Inacceptable et incompréhensible. Les avait averti et la nuit n’était pas remboursable. Pas de problème, mais qu’on la reloue et ensuite on doit attendre une chambre difficilement compréhensible

Would stay again and reccommend to family and friends next time in London. - Great breakfast although be aware if more than 2 in room there is an additional charge for it (although our was waivered as a good will gesture - thank you!). Check in staff were very attentive and they really went above expectations to make my sisters 50th celebrations extra special, which was very much appreciated!! VERY comfy bed! Reception was getting renovated which we were only told about the day before. Wasnt a biggy though and the hotel made up for the inconvienece in other ways.
• Bruno (4/5): Um Íbis que se faz passar por 4* - Localização e proximidade do metro. Pequeno almoço com muito pouca variedade, sem espaço para sentar e éramos sempre encaminhados para o bar. Num dos 3 dias que estivemos disseram que “o nosso quarto não estava na lista para pequeno almoço” o que mostra desorganização. Sem copos pequenos para um simples café expresso. Hotel em obras, com entrada pelo bar, dois mini elevadores sempre cheios e tínhamos sempre que subir 3 andares pelas escadas mesmo com malas. Quartos velhos e camas desconfortáveis. Staff nem pergunta sequer se a estadia foi boa no checkout. Estávamos à espera de um hotel 4 estrelas e a realidade é mais estilo pensão.

• Michelle (7/5): Clean and very comfortable. Easy access to transport. Overall a good stay once in my room. I will book again to stay (wh - Clean and comfortable. A nice breakfast. Very close to the cable cart which is 10mins to the 02 arena. Transport is a 2min walk so have good access to transport to central London. I will definitely book again when refurbishment has been completed. I wasn’t aware that the reception was being refurbished. Signs to the lifts was not clear, had to use the stairs to a few times to get to the reception and to my room. I think if the refurbishment was not being done, I would give the hotel a ten out of ten.

I asked if they could call me when room was ready and was told to either call the hotel or come back. After 2.5 hours, I called to check if the room was ready, I was informed it was. When arriving back at the hotel, room was not ready and had to wait 30 mins. I wouldn’t have minded waiting, just be clear in your communication.

Loved the reception area. You could get tea and coffee and just chill. Friday morning housekeeping woke us up at 8.30 knocking on the door to clean the room. Saturday evening children came to swimming area at 8 when the cut off time was 6.30.

• Franck Oum (10/5): - We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Docklands for four nights (May 7th to May 11th, 2026) as a family of four. During our visit, we stayed in rooms 2010 and subsequently 3046. Despite it being our very first time staying at this hotel, the entire experience was fantastic. ​The absolute star of the show was Fatima. She went completely out of her way to make us feel like VIPs from the moment we interacted with her. Her professionalism and remarkably high regard for customer care are incredibly rare to find. She is a massive asset to the Crowne Plaza and genuinely deserves to be promoted to the senior management team. ​Because of Fatima's wonderful hospitality, our children absolutely loved the stay. We had such a brilliant time that we are already planning our return trip in the coming weeks. Highly recommended!

• Michelle (10/5): Really great stay overall - From the moment we entered, two lovely ladies welcomed us at the restaurant because their main hotel entrance is under renovation. They both helped us until we reached reception. They were all lovely and helpful. Everything was so organized & check in was quick. Everything was clean & spotless. My daughters love the swimming pool, they both said the water was warm & pleasant. Breakfast was also lovely, plenty of choices and the staff was very helpful, she guided us to our table. It was overall a lovely stay. The only thing I didn't like was during booking it said breakfast included. But after paying, an email arrived saying that breakfast only applies to 2 adults staying in the room and children aren't included. Food vouchers for younger kids until 10yrs old, I believe was £5.99 & kids 11 & above was £14.99. My daughter is 13 and she barely eats, but we didn't have any choice but to buy vouchers for them both. That was the only thing that was a bit disappointing. Oh and parking is only if there is available space, luckily we did have space.
