Eliminating the fragrance in the lobby. So many people are highly sensitive to synthetic fragrances. This has become a more and more common practice for hotels all over.

• Andreea (9/5): - Proprietatea are o locație excelentă, fiind situată pe o stradă adiacentă străzii Ermou și la doar câteva minute de mers pe jos de piața Syntagma și Monastiraki. În imediată apropriere sunt foarte multe magazine și restaurante și zona este una sigură, intens circulată pietonal. Micul dejun este suficient de variat pentru sejururi scurte, de 2-3 zile. Terasa de pe acoperiș oferă o priveliște superbă asupra orașului și Akropole. Camera a fost întunecoasă, având o fereastră mică pentru dimensiunea sa, iar distanța dintre pat și televizor era de aproximativ 20 cm, ceea ce făcea greu accesul către cel de-al treilea pat.

• Julie (8/5): Recommend this hotel if staying in Athens, Hotel was just a moment away from the main shopping strip and parliament. Ea - Location was fabulous. Great views to the acropolis from roof top bar. The breakfast was delicious with hot and cold food served. Minor thing but it didn’t have a mattress protector on one of the beds and the sheet came off sons bed.

• Win (8/5): Central location and friendly staff - Location is great and within walking distance to venues, shopping, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Their Roof Top Bar is a great bonus; it has a direct view of the Parthenon and guests get 10% off their first visit at the bar. The facility is a bit old. There are two buildings connected only on the ground floor by a set of stairs, so getting between them is a hassle. The AC is also centrally controlled from the front desk, which means you have to call front desk each time you want to adjust the AC temperature.

It’s a new hotel with a great little terrace from where you can see the Acropolis and Parthenon in all their glory. The double-room was a little bit small and stuffy. I’d prefer to have a room on one of the higher floors.

Smaczne śniadanie ze sporym wyborem ciepłych i zimnych potraw. Pokój wyposażony w wystarczającą ilość mebli, lodówkę, czajnik, ekspres, kosmetyki, szlafrok, kapcie itp. Łazienka nie jest duża, a drzwi otwierane do środka utrudniają korzystanie z łazienki. Woda spod prysznica wylewa się na podłogę.

Large rooms friendly stuff willing to help Although the property has been renovated, some details still require more attention. The breakfast area is quite small. Additionally, there was significant noise at night from nearby bars, with loud music and voices that made it difficult to sleep so i had to request earplugs from reception which they gave me. Overall, I did not feel that this stay offered good value for money.

• yefet (8/5): - Location!!!The hotel roof offers a surprising view of the Acropolis. Very central. We could reach all the attractions on foot. Good restaurants within a short walk. The staff was attentive and helpful. Room maintenance (324) could be better. Loud noises when a nearby room took a shower( at 2 am!) or flushed the toilet.

• IAKOVOS (9/5): A comfortable stay with great staff, a clean and quiet environment, and an excellent location. - We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a good location, making it easy to get around. The staff were courteous and consistently helpful throughout my visit. The room and common areas were clean, and the overall environment was quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the good breakfast, with enough variety to start the day well. Overall, a solid and enjoyable experience. Although the breakfast was good, the dining area felt a bit cramped as it was temporarily located in the basement. However, we were informed that the main dining room is currently under renovation.

• Paweł (8/5): Great lication to stay in Athens - First, great location just in the heart of Athens. Close to shops, restaurants, metro etc. - walking distance to Akropol. Good breakfast with variety of food Too hard bed mattress and pillow. The elevators are definitely a bottleneck in this hotel
