- Adrienne (10/5): - The hotel staff is what makes this hotel. They were very pleasant and welcoming from the beginning. They asked us questions about our planned activities and when we let them know we were doing a walking tour in the crazy heat they made sure we were supplied with refreshing canned spray to help stay cool. Breakfast is fresh and amazing. I didn’t plan on having it there but it turned out to be worth it. Great location for the metros. There are restaurants nearby and a franprix a few doors down. This is near the Opera area (A9). We were a party of 3 and was happy they had a triple bed room. They had a bottle of water inside and refillable station downstairs. 20/10 would highly recommend.
- hiroko (8/5): 観光に便利なコスパの良いホテル - マネージャーのナタリアがとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。 部屋はコンパクトに、必要なものが置いてありました。 ただ気になったのは、私の部屋のセキュリティボックスが持ち運びできるようになっていたこたとドアの覗き穴がなかったことです。 場所は、オペラ座やラファイエットにも近く便利でした。空港送迎も連携した送迎会社があり､問題なく利用できました。朝食も無料でコンチネンタルスタイルで楽しめました。
- Lisa (10/5): Wonderful experience - Staff were so kind and welcoming at all times of day, which as a solo traveler, put me at ease. They upgraded me to a larger room and provided a complimentary Evian misting canister to help beat the heat wave. A very positive experience overall. I usually stay in the 2nd but chose to be a little more central this time and the location was so ideal. I’d definitely come back due to the ease of metro access, and proximity to Saint Honore/Ritz/Coste/Louvre/Printemps. Great neighbourhood.

The hotel itself was fine, no complaints! The room and bathroom were a bit small but since we only stayed for two nights, it was not a big deal and we were able to make do. - Halley (10/5): - Really charming hotel on a quiet street in the Opera/Grands boulevards area. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were super friendly. They noted that it was my birthday and surprised us with birthday balloons in the room. The room was TEENY but that is to be expected with most hotels in Paris. One note: it would not be super accessible to anyone with mobility issues. The elevator is only accessed up several stairs and is very small. Didn’t appear to be wheelchair/walker navigation room. Other than that, it was delightful and we would absolutely stay again.

- Kumar (10/5): - Hotel staff and location is fantastic. Located on a quiet street that is safe and has a few restaurants, grocery store and deli. We got a family room, which was excellent. One main door and then two separate rooms with their own doors. Rooms have everything you need and cozy. Some may say it is small, but we were always out and so did not feel that. Perfect location for us who like to walk a little and not be in the tourist packed locations all day.

Located walking distance from lots of great shopping and restaurants. The only thing I found a little odd was that you need to return the room key to the front desk every time you leave the hotel. Not sure if this is a common practice but have never had to do this anywhere else. Even with that though, no issues at all. Overall great experience and I would stay here again for sure.

The rooms were larger than we expected and very clean with lots of charm. Our breakfasts were included and made especially for us. I would absolutely go back here the next time in Paris.

- hyoungju (6/5): 조식이 매우 아쉬운 호텔 - 리셉션 데스크직원 친절도 5(파리호텔 경험중 최고) 호텔시설 4.5 조식 1(식당이 워낙 작아서 미리 예약해야함, 전날 먹을 메뉴체크리스트 제출해야함, 다음날 식사이간에 손님 몰리면 테이블정리 저대로 안돼고 저랄 미리 제출한 메뉴도 배먹고 안줘서 다시 얘기해야함. 호텔 위치 3.5. 오페라와 비교적 가까워도보이용가능하나 호텔 100 m전부터는 도로사장이 좋지않아 케리어이동이 매우 불편함.

They were so kind and helpful, always someone was at the front and support positively. Very clean and neat hotel and I could have stayed comfortably. Around the hotel, there were many restaurants including a pub. It was also convenient.

The service is the best part of the stay. The team at Basile was friendly, cheerful and helpful. I left my lap top charger in my room on the day of my check-out. I emailed the hotel when I returned to New York and Laura from the front desk was able to mail me the charger. Not only that, she actually followed up after a week to see if I had received the package. Hotel Basile is a 5 star hotel!

Staff could not have been nicer, in fact my friend and I both talked about how nice they were after we checked out. Lots of great restaurants on the same street and you could easily get anywhere you want. Also very close to the Roisseybus stop at the Opera. Again, don’t hesitate, they’re truly a gem hotel in Paris.
- Pau (10/5): - Location couldn’t be better! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, modern and practical bathroom, amenities, beautiful decoration. We ate breakfast one day and it was really good. You have two nearby metro station, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Walking distance to La Opera, La Madeleine, Galerías Lafayette, Place de la Concorde... Truly recommend this place!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel. - great location, less than 10 minutes walk to major shopping stores, ~15 minutes to major attractions. front desk very nice and helpful too. rooms are remodeled and clean, our room has coffee machine and a small refrigerator. rooms are small but who cares?
