Friendly hotel attached to student apartments. - Staff were very helpful directing us to bus routes, a good restaurant and trains.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Typical European Hotel Room - This was a typical very small European hotel room. It was okay. The location was very convenient and there were lots of eating places and transportation options. The place was clean but very tired and needing some renovations. Staff was friendly enough. We did not eat the breakfasts so I cannot tell you how they were. The windows were well sealed so the street was not noisy. The biggest concern I had was that were no smoke detectors in the rooms. Maybe it is not the law in Paris (?) but it would be nice to see them in every room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good location. Property needs restoration. Bathroom are clean.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location helpful staff! Check in process was easy
- Renée (8/5): Séjour agreable - Manque un petit meuble de rangement dans la salle de douche surtout pour les voyageurs qui restent plusieurs jours
Taille de la chambre parfaite et bonne literie
Personnel très sympathique et aimable
- Verified traveler (8/5): - They didn't have AC which I thought would be standard in any hotel but I guess I found out its not. Aside from that everything was fine, good location , close to public transportation, good breakfast choice
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was in a great location and was perfect for our short stay in Paris at a good value rate.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room and the bathroom was spacious, nice and well equipped. However the elevator was not working and we had to climb 5 floors to reach our room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A pleasant stay and good value for money. - I had a pleasant stay at this Kyriad hotel in the 13th. It is relatively inexpensive, but the staff are friendly and there is a decent breakfast available. The room is clean and has nice amenities, although it's quite small (as are most Paris hotels). It's a quick walk to Place d'Italie, which has good metro connections. My only complaint would be that the walls are somewhat thin, so you easily hear people in the hallway and adjacent rooms.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Rooms are small, cold at night and wasnt cleaned on the first day. Breakfast was not woth 10 euro but staff were nice.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to metro, easy ride to all sights - The area is fine. Nothing charming about it, but it's close to the metro and an easy walk to the Seine, Pantheon, St. Germaine, etc. The best thing about it is it's convenience to public transportation. There are markets and cafes nearby which is also nice. The hotel itself is clean and very well maintained. I appreciated that the staff were willing to do their jobs and answer all questions. The room was tiny, but clean, updated and had what I needed. A fine Paris price for what it was.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very nice hotel in a good location. On a quiet side street less than a 5-minute walk to the metro. Room and bath are small but well kept and attractive. I prefer a softer bed and I could hear neighbors through the walls, but everything else was good.
- Hoda (10/5): - Friendly staff, the room was available we could have it in advance
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It’s a basic hotel. Front desk staff was super kind and helpful. Kind of far from tourist attractions but you can use the metro to get around. A little disappointed that there was no fridge in the room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was so kind and helpful here. We had everything we needed and the location was really good. I will definitely stay here again.
- Jan&Tim (8/5): - Good clean hotel in a residential area with good easy bus and metro links to the city centre and main tourist sights. Nearby cafes and restaurants are fine. We would use this again on other trips to Paris.
- Antony (10/5): Clean, simple hotel close to the Latin Quarter. - Nice hotel, only a 10-15 minute walk from the edge of the Latin Quarter. Room was small, though not too small, and the beds were comfortable. We were in a room next to the lift but never heard it once. Only "complaints" was that the bathroom window leaked slightly after an extensive period of highly intense rain, (this rain water did spread slightly on the bathroom floor but not enough to ruin our stay) and that we had to keep re-logging into the wifi-a minor issue and one that we could more than live with.
- Verified traveler (10/5): pleasant and simple room close to Place d'Italie - I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, which met my expectations and proved that Paris lodging does not have to be overly expensive. The location next to 3 metro lines (5,6,7) was very convenient for me and got me almost anywhere in the city in 20-30min.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice but noisy - Great little room for the price. Clean, well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff, The only negative was the plumbing was very noisy, we could hear strange groaning noises whenever a toilet in the building was flushed, which unfortunately woke us up in the morning.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good place to be! - Guys at the desk and staff are excellent. Area full of great and good value restaurant, seems very safe and ideal place to enjoy Paris.
- Vince (6/5): Close to trains station. - It’s a good hotel to sleep and get ready. Its close to train station and restaurants.
- Matt (6/5): OK hotel, good location. - An ok hotel in a convenient location. Hotel was adequate but in desperate need of an update and a good clean. Location is good, 2 minute walk to either Place D'italie or Les Gobliens metro stations. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.
- Andrew (8/5): Paris virgins - Great area , nice and clean hotel .
No issues what so ever .
Paris was amazing
- Hilary (8/5): Well-located, pleasant - Pleasant, helpful receptionists. Good sized rooms (for Paris), with easy to use shower. Kettle plus tea/coffee/milk and biscuits provided. Excellent location, a few minutes from several metro stations and lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable. Only English channel on TV is CNN.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Grubby hole in the wall - This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, the hotel, especially the room looked nothing like the photos, we were there for a romantic weekend and were given a terrible ground floor room with a lot of street noise and clatter from the breakfast as soon as it started. I requested a different room upon arrival and was told nothing could be done the room was tiny with barely room to move around the bed the bathroom was dated grubby and cramped
I called Hotels.com after the zero care reaction from reception (it was not as if the receptionist did not understand either as my partner spoke French) Hotels.com customer service was amazing and had us booked into another hotel for the next morning not 500 yards away, at next to zero cost to us.
The buffet breakfast was terrible, there was only 3 slices of bacon left when we arrived with cold eggs and stale continental type setup, when we asked was there more bacon and warm eggs we were told they would check however that waiter simply disappeared and hid somewhere until we were gone
When I went to check out to move to the other hotel and explained hotels.com had customer service, there was suddenly different rooms available the receptionist showed me other rooms in an attempt to make me stay (these rooms had 'apparently' only become available however it was early morning before check out time and they were made up..........) overall a terrible experience... many thanks to Hotels.com for their efforts and their service team
- Yve (8/5): Good value - The hotel is close to the metro station. My room was very spacious for a Paris hotel and the bed was comfortable. Note that there is no fridge in the room.
- Lucy (10/5): Service and Comfort - I would recommend a friend and would definately stay their again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel located in a nice area, close to metro. - Hotel experience improved as I realized it was very clean, quiet...despite room being very small, I liked the area a lot .
- Verified traveler (10/5): Really nice and affordable - The staff was really nice and helpful. The bedroom clean, and it is well located. The price is reasonable so I would recommend it if you have a few days in Paris to spend !
- Jenny (8/5): - It's ok with place and price. And always outside. Very easy to take metro.
Many restaurant nearby. They don't have a aircondition in the room.
- Jordan (4/5): Poor service, dirty rooms - I would highly recommend steering clear of this hotel. The room were unclean and very small. The hot water didn't work the first day we were there. The rooms also have no air conditioning, so don't stay here in the summer as it is unbearable. The room we stayed in was also extremely close to the lift, so we were kept up by that. The hotel service was poor and the staff very rude. Also make sure you do not ask the hotel to call you a taxi. Find a taxi rank and get one yourself as they charge extortionate prices. Will not be staying in a Kyriad Hotel again after this very poor experience.
- Danny (10/5): - Positive experience. Good location. Nice staff hotel and breakfast. Comfy bed.
- Anonymous (6/5): Beware of hard selling of expensive shuttle - Hotel was fine although Wifi is very weak in rooms. BEWARE of one staff member in reception who tries to pressure you into booking a shuttle at 15 euros pp. We were a group of 4 people (i.e. shuttle would have been 60 euros) and this staff member said the shuttle would be the cheapest option to getting to the airport, when I said I would compare this price to other forms of transport, he said I would need to tell him immediately to book ourselves on the shuttle (even though we weren't leaving for a few days). I didn't book the shuttle as I knew 60 euros was steep and then found out after I asked another staff member that a taxi would only cost 40 euros!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - close to metro stop, great value for the price.
- Yunus H. (8/5): Overall a good stay at Kyriad Paris -13 - Overall our stay at the Kyriad at this location was very good with good access to the Metro. The comfort here is commensurate with its 3 star rating
The Metro station, Place De Italie is less than a 5 minutes walk from the hotel and there are 3 lines (5,6 and7) which link up to almost all the key tourist locations in Paris.
Improvement points
1. The Wi-Fi access is poor and erratic on the 5th Floor (where we were located). Upon informing the hotel staff the feedback was that there is no problem. Yes no problem if connection is done at the lobby area!
2. Imposition of city tax of Euro 1.65 per day per person which was not indicated when we booked on line via this website. It is not indicated even in the fine print. For our (my wife and I) 5 nights stay here we were charged an additional Euro 16.50 total, which though small was unexpected and came as a surprise.
- Heather C. (10/5): perfect for my needs - I wanted to be close to a train station for my departure and this hotel worked very well...quiet, clean, perfectly adequate for the needs of a single person. I will recommend it to friends who may have the same requirements as I
- Haymarket (6/5): Quick hotel need - Was ok location, very small, no a.c., but they did put a fan in the room. Front desk was very nice. Close to train, market. Price was right, for a quick stop over.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is nice, the staff were pleasant, and the rooms were clean. For the price we paid this was a good hotel.
- Katie R. (10/5): Weekend trip to Paris - We've been to Paris twice and stayed here both times. This hotel is great location as it is very close to metro stations. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If we come again we'd definitely stay here!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Communication is the pit! - The room was clean and reasonably sized. The only problem I have with this hotel is that it was not made clear that the price per night did not include the breakfast. I stayed for 3 nights and I paid an extra Euro27 (!)for my breakfast meals. If I knew that breakfast was not included and that they were charging this price I would have found the way to have breakfast in another way. Communication is the pit!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, good location - We stayed in this hotel for a week and not disappointed. Good location, many restaurants, market, shopping center in close proximity. The room was small but comfortable. Very friendly hotel staff.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Overall fine hotel in this price - Overall hotel was fine but rooms were very small. I was expecting a little bit spacious room than what we got. Hotel service and cleanliness was good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, next to metro - They let us check in early. Free maps of Paris were helpful. The WiFi occasionally cut off and was slow
- Abisola (6/5): mixed experience - Neighborhood is very noisy at night over the weekend, especially because my room was on the ground floor.
The windown was frosted so I had no view and it felt like I was in a closet.
Breakfast was good.
- Eric (8/5): Nice hotel, near to subway, restaurants, g. value - Spent 2 nights in March 2015, very convenient, close to subway, restaurants -Thai, Japanese, Halal middle east food same street as hotel. Clean, good value hotel.
- Eduardo (8/5): good locarion for 1 night in paris - We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and it was just what we needed, good location and close to the metro line. Eoom was clean and the staff friendly
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good for city break, no thrills - Clean and tidy hotel, quiet and good location. Room a little on the small side but fine as somewhere to lay your head for a city break.
- Nora D. (8/5): Valentines trip - Hotel staff where very helpful and friendly. However Very small hotel room and bathroom no space at all. Had to squeeze into shower. Only one extra pillow and blanket.
- Liv and Viv (8/5): Mr. Liviu and Viviane - Hotel Kyriad 13 Paris is located very well, between 2 Metro stations on line 7 ( Les Gobelins and Place d' Italie) and is easy to access on all locations thru Metro.
Front desk is very friendly and well informed, rooms are clean, not to big but fair for the amount of money you pay.
- Learning chang (8/5): Good for visiting big city - Staffs are helpful to show me with wi-fi connection. Yet the room we stayed had poor connection. We can not surf internet from our room. May be because The room was on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable. The room came with water pot and free coffee and very clean.
- Yanninck (4/5): Cheap does not mean convenient - This hotel can do better. The room is very small. With 2 guests in a room, it is very difficult to move or open our suitcase.. This hotel is not at all a 3 stars hotel. One star maximum.
- Ikeng (8/5): Honest hotel, too bad they don't have AC - The only reason I'm not giving 5 star is because the room have no Air Conditioner. We were there in August and temperature outside was pretty hot. The room itself was amazingly not that hot. It also has a table fan we used every time.
The room was considerably small. Small bathroom too. But you can't ask too much for the price they give you.
Breakfast is 9 EUR. We take this once and felt we can find something better outside. Which we did. There's a pizzeria just across the hotel which has decent food, but they open late, 9 AM if I'm not mistaken. So, if you want to start early at Paris, you might want to consider having breakfast at the hotel. Scramble eggs, sausage, bacon, croissant, etc., with orange juice and coffee machine.
My wife left her mobile phone when we checked out. We called the hotel to see if they found it. They honestly told us that they did find it and our friend can pick it up. This is a big plus for me.
The hotel also has a shuttle service to airport for 18 EUR (minimum 2 person. Single will cost you 26 EUR).
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
- Nicole (10/5): Large comfortable room in nice area - Nice large room with big bathroom. Located in latin quarter, a safe feeling area with a 10-15 minute train ride to most sights. Staff were friendly and breakfast was a good buffet for 9 euro.
- mabel (8/5): close to subway station - only complain is...no air conditioning...
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant hotel in good area. - Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room, if a little small. Very comfortable bed. Facilities for making tea and coffee. Small ensuite. No air-conditioning, but opening the window was sufficient to keep room cool. Room for leaving baggage in on last day was very useful.
- Mabel (6/5): Okay stay - The room is generally clean and tidy, just a bit small but it's Paris. The only thing is...there is no air conditioning in the room and it's July...
- Manjaluci (4/5): A week in Paris - The location is good, but the room was dirty, especially the carpet. Bathroom - awful. 3 stars- a joke. Not even breakfast included for £90 a night.
- Kris (10/5): Simple but nice hotel not far from centre - This was my second visit in Paris and I know that hotels in Paris don't have good reputation in general.
I can recommend this hotel which is based very close to tube station (1 min walk distance) and from there all main tourist attractions are just a couple of stops. Hotel is simple but at the same time nice and clean. Definitely it was a good stay.
- David (10/5): Couldn't fault the hotel - This hotel was everything that my wife and I needed for our honeymoon to Paris. It was close to transport links- metro etc. as well as local sights such as the Place D'Italie, the Rue Mouffetard and the Butte aux Cailles. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, and would be more than happy to return at a future date.
- Marie (10/5): Convenience - This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel very conveniently located and the staff are pleasant and accommodating. Also we are close by the "Asian quarter " with an array of Vietnamese , Thai, Lao, Cambodian and Chinese restaurants to choose from an also not far from le mouffetard, rooms are a little small but adequate for a short stay
