Staff didn't show up to work for front lobby. Mattress was horrible. Thin lumpy and when staff was asked about it they said that's how mattresses are in Europe. Breakfast was poor to say the least.

Dobry dojazd komunikacją miejską. **** to niestety nie są. Wygląd pokoju na zdjęciach robi wrażenie. Niestety niektóre meble choć pięknie wyglądają są porozklejane i nie nadają się do użytku (np. jedyne krzesło w drugiej części pokoju). Bardzo ładna łazienka z wanną, w której niestety nie da się zatkać otworu, można używać tylko prysznica).

- Pierise (7/5): Comfy but unclean - Beautiful building and decor. Nice traditional style and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful. The cleanliness was not good, found lots of hairs in the bathroom. The carpets wasnt hoovered well, hairs and dust along skirting and lots of dust between furniture. For 4 star there should be coffee and tea facility in the rooms. Also the water was luke warm during the evenings which is disappointing after a long day and you want to have a nice hot shower. The breakfast was lacking and very simple choices for the price. I dont think it was worth the price, if anything the breakfast should atleast come with booking.

Sizin için temizlik önemliyse, yerde saçlar görmek rahatsız ediyorsa, havluların çok eski ve artık yıkanmaktan kararmış olması etkiliyorsa sakın gitmeyin!

Asi to nejlepší už mají pokoje za sebou, ale spalo se výborně, matrace pohodlné a nevyležené a koupelna s perfektní vanou na relax. Prostorná lednice s extra mražákem neměla chybu. Děkujeme, bylo to moc hezké. Pokoj měl už nejlepší za sebou, propálený přehoz od cigaret.

O quarto rea espacoso, iluminado e com uma cama grande e confortavel. A equipe foi muito gentil tanto na recpcao quanto no cafe da manha. O cafe da manha tinha pouca variedade de queijos e paes, apesar de ter varios tipos de frios. Esperava uma variedade um pouco maior. Mas o que tinha estava muito bom

- Malgorzata (1/5): Nie spełnia zadnych standardow 4 gwiazdek - Lokalizacja Hotel zdecydowanie nie spełnia standardu 4★ — poziom bliższy 2★. Otrzymaliśmy inny, znacznie gorszy pokój niż zarezerwowany i nikt nas o tym wcześniej nie poinformował — zorientowaliśmy się dopiero po czasie, bo zostawaliśmy tylko na jedną noc i byliśmy w szoku warunkami. Wszędzie było bardzo brudno: ściany zagrzybione, odchodząca tapeta, stare i zniszczone meble. Łazienka również brudna i z grzybem, bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody. Brak podstawowych udogodnień: mydła, akcesoriów, czajnika, herbaty/kawy, minibarku, dodatkowych kocy i poduszek. Jesteśmy bardzo niezadowoleni i nie polecamy.
