Гарні сніданки як для Америки , смачно та постійно поповнюється продовж ранку . Кава та чай продовж дня безкоштовно в лобі дуже зручно та приємний бонус . При бронюванні був вказано що номер буде 22 метра , по факту 16 , всі вікна на стіни внутрішніх будівль , дуже шумний номер за рахунок останнього поверху та постійно працюючий вентиляції. Спати тільки в берушах , номер 804 .

- Kim (9/5): Great location at a reasonable price. - Great location in lower Manhattan near the Staten Island ferry and several subway stations. The bed was very comfortable, hot coffee was always available, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful at all hours (front desk staff deserve a chair). We checked in with 4 lobster tails and 4 steaks from the previous night's dinner, thinking that we would have a refrigerator in the room. There wasn't one in the room, but it was provided upon request. In NYC where bagels are an institution unto themselves, the bagels offered at breakfast are very sad. Scones/muffins were so sweet as to be inedible. Potatoes were the same every day for 5 days. Muesli and vanilla waffles were great.

- Lexi (4/5): Staff and Location is wonderful, Facilities need improvement - The location of this hotel is great! It’s a block away from Battery Park, the New York Stock Exchange, and good food! The staff were very friendly and worked hard to make our stay better when we had questions or requests. The facilities were not great during our stay. Our air conditioning stopped working half way through our stay and the only fix offered was a fan. Multiple repair people came by and the problem wasn’t fixed. Others in our party in different rooms had the same issue.

- Hughes (9/5): I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn, in Manhattan Financial District - The location was great. I was in a few steps to a drug store, fresh juice and grocery. The heater was not working at one point, but Abbey, repaired it. He did a great job and was very kind and patience.
- Vlasta Nvota (9/5): Savršena lokacija za kratak boravak i razgledanje - Odseli smo samo jednu noć pre leta i lokacija je ispala savršena. Hotel je na par minuta hoda od Staten Island Ferry-ja, pa smo bez žurbe obišli Kip slobode pre odjavljivanja. Posebno nas je obradovalo što je check-out do 12:00, što je velika prednost u odnosu na evropskih 10:00 – ta dva sata su nam mnogo značila. Soba nije luksuzna, ali je krevet udoban. Prozor je gledao na unutrašnji atrijum, ali za kratak boravak u New Yorku to je sporedna stvar. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je skroz na mestu, naročito uz doručak uključen u cenu. Savet za prevoz: Metro stanice su odmah pored, što je super za obilazak grada, ali za transfer do aerodroma dobro razmislite. Ako putujete udvoje sa velikim koferima (23 kg + ručni prtljag), presedanja po metrou mogu biti naporna. Kombinacija metroa i voza košta oko 25$, Uber ili prevoz preko Bookinga (koji su 60-70$) vrede svaku paru ako želite da izbegnete gužvu i stepenice sa prtljagom.

Europabol erkeztunk, szamunkra a reggeli kicsit mű volt, de ez altalanos tapasztalatunk volt az amerikai ételeket illetoen. Lehetett volna valtozatosabb a reggeli.

- Andy (7/5): Если надо будет еще раз остановиться я не буду исключать этот отель из поиска. - Расположение. Приветливый персонал. Уборка номера и замена белья ежедневно. Персонал прислушивается к пожеланиям клиента. На мыле, гелях и шампунях не экономят. Отель давно не видел ремонта, все тихонечко разваливается и ремонтируется видимо теми же кто делает клининг. Общественные зоны грязные. Уборка номеров поверхностная.

El lugar es súper cómodo, el desayuno está bien: La habitación tenía una ventana a la calle que no estaba bien sellada, entraba una corriente de aire todo el tiempo y nuestra estadía fue en invierno.

Be mindful they don’t care about your life situation but policy of the brand. Once I asked to make extra fees deposit next day as I was stating 2 night I was denied even my stay was paid in full. Many other hotels accept some emergency situations. Because of snowstorm I had situation. I found fees later , just so you know.

- fabiorosalvo (8/5): Excelente Custo-Benefício na Big Apple - Localizado em Downtown Manhattan, fica fora do "fervo" da Times Sq, onde se concentram a maioria dos hotéis e onde normalmente é mais caro. Um grande diferencial deste Hotel é ter café da manhã incluído na hospedagem, o que não é nada comum em NYC. Não é um manjar dos deuses, mas para dar uma primeira energia pela manhã é bem interessante, porém poderia ser mais diversificado. Pelo custo-benefício e por ter café da manhã, vale a pena o deslocamento de metrô, que fica há no máximo 2-3 quadras do Hotel. Toda a equipe foi muito receptiva e prestativa a todo momento. Cama ótima, chuveiro excelente, água bem quente. Tem sempre ao lado da recepção um café quente e um chá para aquecer quando voltar da rua fria (fomos no inverno, estava -20°C de sensação térmica alguns dias). Ao redor tem mercados e lanchonetes, inclusive um Starbucks em duas quadras e um dos nossos restaurantes preferidos nessa estadia (Fraunces Tavern), fica a uma esquina de distância. Se você tem problemas com barulho, NYC não é a sua cidade, dificilmente você irá encontrar um lugar silencioso ao extremo, porém não nos atrapalhou nos descansos. Chuveiro poderia ter uma pressão de água um pouco maior, porém não compromete o banho, que como disse é excelente. Poderia ter maior diversidade nos produtos do café da manhã, mas pelo custo-benefício está ok. Poderia ter uma Smart TV no quarto, a TV é daqueles modelos mais antigos, não conseguimos parear no nosso celular, ficamos restritos à programação local apenas. Para os alérgicos e com rinite como eu, o quarto é forrado de carpete, então se preparem para temporadas de espirros inevitáveis.

AC works great 👍 Breakfast could be better , with eggs hold in cold water longer as hard to clean it after. With old be great to have plain scrambled egg.

- Robert (6/5): 3-4 star hotel - Breakfast, location, and all day provided coffee was amazing. The staff was amazing minus one member of the staff team for breakfast! The ability to control temperature in the room was great and the room was clean. Shower had no water pressure (our sink had better water pressure then the shower which made difficulties with showering). Pillows wasn't really that great. The one staff member that was cleaning up breakfast was really rude and made a huge deal over getting a bowl cause she was cleaning up before 10 which is the time breakfast stops).

- Aisse (6/5): Boendet var ok. Är man känslig för ljud ska man definitivt inte bo där. Det är något som verkar vara fläkten som låter h - Sängen är bekväm och städningen var toppen Frukosten!!!! Kaffe och tevatten var kalla hela tiden. Mandelskålen var aldrig ifylld under hela vistelsen

- Klaus (2/5): zum Glück nur zwei Nächte - --> Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit wirklich super --> U-Bahn Station direkt um die Ecke --> 24h Supermarkt quasi gegenüber --> Geräuschkulisse Innen (das Hotel gegenüber hat seine Klimaanlage/ Wärmepumpe auf dem Dach...extrem laut) trotz geschlossenem Fenster --> allgemein war alles sehr "benutzt" und entsprach bei weitem nicht den europäischen Standard und schon gar nicht dem Preisgefüge

- Polina (3/5): - Очень хорошие завтраки и прекрасное месторасположение отеля (очень много веток метро рядом) В номере было холодно, был ужасный сквозняк. Мы попросили поменять номер, но вместо этого к нам пришел мастер и опустил жалюзи)) и показал как использовать обогреватель. В итоге все три ночи я спала в свитере и в штанах, чтобы не простыть. Ну и кондиционер шумел всю ночь. С момента нашего выселения прошло 20 дней, до сих пор не вернулся депозит за проживание. Мы путешествовали по США, все другие отели возвращали деньги в течение 24 часов - хотя я везде использовать одну и ту же карту банка другой страны. Сейчас до сих пор деньги я не получила и также отель отказывается прислать подтверждение перевода, чтобы я смогла с ним идти в банк. Итого - нет ни денег, ни чека о возврате
