- paulyB6701EU (10/5): Our Best Stay at a Four Seasons Hotel - We’ve stayed at many Four Seasons properties over the years and have always been impressed by their consistently high standards. However, the Four Seasons Miami stood out in a way that made this particular stay feel truly exceptional. It was the genuine care, warmth, and extraordinary attention to detail that set it apart. The rooms were immaculate, with breathtaking views over the bay. The pool area was beautiful - stylish yet relaxed, offering the perfect family-friendly atmosphere. The dining was excellent throughout our stay, but dinner at Nuna was undoubtedly the highlight - easily one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. We also loved the location. Almost everything we wanted to do was within a 30-minute Uber ride, and there was a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, and shops just a short walk from the hotel. A special thank you to Ana and the entire team at the Four Seasons Miami. So many members of staff went out of their way to get to know us and make us feel genuinely welcome. We only wish we could remember all their names to thank them personally - their kindness and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return.
- dcpxionb (2/5): Four Seasons Miami fail!! - Make this 25 characters I am honestly shocked and disappointed by my experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami: @fsmiami. I was checked into a room that was completely unclean — the toilet was in a disgusting condition, and the room was so messy I was in shock and couldn’t even record it. I was then asked to step out and leave my belongings so housekeeping could clean. When I returned, my belongings were gone. These were not just items — they included two years of my work: handmade designs, clothing, jewelry, accessories, and shoes. I reported this immediately and have made several attempts to resolve it, but my belongings have still not been returned. What made this worse was the lack of empathy and accountability. At checkout, instead of support or compensation, I was given additional charges. This experience was humiliating and deeply disappointing. I never expected this from a brand like Four Seasons. This was also my first vacation with my son, and part of this incident resulted in a hospital emergency, which made the entire situation even more distressing. These items are part of my business in the fashion industry, used for shows, samples, and rentals, which makes this loss even more significant. I have also involved the police regarding this matter. We like the brand and usually consider it when there's one in a city we visit. The property opened just over 20 years ago and has generally aged well with little patina, apart from some stains on the bright carpets. Why not 5/5? On the second day we reported a defect in our room, which remained unattended despite housekeeping confirming they'd look into it. A follow-up request went unanswered. Only when we contacted the front desk manager directly was the issue dealt with - and to our complete satisfaction. While everything turned out well, we would have preferred not having to escalate in the first place. That said, when we're back in Miami, we'll be back at the Four Seasons for sure.
- Wildestyle (10/5): Great hotel for business - Had another good stay at the Four Seasons Miami. The relatively recently renovated rooms are nice. The access to the Equinox is a great perk. Reception and valet service was spot on. Service at the restaurants was a bit below Four Seasons brand standards, but that may be just Miami related. I will definitely stay again when I am in Brickel

- Henry (10/5): We love staying at Four Seasons Brickell - The room and the view was fantastic. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. Pool and hammocks were lovely. Location is excellent. The evening turn down service was not always done and we could have done with an evening clean.

- 992loric (6/5): Downtown experience - We have been here for 2 days and staying for another 5 days in a residence attached to the hotel. The residence is spacious but poorly decorated with carpets that have seen better days, a pot with egg that hasn't been thoroughly washed, a shower curtain with mold, walls with marks on the, not the Four Seasons experienceon would expect. The windows cannot open and there is no balcony so the condo is not pleasant. The hotel lobby is always freezing and they have a repulsive air freshener circulating. The outside area is wonderful and makes the noisy downtown bearable.

My husband and I returned and just spent a glorious week here to meet up with friends traveling here to run the Miami half marathon. We were lucky to make it out ahead of the snowstorms in NY that grounded flights for several days and spent a week here. Coming in January is heavenly, it’s so nice to escape the cold for some sun and warm weather. This is a beautiful property, well-appointed and luxurious, as you’d expect from the brand. This location is special for a couple reasons beyond what is typical: first, the location in Brickell is fantastic. Walkable to Brickell City Center, many great restaurants and shops and the water. A short car ride to Key Biscayne, the Design District and Miami Beach where there are so many other great restaurants and spots. The hotel doesn’t have a designated gym but shares a building with an Equinox and grants full access to guests, including classes and facilities and spa options. Incredibly convenient and a top notch offering. Breakfast is a favorite, so many food options and the best staff. The bar is currently under construction, so they’ve temporarily relocated a bar adjacent to the second elevator bank, making the expansive lobby even more lively than usual. We were here last January for the same event and had an equally wonderful experience and love our new January tradition! So much, in fact, we may look for an excuse to return again this winter to escape the polar vortex plaguing the Northeast.

- SugarCreek (10/5): Enjoyed our Stay - As always the service at Four Seasons hotels stands out. The Miami location is no exception. We stayed there for four nights recently. An hour after we got to the room we heard loud hammering and sawing. They had previously texted me to make sure all was okay. (My husband had not felt 100% when we first arrived and they were very kind.) I asked when the "repair work" near our room would be done. A few minutes later the work stopped and we never heard anymore. The front desk credited several costs on our bill although I did not ask for any compensation. We dined at their restaurant, Nuna, and really enjoyed our meal. The hotel is located with in walking distance of many wonderful restaurants. The only negative was I was expecting a typical Four Seasons spa, but it is part of a local gym and not the luxurious experience I have experienced at other Four Seasons properties. That would not stop me from a repeat stay.

- 000123456999 (4/5): New Year's Eve - Miami - On New Year’s Eve, we had a reservation at the Four Seasons Miami, for 10:00 PM but we weren’t seated until 11:45 PM—and only at the bar. The music was extremely loud, and there was a fixed menu. A young lady manager, recently transferred from the Four Seasons in Mexico, apologized for the poor handling of our reservation and what was meant to be an exceptional New Year’s Eve experience for our guests and ourselves. I asked her to cancel our reservation and ensure that our credit card was not charged. We then had to scramble to find last-minute alternatives to celebrate the New Year. I’ve visited Rancho Encantado in New Mexico, the Four Seasons in Prague, and the Four Seasons in Philadelphia, and this experience was far from what I’ve come to expect from the Four Seasons brand.
- kurlst (8/5): Lovely Stay with Great Highlights, Though Service Was Inconsistent - Our stay at the Four Seasons Miami was overall pleasant, though it didn’t always fully live up to the brand’s reputation or the high expectations that come with it. The room was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a relaxing place to unwind. The staff was consistently kind and welcoming, and most interactions were warm and professional. That said, the service was somewhat inconsistent. While many moments reflected the Four Seasons standard, there were times when it fell short of the hype I associate with the brand. The most frustrating issue was the daily reserving of pool chairs by staff well beyond the posted time limits, seemingly for preferred guests. This created unnecessary tension and detracted from the otherwise enjoyable pool experience. One standout highlight was brunch, which was excellent—delicious, well-presented, and absolutely worth experiencing. Despite a few disappointments, I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. I also look forward to experiencing other Four Seasons properties, as the brand continues to offer many positives when it comes to comfort, dining, and overall ambiance.

- florianj682 (10/5): Very good place for a couple escape - The location is really good, close to airport and in the middle of Brickell. The rooms are very spacious as always in 4 Seaons and impeccable. The pool are is really nice and the drinks & food were really good. We had dinner at Nuna which was an amazing experience - staff was very attentive. The breakfast is decent but we’ve seen better service. We would consider coming back with our kids as it seesm very child friendly. I personally liked the Equinox Gym a lot.
- G4235QQbillp (10/5): Perfect Stay - We are incredibly fortunate to be able to stay in luxury hotels around the world, and having stayed at many Four Seasons properties, we can honestly say this place is right up there with the very best. The service was wonderful from start to finish. We had a refurbished room that was absolutely lovely, the pool area was spectacular, and to top it all off we had access to the Equinox gym on the 4th floor of the hotel — even open on Christmas Day! We originally booked for two nights, but loved it so much that we extended our stay by another six nights and completely changed our plans. We really enjoy Brickell, and the location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the Metromover. The pool staff were fantastic — so attentive and always on point. In fact, every member of staff we interacted with was great, but a special shout-out goes to Letty (I hope I’ve spelled that correctly!) for going above and beyond to make our stay truly perfect. Been promptly kicked out from the room by knock to the door at 12:15 (15 min later than check out time), luckily was about to vacate it with packed suitcases already, but polite call would be enough rather than very beautiful and polite, but an absolute bulldog lady. Conpletely killed the experience.

Separate shower (with foot bar) and tub; shampoo, conditioner, body gel, body lotion, makeup, removers, cotton swabs, nail polish remover, shower, cap, hair, dryer, scale, lighted makeup mirror. Quiet room minimal outside noise, minimal from corridor, none from adjacent rooms. Guests have use of equinox health club gym. 20ish minutes from airport.

Luckily Mario (Ambassador) addressed this personally and made an effort to rectify the situation. Hotel website advertises breakfast buffet at Edge Brasserie. No buffet to be found and apparently this is only during peak season..? Major benefit is access to Equinox gym. Room is nice, but nothing substantially different from other 4/5 star hotels across the US.

Good drinks/ cocktails in the bar Their single restaurant areas serves as breakfast, lunch and dinner - they just change the name so you feel a little cheated. Food at Nuna was very bad. The pool area was very tired too. Mini bar never got replenished. Breakfast is very expensive for what it is. The lift broke down and we were stuck for a period of time. Concierge were really unhelpful. Overall, not up the the four seasons status you would expect.

- MsHellfire (10/5): Good Stay - I tried to book spa treatments in advance of my stay but it was difficult to achieve and way more of an admin burden than I expected. The phone number on the hotel website did not connect. When I used the web submission form on the hotel contact page, no one got back to me. This property is easily the least luxurious feeling Four Seasons I've been to from a hard product standpoint. Unusually, the lobby area is particularly lacking in opulence. My flight was delayed so I arrived late in the early hours of the morning to check in. I appreciated that one of the valet staff walked me into the hotel and right up to the front desk when I arrived. I was disappointed to not receive a briefing on what was included in the resort fee. It was only on my very last morning that I noticed hot beverages, fruit and mini muffins in the lobby and it would have been nice to have been advised of whatever else was available given how unethical it is to mandatorily charge for unsolicited items in the first place, let alone not being informed about them - it screams money grab. I had a couple of issues throughout my stay and was impressed by the service recovery and attentiveness. Mutiple members of leadership greeted me and checked in after that which I thought was more on par for Four Seasons expectations vs the hard product. Poolside service was good. I liked that there was essentially a check in stand. Breakfast: good service and decent range of options for variety. Food was good. Nuna dinner: Food sounded and looked delicious on the website but in reality it was only ok. Service was good. Spa: owned by third party Equinox, the facilities and treatments were both good but it was a little on the high end price wise for not actually being a hotel spa. You can charge spa treatments to your room despite the independent ownership. Valet: staff were good about sending me off with water and helping me get into my ubers. Overall, my personal experience ended up being good but I can understand the disappointments other reviewers are stating.
