La mala posición de la cama individual en la que dormí, provocó que me diera un cabezazo con la lamparita que por cierto no funcionaba. El portarrollos del baño y el portatoallas están medio descolgados. No son cosas muy graves, pero desvirtuan la imagen de un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

- James (8/5): Temperature Issue. - Accommodating staff member who assisted us on a few things of which we are very grateful for; in particular the free-standing fan to help cool down the room Great location. The advertised term "air-conditioned". The reality was we had a heat-pump. The system was "locked" on heat and does not get switched to cooling mode until May. We were here 19th and 20th April, shoulder season. The heated corridor and what felt like a heated bathroom floor kept the room at an uncomfortable temp. Opening a window helped cool things down but it also brought in a lot of noise, not conducive to sleeping. I believe a sub note should be applied to all air-conditioned listings indicating it's limited functionality.
