• Phillip J (10/5): Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. - Great location to the central train station. Rooms clean, good shower and hot water pressure. The front desk reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend hotel. Everything was good.

• Jose (5/5): Fair but not what I expected for price - Location was very central. close to everything: Train Station, attractions and shopping. Room has a heavy odor to smoking. Bathroom very uncomfortable without a shower door, no place to put our toiletries. Breakfast was a little limited.

La localización es magnífica si piensas en moverte por la región, acceso a trenes, tranvías y metro, todo súper rápido y súper eficiente. Todo es un poquito viejo, pero en perfecto estado. Se le podría decir vintage.

• kiran (2/5): Great location, but a old hotel. - The lady staff welcomed us was lovely, explained everything to us The night staff on 16th march night was a arrogant racist man. He explained air conditioning means ‘only heating’ all over Europe in march, where the temperature outside was 18-22. The bathrooms has no vent and the whole room smells shit after u use it

• Betul (7/5): Fijn verblijf voor gezinnen - De locatie was prima. Voldoende pizzeria’s etc. in de buurt. Personeel was vriendelijk. Eén van onze kamers had een balkon wat heel fijn was. De andere kamer was iets kleiner en had geen balkon, maar was verder wel oké. De kamers en badkamers zijn een beetje gedateerd.

• Hyder (6/5): If it was not for the friendly front receptionist - the kid was exceptional - - It is a 12 minute walk from the train station. If you have a cabin bag for luggage, you are fine, if you have a bigger bag - well you will struggle to get to the hotel. The elevator had a broken switch for the "0" level and you had to stick your finger into the hole to select the floor

Garde des bagages pendant la matinée. Le bruit du tram en soirée et tôt le matin. Mais c'est un inconvénient inhérent à la situation exceptionnelle

• Larissa (9/5): ótima opção ao lado da estação central de milão - o hotel fica literalmente ao lado da estação central de Milão. O quarto era ótimo, tinha frigobar e cafeteira e o banheiro era bem espaçoso. Recomendo foi tudo ótimo, não tenho do que reclamar

• grenga (10/5): Ottimo albergo e personale estremamente disponibile - L'hotel Terminal si trova in un'ottima posizione, a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Ho trovato un personale estremamente disponibile e accogliente. Un prezzo estremamente competitivo rispetto al altri alberghi presenti in zona. Sicuramente lo sceglierò nuovamente. Ho avuto un problema con il treno, dalla mattina sono dovuto partire nel tardo pomeriggio, ho trovato estremamente comodo la possibilità di poter lasciare il bagaglio in struttura muovendomi per Milano in comodità, per tornarlo a prendere poco prima della partenza.
