Good location The staff were all excellent except the male general manager who was cold and dismissive to his team, and also thought it was beneath him to hold open the door for guests as we were leaving with many bags/ cases. We had met some amazingly friendly people across Ireland during our stay and it was highly unfortunate that this senior staff member was so rude on our last day in the country.

The small bar attached to the hotel is a gem. Special mention to Mr. kelvin, he's a star. Best Negroni I've ever had. 🔥

It was in an area full of drunk people on the streets. It was noisy. I did not sleep at all due to the paper thin walls. It was as though I had people inside my room staying with me. I heard every footstep of the people above. On top of that, the floors were squeaky. It was as though a million mice were running up and down the floors and walls. They charged way too much for this accommodation. For 3 nights accommodation was the cost of one weeks rent at home. It was in an area full of drunk people on the streets. It was noisy. I did not sleep at all due to the paper thin walls. It was as though I had people inside my room staying with me. I heard every footstep of the people above. On top of that, the floors were squeaky. It was as though a million mice were running up and down the floors and walls. They charged way too much for this accommodation. For 3 nights accommodation was the cost of one weeks rent at home.

• Julia (10/5): The best hotel experience we’ve had- staff are super welcoming and friendly, breakfast was delicious, and hotel was real - We absolutely loved our stay at Beresford Hotel! The staff were super efficient and friendly, and we really liked that they always checked on the people that arrived at night to ensure a safe environment. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious and we had a nice view, too. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was some of the best we’ve ever had. The hotel was also really central and close to Temple Bar, Grafton Street and 3Arena and there was also a tram stop, bus stop, and Dart (train) station nearby. This was one of the loveliest stays we’ve had, we will definitely be back in the future! It would have been nice to have some more shelf space and the shower head was attached to the wall, but u like others we’ve used, it was possible to have a shower without wetting hair as it could be adjusted. These are just minor things though and we still had a spectacular stay.

• Myroniuk (10/5): - Very nice house😍. The house has all the amenities. The owner of the house is always in touch. It is simply perfect for a family vacation. There is a forest nearby where you can take a walk in the evenings. This house is the perfect combination of relaxation, peace and wonderful nature nearby. We are very pleased with the house and the surrounding nature.
• Abby (10/5): - Excellent value for money. It is basic but the bed was comfortable and rooms had tea and coffee facilities. Clean bathroom. Staff very welcoming. Right beside Busaras and loads of coffee/food in vicinity. Brilliant choice for a budget hotel. This did not bother me personally, however it is located right beside busy road so there is noise pollution, from buses and Luas, especially in morning. I didnt mind this but it might bother other people.

• Malin (5/5): - Rummet var inbjudande, trevligt med bord och stolar. Bra läge utifrån att det ligger centralt. Mycket varmt och kvavt på rummet. Otroligt mycket oväsen från gatan, främst spårvagnarna som går ofta och sent på kvällen. Öronproppar är att rekommendera!!!

Ascenseur pas au top qui fait bcp de bruit entre le premier et second étage avec secousses par moments

The hotel was really clean and the room had everything we needed, though the walls were a little thin. Breakfast was amazing and offered a wide variety of food. The staff working in this hotel were really kind and helpful, especially Asif, who helped us with our checkout and even offered to book us a taxi. He was really kind, even at 5:00 AM.

Está muy bien ubicado ya que llegas caminando a todas partes. Nos encantó la experiencia. Reitero el agradecimiento a la amabilidad y buen trato del personal, en concreto Mr. Robert. La habitación que nos ofreció era amplia con un baño grande con bañera y plato de ducha. Estaba todo muy bien equipado y cuidado. Water pressure problems and it took loong to get warm water under the shower. Room on a low 1st floor, pretty loud from the street and nearby hostel.
• Christopher (3/5): - I came back late to the hotel after doing drinks with a friend. We arrived at the hotel and the door was locked so the front end manager (Rashid maybe? Not sure of the name tag) came to open the door. He unlocked the door then asked me to verify what room I was in, so I told him. I didn’t have any problem with this as I’m assuming the hotel door was locked because of safety and it makes sense hotel staff would need to verify who booked the reservation. I did wish they’d have stated they lock the door after a certain hour, but hey fine no problem. My issue was the rudeness. My friend was going to come upstairs with me and this guy threw a whole tantrum and was rude and I didn’t like that AT ALL. I told him my friend was coming up with me, I paid for the damned room so what is the issue. This guy wouldn’t see reason and would not let my friend enter with me. So I told him (hotel guy) to us a minute and he went back in the hotel and locked the door leaving me and my former outside in the dark. At this point I started looking up other hotels because this is bullshit. I don’t know if he assumed I was about to just make another booking or what because after 5 mins he comes out and says ok “I’ll allow it, just this once, are you happy sir?” This was the worst experience and this was my first and LAST time staying at this hotel. NEVER EVER again. The hotel location is the only thing it has going for it, the actual rooms and facilities are average at best, so to have this absolute shit level of customer service is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN will the Beresford get any of my money.. DONE

• Mario (8/5): Prima hotel voor citytrip - Het hotel heeft een toplocatie en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Het oogt modern bij binnenkomst en personeel is semi vriendelijk. Prijzen van drinken in de bar is prima. De kamers hebben goede bedden en faciliteiten zijn prima. Kamers zijn gehorig, komen gedateerd over en kraakt aan alle kanten.

We had noise in the room above us every night and every morning so it was impossible to sleep. Staff are generally grumpy and unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend or come back.

Eso lo cumple, aunque puede haber localizaciones mejores el paseo hasta llegar a las principales atracciones es asequible y agradable. Cama cómoda El desayuno está muy bien y la zona para desayunar era muy bonita Las habitaciones viejas, las ventanas no cerraban y hay una plaza debajo donde por la noche hay gente dando bastantes voces además que entraba frío ... el baño con cortina, no nos dejaron jabón d respuesto La cuna que nos pusieron para la bebé no estaba preparada cuando llegamos y no tenía colchón … solo la colchoneta d plástico para los barrotes hubo que pedir un edredón para acolchar un poco… La chica que nos recibió en recepción fue más seca … el resto d personal de desayuno y demás si fue muy amable

Personnel a few times was a bit confused for example didn't know if I'm a hotel guest and the similar situation didn't know that my breakfest was included in total price.
